I and my wife have gotten into the kick of replacing all our aluminum cookware. We made one sweep a few months ago and we are doing a second sweep again. We identified that the two electric rice cookers are aluminum. Then the new rice cooking pot we use for the charcoal fueled stove is aluminum. Then we see our frying pan is teflon coated.
An information bomb is about to explode. The Hundred Year Lie book by Randall Fitzgerald. The author asks “Look around and ask yourself: Why are we all so sick? What you’re about to read is all true and how it affects you is bigger than you know”

Grandma made a surprise call this morning. She said she had a good night’s sleep. Of course, we engineered it with her nannie. We gave her lots of magnesium from epsom salt soaks and cashews. We also had her not eat meat or fish at dinner time, just brown rice and vegetables. I think that made her sleep real well.

Yesterday I decided to call 3 times a day to see if the caregiver can move my grandmother out of her hot room. She cannot. In fact by sunny 10am she said my grandmother had taken a nap in her room where the sun shone brightly and the room temperature soared. As I have previously exposed, this caregiver cannot stand the heat in the room and leaves my grandmother alone.

The last time I reported leaving my grandmother on sunday evening, refreshed and strong. She went around her room and her bathroom all by herself. Confident that I have done a good job, I left for home.
