Some wonderful people gifted me with Senna Tea branded as China Slim Tea.  It’s been making waves in our household lately.  Usually, people in the household are dependent on expensive but effective Dr. Tam’s Miracle Tea.  So the Dr. Tam’s ran out and what they saw left in the kitchen was China Slim Tea.

Now that I’m healthy I can begin to think about longevity. I know that my immediate ancestors have a long life track record. And it appears that when I saved my grandparents from pneumonia mismanagement, that healing technologies are also part of the equation.

My 8 year old boy who was diagnosed with tuberculosis is progressing well. He has finished a full course of beam ray treatments which should get rid of the TB germs… kill them all; and his diet is now a paleolithic diet with daily raw or seared grass fed batangas beef and on a high fat and low carb diet. My boy’s carbs only come from fruits.
