Wife asks me about calcium and osteoporosis

The health marketers were out in full force again in their corporate office measuring this and that, giving free checkups to all their employees.

Wife sends me an email: “Can you email me stuff you researched on calcium and osteoporosis please?”

I answered:

“Calcium supplements suck big time. They just give you bladder stones.
Pasteurized Milk is a poor source of calcium, no enzymes, dead stuff.
All you get is expensive pee. They will not be absorbed by your body in
any useful form.

Best source of calcium, green leafy veggies, fish and natural spring water.

The main problem is absorption of calcium. Absorption has to do with
magnesium too. All easily possible with eating live foods. Which you
already do. Plus you workout at the gym.

I would not trust those self serving calcium bone density tests where
their passing marks are set by the calcium supplement pushers
themselves.

Get your colon cleansed, your colon will take care of absorbing the
nutrients your body needs. Including your calcium.”

Wife then badgers me in the evening to email her links to websites debunking the calcium supplements and milk.  I said no way.  “Do not email those around to your office mates.  The majority brainwashed masses will think you are a kook, you could lose your job.  Just tell your friends personally what you think, but never email.  That is solid evidence against you.”
