Grains are the most harmful of all the food groups

Of all the foods: Best Raw Fruits, Best Animal Foods, Best Vegetables and Best Grains, grains are worst, even if they are the best kind.

All grains and grain products, including white bread, whole wheat bread, pasta, cereal, pretzels, crackers, and any other product made with grains or flours from grains, which includes most desserts and packaged
snacks.

Grains are the most recently introduced foods in human evolution. Introduced during the Neolithic age, grain cultivation was introduced to stem starvation because of sudden changing planet conditions which made wild game and fruits scarce.

Grains are the biggest culprit in the area of inflammation. A continued consumption of grain, especially wheat is a constant battle for inflammation, constipation and obesity.

Grains contain several potentially problematic substances, such as gluten, lectin, and phytates, and they promote an inflammatory acidic pH, and disrupt proper blood sugar regulation.

Grains are addicting and most people today are grain addicts, though they won’t admit it. They feel they can’t live without grains. Grain addiction can be overcome. I’ll share how I overcame grain addiction, my personal experience.

I did Barefoot Herbalist MH’s 14 day orange juice fast: 1 pint of freshly squeezed orange juice and coconut juice for 14 days. Then a fruitarian diet for a month. Then added fatty animal foods to my diet.

Am I the only Filipino who doesn’t eat rice?  5 months now.  My staple food is fruits and some raw/ cooked fatty animal foods.

Raw or Cooked Animal Food eating done right for health

In the healing stages of diseases, sometimes raw vegan approach is used, sometimes raw fruitarian approach is used and sometimes you have to push a lot of raw animal foods eating too.

A lot of people are in complete uproar when they are pushed by the raw vegans to give up all forms of animal foods. Those lots of people are instinctively correct. Many of us, in fact most humans require animal foods in their diets. The problem is all the mis-education about how animal meat must be eaten.

For starters, a healing diet with meat included, the animal food must be fresh. Freshly killed. Something like slaughtered in the early morning, eaten by lunch. Never frozen. The tragedy is most people only shop for food once per week and rely on freezing their meats. That kind of diet will never heal a sick person.

Next, just like fruits and vegetables where organic labels make a difference, the same with animal foods. Wild animal food is best: wild tuna, wild salmon, wild boar, free range goats, free range cows, free range chickens, free range pigs, fertilized eggs.

Next, animal foods must be eaten WITHOUT CONDIMENTS. Of course there are healthy additions for the beginners like lemon drops, calamansi drops, organic soy sauce… I say beginners. Later on you will and should be eating your animal foods without condiments. Taken from the concepts of natural hygiene, a true food tastes great without condiments, without artificial flavors. Use your tongues. Tasting and smelling is there for a reason. For example a nice piece of steak can be cooked RARE without condiments and the steak has a wonderful aroma all its own with the fats intact. Eventually you move on to seared steaks and for healing purposes totally raw steaks.

Next, animal foods must be eaten in a ratio of more fat content than lean. Hop on over to the website of the Homo Optimus Diet and you will be taught that the correct ratio of eating is 1 part lean to 2.5 to 3.5 parts fat. Humans are not supposed to be eating all lean parts of animals. This is totally wrong and this is why people are sick. People are fat deficient. I will delve more on fat deficits in a separate article. Eat your fats so you don’t fall into the cravings trap and wind up eating junk food.

Next, you must eat a good amount of your food still raw, not all cooked. An all cooked diet is asking for trouble. Try to eat 80 to 90% raw by volume.

The proportion of raw animal foods vs fruits in your diet will be dictated by the environment you live in and the food available to you.

Note that I am not a fan of vegetables and I believe raw fruits are immensely easier to digest and more nutritious than any cooked or raw vegetables. Fruits were made by trees to be eaten. Vegetables have defense mechanisms because they don’t want to be eaten. Many vegetables such as the nightshade family and legumes are in fact harmful to your health.  Some vegetables may be okay.  But fruits are better.

Forget legumes.  Don’t eat them.  Soya, Peanuts.  They are harmful to your health.

