Great post! My daughter and I have been eating small amounts of raw liver for years. That was one of her first solid foods actually. I used to shave off bits with a cheese grater and add it to bone broths or avocado.

She and I both totally can't stand cooked liver!

i eat a liver powder by now; its been cooked at an extremely low heat, so its nutrtional properties remain intact. i add it to water and drink it instead of a protein shake. all in all, i eat over 60grams of it a day. energy is way up

Raw liver helps me breath better. The iron and vitamin combination really helped me after just eating it twice a week for, one week. It's amazing how a few ounces of something so simple freed me of a life-long debilitating problem. No vitamin pill ever helped me without causing some ill side effect. All hail the power of raw liver! All this time, I thought I was just lazy or unmotivated. I thought: lots of women have low iron, why am I always so tired and weak to the point that I can barely stand? Well, my iron wasn't increasing no matter how many of those painful little pills I swallowed. My energy wasn't getting better even after the burn of all those B vitamin shots. No one ever told me anything about eating raw liver (or food) in general; except that it would make me sick. Well, I was already sick!!! What could happen next death? I was so depressed and lethargic that death was certainly welcomed. Guess what? I ate the raw liver, I'm not dead and my ability to breath, concentrate and endure physical activity has tripled. My goal in life is to get into a situation where I can eat all raw foods, including fruits, vegies and select meats. This revelation has turned me on to a healthier and most importantly; improved way of living.
