Hi Rowel, if you live around Metro Manila, it will be easier to meet in Farmers Market in Cubao and I’ll show you around to see how it’s done.

I used to fear parasites. In fact I did parasite cleanses before going raw. After going with raw meat for almost 2 years I have no signs of parasite problems.

What I do is I do not eat raw pork nor raw non-organic chicken. I eat raw beef, raw goat and raw sea food, not raw farmed fish.

hi edwin ive been reading ur blogs for almost 5 months now. and im tryin to shift on a raw paleo diet. but cant do it.. 3 days in a row now im in raw fruitarian and raw vegetables and halfdone roasted beef liver, raw coconut milk, ds day im in no zero rice and i feel great than before, in Gods will ill continue ds tomorrow and for the rest of this month. my concern is how can i eat raw meat? i want to gain weight and build muscle also to look sexier without going to gym. also read dr bass interview with aajonus, read also raw paleo diet forum.. just like you when i was 18 tried cleansing diet of ernie baron, water fasting but it was no goo for me, dr johnny midnight protocol, even dr tam mateo, and the latest is dr robin navarros protocol, high protein, high fats low carbo, but not raw.. since ive seen ur looking great better than the last 5 months. i want to try raw raw raw meat and fats. my only concern is how about tapeworm from raw meat?? i do have zapper got from free plans on website and build many for my imediate family, BEES from engr serafin oruella.. to all of these protocol my monthly stiffneck, chest pain and ibs since highchool was cured by dr navarro protocol but like urs im not yet satisfied i want more improvement, im 5’4″ and weigh 130lbs but i want to build muscle. hope u can help me..tnx and more power