Note that I am not a fan of grains either.  In fact I view grains as the number one source of degenerative diseases.  Wheat, corn, rice.  Rice being the best of the worst.  Corn is only good ripe freshly picked and eaten raw ripe on the cob.  Wheat is the most harmful thing there is.  Any form of wheat, whole or processed.  Grains are storable emergency foods to stem starvation periods.  Storable foods are not meant to be eaten for the long term.

Back to meats.  Raw fruits and Raw / cooked meats were the primary sources of food for humans.  Fat in the meats are the fuels that drove our ancestors for strength and endurance.  Some scientists estimate this to be true for 1,990,000 years.

Jumbo jets take off regularly and you think there is no cure for cancer?

I was driving home tired the other day from an out of town meeting.  We passed near the airport and jumbo jets were taking off and landing, and taking off and landing… regularly, just like clockwork.  Imagine those big metal birds large or larger than some buildings able to take off and land almost anywhere in the world for a few thousand bucks you are instantly transported to your destination.  Pretty routine too.

Amazing complicated piece of machinery, efficient design, technology and physical principles that work.  I’m an engineer.  I’m impressed.  And it is real.

Now on the other hand the human health, disease and medical arena is full of hocus pocus with downright shenanigan tactics that are meant to milk you dry of your money, your health and your life.  The prostituted media still trumpeting that “there is no cure for cancer.”  That  “a cancer cure is x years away.”

Bull.  Fraud.

Cancer cures and and cancer curing people and principles have existed for a very long time.  I just got on board this area of my life and found that this un-health is a proverbial no man’s land where pirates, the hucksters, the big fat quackers have all the money, control the government, control the laws and control the miseducation of the people.

The miseducation of people is so gross deep and so darned corrupt it is depressing.  Everything they teach you on the mainstream media and mainstream universities is upside down nutrition, upside down medicine.  There are tiny fragments of truth, but they are so few and so rare.

Back to cancer.  I came up with my own cancer cure protocol at www.curemanual.com and I would like you to know about it.  The principles are easy enough to understand.  All you have to do is hit at the principles and you are free to do whatever methods work for you.  I outlined:

There is no mystery in curing cancer.  The principles are laid out solid science.  Follow these principles and they work.  All the time.  If you are still sick and see no improvements, make a checklist and do everything, leave no stone unturned.  Suspect everything.

I’m an engineer.  A problem solver.  I can help cure people of cancer.  But I can’t build jumbo jets… too complex for me.  Cancer on the other hand is far far easier to cure.  Just read up on the cancer cure manual and ask me if you need to ask clarificatory questions.

Condiments are eventually bad for your health if it covers up the taste of your food everyday

“A condiment is a prepared edible substance or mixture, often preserved or fermented, that is added in variable quantities, most often at the table, to make food more suitable to the diner’s taste.” – Wikipedia.

I would like to clarify that a true food is one that needs ZERO condiments. That when people cook today, they obligatorily add condiments… all the time. People add salt, or vinegar, or soy sauce or the usual tomato, onions, garlic, pepper, and many leaves or curries of all sorts. With that much condiments on everyday table food, you might as well cook rats, cats, and cardboard and they will all taste like chicken.

I would like to clarify and recommend that all you want to be health buffs start eating your food plain. If you are a meat eater you will know the true taste of pork, beef, chicken, lamb, goat, tuna, salmon, tangigue, tilapia, bangus, squid… they all taste different. If you think you like vegetables, you will start hating them when you eat them by themselves because most of them taste bad by themselves. Try eating ripe raw fruit and you will hear angels sing and know that fruit is true delicious food that needs no processing or additives. Try eating your starches like plain rice and only rice, or potatoes and only potatoes. None of those processed junk like bread and noodles that have built in condiment flavorings in them already.

Yes, I’m telling you to self experiment and eat one kind of food in a meal. Not the idiotic medleys people are used to. You will know which foods are true foods. Fruits are number 1 up there. Then the raw meats. Then the cooked meats without condiments.

