I'd been feeling pretty run-down and developed a really bad abcess over a front tooth. My dentist told me that considerable root canal and other costly dental work would be needed. Coming across 'oil pulling' as a technique, whilst googling 'abcess' on the internet, I decided to give it a try. Within three days of using the oil-pulling, the abcess was gone! As a complete 'sceptic' I was unprepared for both this and the incredible feeling of 'well-being' which I experienced after using oil-pulling. I can sincerely recommend oil-pulling to anyone and everyone who , at virtually no cost, would like to swap a life of endless health ailments for one of increased vitality and better overall health.
