I felt such a massive heart ache this afternoon. I met a friend who I had gifted with the Ross Horne Book: Health and Survival into the 21st Century. He was thankful for the book. He saw I looked good, slim and healthy. He quit smoking.

It’s a frying shame to FRY ANY food. As Wai Genriiu says: “Cooking food creates the toxins that cause welfare diseases.” So most people cannot exit the cooking paradigm yet. But everyone should realize that FRYING is one of the WORST kinds of cooking and should NEVER be done.

I’ve been doing a lot of health research the past few years and the cancer hysteria is at an all time high fever pitch. Outstanding how much money companies must be making with all this. Cancer screening is the “in” thing. Everyone in the industry wants to detect cancers “early” enough so they can get insurance companies to cover the enormous medical expenses. Mind you, cancer treatments are very, very, very expensive. Yet they admit they can only bring hope and never mention the word “cure” for cancer. It’s a money game. No one cares about anybody. Even the people in the cancer industry believe their own marketing and would gladly condemn themselves and their loved ones to their cancer screenings and cancer treatments which we in the know, know to be meaningless and useless.

I did a liver flush for old time’s sake. Or maybe my 6th sense said I needed one. I do feel a shade better. But the significant result of this maybe 20+ th liver flush is that there were absolutely no stones this time. I used 2 day of apple juice and then the epsom salts combination.