Condiments are bad. Plain bad. The Natural Hygienists pointed this out long ago. Though natural hygiene recommends only fruitarian, I personally extend its teachings to other foods like animal foods. True animal foods taste good raw without condiments, and if cooked by themselves, without condiments should taste good too. A roasted pig or a roasted calf tastes good if you plainly roast it over a fire or hot coals, no need for condiments. If you train yourself for a few weeks, you can re-learn the raw taste of raw animal foods. Today there are animal foods I and my children prefer eating raw by themselves. You know that the children instinctively know which ones taste great because they ask for it given the many choices. Just this afternoon cooked lunch was served as we got home but my son instead asked me for 2 raw eggs with the whites in them in a glass, then 1 ripe kayumito, and that was his lunch, an all raw lunch. He missed raw because he slept for 3 nights at his cousins who probably ate an all cooked diet.

It all boils down to regaining control of our senses. Our sense of smell and taste must be uncorrupted so it can guide us to health and survival. Today my sense of taste and smell are much keener than before. At a sip of a soup I know if chemicals were added. I can identify the condiments used. I can taste a fruit of fungus overgrowth, the other day, the street sold pineapples had a fungal odor, I told my kids to throw it away. When I buy raw beef I taste a bit first in the market before I pay for it, same with fish. If the creature isn’t good enough to taste or eat raw, why bother cooking it? To cover up for the rottenness? Rotten food is no good whether you cook it or add condiments to it. You are only fooling yourself.

Real food tastes great. Alone. By itself. Don’t let condiments spoil your taste buds. If you let condiments take over your life, you might as well be eating cardboard. Oh yeah, they already do that with instant noodles, kropek and most junk foods!

How I cured my obesity and what I recommend to cure obesity today

I used to be obese.  At 5 feet 5 inches and 168 pounds with a size 38 inch waistline was the maximum I remember.  USA standards of body mass index would appear to show I am at the high end of overweight near obesity.  But Philippine standards of BMI show I was already obese.  Whatever.

It pays to have a goal.  My goal was to be slim and handsome so I could have more children. I stumbled along the way when I saw a friend who also used to be fat.  I asked him how he became slim and he lent me his book Burn the Fat, feed the muscle.  I was no health guru then so I flipped through the pages and did not understand anything.  I did some Atkins dieting since it was easy to follow.  But I didn’t feel right so I saw a nutritionist in the hospital we frequently visited for pediatric consultations (We don’t visit western medical doctors today.  We have reviewed their advice and most of them are wrong and harmful.)

My nutritionist then was good.  It was 2003 then.  She had visual models of the portions of food to eat and I developed a sense of quantity.  In a nutshell, it was the larger the quantity of vegetables I ate, the more I’d lose weight.  So I did lose 2 pounds a month.  All the while being health ignorant.  Yes I lost weight while still being health ignorant.  I learned what proportions of food to eat and lost weight but I did not gain any health.

What if I knew then what I know now, how would I have cured my obesity?  Simple.  I would work myself up to achieve perfect health and my body weight and form would merely follow.  I would do everything I posted an follow my own www.curemanual.com (detox, pollution avoidance, nurturing and nutrition).  On the nutrition, it would have to be raw.  Raw Paleolithic like Wai Genriiu, basically fruitarian with some raw animal foods which are fatty like raw egg yolks and raw fish, raw paleolithic with raw land meats with at a fat proportion of 1 part lean to 2.5 to 3.5 parts fat.  Eliminate vegetables which make your gut big.  Eliminate grains, which need to be cooked and make people fat.  Yes folks, it is grains that make you fat.  Not fat.  Not animal fat.  Animal fats are good for you so eat up.  Throw away all those idiotic grains.  Today I would store grains for emergencies like war or something, but will not make grains my staple food ever again.  This Filipino man does not eat rice!  A mostly raw diet of this sort some 90+ % raw will let you take shape the way you should be shaped.  Add a hobby or a sport that allows good exercise and ta daaah… ultra healthy plus beauty.

Beauty is a signal to the outside world that you are absolutely healthy inside.  If you check out the raw foodist websites, most of them are pretty and handsome, not because raw foodism is a magnet for the beautiful, but because raw foodism brings out the health and beauty in people.

A couple of cancercured messages were being exchanged regarding who holds the truth and why people should believe people like us:

For openers, the saying, “A prophet in his own home is no prophet” is age old and is a truism. The mind-set is,
‘why that’s only my son-in-law or that’s only my son/daughter, what does he/she know?’

