hi i am just wondering what your definition of simmer is?? i have an electric range unfortunately and for simmer i usually put it at a medium low, around a 3. what should a simmer look like? or at what setting should it be? idk if thats a dumb question but i am new to cooking and i do kno that the broth is not supposed to be boiled too high! thanks for your replyyy

Yes I have read Aajonus - I'm a fan and I am a raw foodist. The plain raw food kind - guy thing. Not so much the recipes. The recipes and presentation are good for parties.

Unfortunately, raw milk of any type does not agree with me.

I co moderate the Raw Paleo Forum. See http://www.rawpaleoforum.com

I want a cook, too. Sigh.

Not to worry. My crockpot does a good job creating gelatinous broths out of bones, etc. This is ALMOST like having a cook.

You sound like someone who has read Aajonus. Yes? Have you tried some of Sally's raw meat dishes?
