3rd Treatment day success for grandma’s tremors, weakness and parkinsons

I did not visit grandma today but I was texting and calling her nannie.

This early morning my grandma pooped. She had a total of 3 poops the whole day. Hmmm… the Barefoot LBBs and the raw diet must be working well. Her body is cleansing. Must lower the number of LBB capsules per day from 10 capsules a day to 6 capsules a day.

For breakfast I made stern orders for raw fruits only. Nannie said my grandma had coconuts and guavas in the morning.

For lunch they said they were frying fish. So I told the nannie to use virgin coconut oil as the cooking oil instead of canola oil. I also told the nannie to boil the orange kamote / sweet potatoes, my grandma’s favorite. They also steamed some brocolli. I gave specific instructions for my grandma to eat 3 egg yolks before her main lunch. She did and ate the brocolli and the orange sweet potatoes. Very good. No rice. And she did not eat the fried fish.

For afternoon snacks / merienda I asked that she only have fruits and she did. I don’t know which ones but I dumped a lot on them.

In the evening the nannie said my grandma ate 2 more egg yolks and more orange sweet potatoes. Hmmmm…. my grandmother seems to be on a roll. No rice again.

Nannie now tells me I need to supply more organic eggs, there are 10 left. Why sure. I’ll send a new tray tomorrow. Nannie says my granda is liking the raw egg yolks. I was counting on that. I told her she could eat unlimited raw egg yolks. The more raw egg yolks she ate, the faster she gets well.

Now I’m thinking about her request for fish oil supplements the other day. I have to find a way to feed my grandmother raw tuna. That should pump her with real live fish oil. I remember raw tuna and raw salmon extremely helping my sick brother last year where no amount of fish oil supplements can. Pure, real, raw food is awesome powerful. Maybe if I wrap the tuna in nori sea weed she will like it.

I’m excited to see her tomorrow or Sunday. Maybe she’s stronger. We will see. What I do know is that today June 6 Friday was a good nutritious day for my grandma.

Today I was only able to arrive at my grandmother’s new rest house around 6pm.

I heard last night my grandmother ate 1 raw egg yolk.

I heard this morning she ate 2 hard boiled organic eggs and fried rice. I saw their cooking oil is canola oil. Grrr…. Then she had warm water. That same dirty water they drink from the tap measuring 68 TDS. Grrr…

She was still constipated this morning and resorted to suppositories to lubricate the bottom of her anus, then she listened and drank 2 tablespoons of VCO. Also last night she drank 8 capsules of Barefoot Herbalist MH’s LBBs.  She pooped after lunch successfully.

At lunch I heard she had fish in soup and white rice. Grrr…. rice again…. junk stuff.

I called their house and instructed that my grandmother to NOT eat any snack after lunch as I was coming over to feed her my special freshly slaughtered prime sirloin fatty beef all the way from Farmer’s Market in Cubao Quezon City. I even brought my own griller because they had none.

The beef was grilled in less than 1 minute. To the nannie and the maid it was still raw. For me, it was overcooked. At least it smelled good and my grandmother will not suspect it was still raw inside as I sat her in an angle where the food was not well lit. I fed her and used my brand new batangas blade steak knife. The idiot maid was making idiot remarks that the beef was still raw so I loomed over her shoulder and whispered loudly in her ear to “not contradict my healing”. My grandmother’s sister offered her white rice 3 times. I said no. And later on my grandmother was already full from the beef fat I fed her. I asked them if she ate rice for breakfast, they said yes, I asked them if she ate rice at lunch, they said yes… so I slam dunked them that my grandmother does not need any more rice this dinner, she has had enough.

My grandmother liked the seared sirloin beef. I do see a bad habit she does is drinking while eating. She got chilled coconut juice and started drinking while eating. Tsk tsk. She said the beef tasted bland. I said, just eat up more fat, the flavor is in the fat. Hmmmm…. grandma finally tastes pure food. So this is what pure beef tastes like huh? Smells great too. She ate a lot and even wondered if she could digest it all. I said of course you can. Since the beef was seared, smells good outside but raw inside, it will be pretty easy to digest.

What was pleasant to see was when we lit the charcoal, we were walking out the front door, but my grandmother was blocking the way, she was on her walker, she stood up on her own and was walking on her own, without any assistance. So for those impatient that I work miracles, this is miracle number 1 for you.

I made it clear to my grandmother that I was not happy she only ate 2 hard boiled eggs this morning. I told her I wanted 3 egg yolks from her the following morning.