Their physician would have told them if food or whatever would help them.

What is our basis to prove to them we have the truth? The Cancer-cured list? An obscure book titled ‘Beating Cancer’? A well known Jurist was supposed to have uttered, “what is truth?” In the scheme of things our efforts and beliefs are not mainstream but rather, the fringe. The world has billions of people and conventional medicine has the ear of 99% of them. I don’t know whether that figure is accurate, however, we know it is the overwhelming majority.

Guess what? I feel exactly as you do and fret over people’s avoidance of natural methods. Science and the media have the ear of the people not we fringe element.

A much smarter member of this list, cancerwise that is, advised me that he believes it best to walk away if our efforts meet resistance as he does- and he is a practitioner-. Either people are responsive and interested or we face the proverbial brick wall. When it is someone we love it becomes more than frustrating.

I answered that:

I’ll just share what I do so I’m a prophet not just in my own mind.

First I showed how I cure myself of whatever ailment I had and then make a website about it documenting everything I did complete with photos. I did this with obesity, heart problems, infertility, then with eczema.

Then I document the other people I helped cure, whatever diseases they had, diabetes, acid reflux,appendicitis, psoriasis, pneumonia, cancer, etc. Put them all on the websites too.
Make more websites with testimonials and tell all my friends and relatives about my new hobby. I’m not just an engineer, manager, web developer, I’m also a hobby healer… and it’s printed on my business card, that I cure the incurables.

Just this week I sent my cousin, my student / understudy to the province to cure our 98 year old grandfather of pneumonia which relatives and the local hospital had given up for dead. He’s walking strong by himself now. We unconstipated him by doing emergency colon cleanses, kidney cleanses and a liver flush. We also controlled his diet so he doesn’t consume any form of wheat and we fought and argued with relatives as to why wheat is mucus forming and constipating. We did relatively the same thing with my 88 year old grandmother last year. And I did something like fighting with hospital doctors when my brother was being forced to take steroids because they didn’t like his skin.

When it is sick far away friends and relatives, I don’t care so much and let them die if they want to. I tell them what I need to tell them then accept if they believe me or not. When it is a close relative like my children, wives, parents, grandparents, I take control and fight for their lives.

Later on, everyone knows what I do is true, and it’s all at my expense.

You know you have arrived when someone asks your relatives for money to for expensive incurable treatment and they just refer the sick to you.

With enough experience, your voice becomes more authoritative and people listen.

P.S. You also become more authoritative if you have more money than they do.  So use your health knowledge to make yourself healthier and prettier and earn more money than most of them.  I’m working on that last part now, making more money.  No health.  No wealth.

I’m making a website on diabetes cures in Asia. What would you like to see in it?

I already have diabetes cures in curelibrary.com and curemanual.com and an old blog at finalcuresfordiabetes.blogspot.com. A new .asia domain landed on my lap about diabetes cures.  This is for the Asian audience as it is a .asia  What would you like to see in it?

Initially I am thinking of first saying that no western medical definitions be ever used in that website.  Asians have their own definitions about diabetes symptoms.  I don’t see why the western medical monopoly has to butt its nose in our continent anyway to push their inane treatments that are only profitable for their industry, but not for our people.

I initially think the website has to be self sustaining, that means it earns some income, and that new posts are regularly made, and that true diabetes cure expertise is pointed to around Asia.

Diabetes is a shortcut invented word that describes a collection of symptoms with the most basic as high blood sugar levels which of course requires a blood sugar measuring device.  I would like to address , diagnos, and cure diabetes without all those devices.   Those devices are for the victims who are currently taking dangerous diabetes drugs invented by the non asian countries.  Asian herbs and foods are safer and more effective.  A change in the diet to true human food (raw fruits and clean organic raw / cooked animal foods with their FATS) cures diabetes in all cases for the rest of your life.  Only the hard headed insistence in the consumption of non-human food (grains, legumes, factory farmed animals without fats) assures a lifetime of diabetic suffering.  These forever sick people eat non-human food because they are mis-educated and would like to fit in with the rest of diseased society.