Oh yes, I brought her a lot of nutritious fruits in season. Native guavas are in season and I brought her half a kilo. Her sister said guavas are tops in vitamin C. She’s right. I just hope my grandmother eats them. I brought 1 kilo of ripe carabao mangoes. I brought 1 kilo of ripe indian mangoes. I brought 1 kilo of lagkitan avocado, I brough 1 kilo of orange sweet potatoes, her favorite. I brought her 1 kilo of green ponkan. And I brought in 20 fresh coconuts for her to drink and eat.

I also brought with me a 5 gallon dispenser filled with reverse osmosis purified water. I measured the water in front of the folks there. The TDS reading was 4 TDS, which is much better than the 68 TDS they regularly consume.

There are few myriad details more, stuff I’m too tired to write about. What was important is that I was hands on. I bought all the food. I seared her beef. I cut it up. And I fed her one small piece at a time making sure each bite had a 50/50 piece of fat and meat. I told her dinners like these are what my children scramble for.

Of course after I bought the raw sirloin beef from the market this lunch time. In the car, me and my 2 boys already ate a lot of raw beef while traveling in the car. We had a great raw lunch.

My grandmother’s tremor, weakness and parkinsons cure protocol

Last night we successfully moved my grandmother to her sister’s place in Fairview, beside the La Mesa dam. Nice cool, fresh air, lots and lots of trees, less pollution. It is still within Metro Manila, but the fact that it is beside the dam makes all the difference. You can smell it in the air.

Last night I gave my grandmother roasted pork ribs, aka “liempo” from the Baliwag chain. Ha ha ha, she finished one whole order by herself while we were in the car. I just handed it over to her piece by piece. Look, no rice! See? My grandmother can have dinner without rice. All the better, she needs the nutrition.

Rice, like all grains and potatoes are the original empty calories. Junk foods.

As you may recall, the reason for the move is to avoid the poisons in her old dwelling in Makati. Whether it was something in the house, or in the food there, or in the environment there, or the drugs there, or the water there… this is a different place. And she brought with her ZERO drugs and zero personal care products.

This afternoon I visited her and brought her 4 new coconuts. Surprisingly, she finished all 4 coconuts I previously left for her for the whole day today. So, my grandmother is a heavy drinker, not of water, where she complains she is drowning, but of coconuts. All right, superior hydration through coconuts. Her sister exclaims, that coconut water is the best water there is.

I left instructions that my grandmother is to drink only coconut juice. None of the water in that house. I tested their drinking water which they boil straight from the tap. TDS meter shows a measurement of 68. Bad, very, very bad and dirty water. My grandmother’s sister says she boils the water, I then show the TDS meter reading that the rust, the dust, the soil, the other impurities are still there. I taught them the principles of hydration, why water is best eaten in raw food, raw fruits, raw animal foods.

I taught my grandmother that we are into giving her the most nutritious and delicious foods I can find. So all she drinks is coconut juice. Then, I told her that I’m putting her on high cholesterol and high fat foods. I demonstrated again for the 2nd day eating raw organic egg yolks in front of her. Yummy. She says her mother, my great grandmother, used to give her raw eggs after giving birth to gain back her strength. I taught her that the condition she is in right now is worse than all those births she used to do, she can’t stand up on her own. So I told her she should eat the raw organic egg yolks, and that she should eat as many, many egg yolks as she feels like eating. I had to teach them with force that all those cholesterol myths are just stupid myths that have caused much disease in the world. I told them that the number one cause of depression is a low fat, low cholesterol diet. Yes, she did undergo a lot of stress and emotional and mental depression due to events, but the way to counteract that is to go on a high fat, high cholesterol diet.

I also gave her last night my super special Barefoot Herbalist tree iodine. I recommended 2 dropper fulls a day. I don’t know how long that will last, it’s my only bottle. I also brought her my Barefoot Herbalist LBB capsules for her colon cleansing… she’s hard of pooping. I recommended 10 capsules per day. Let’s see her poop on this instead of Dr. Tam’s Miracle Tea. She also has virgin coconut oil available. I taught her 2 tablespoons will cause you to poop in a few minutes.

For dinner I also bought her another roasted pork ribs order from the Baliwag chain. I again ate my own order in front of her. This is to show her that yes, I eat raw eggs and I eat pork fat. Yes, it’s good for her. And I hope, like a child she learns by copying me.

I do note that while I wasn’t there she ate a commercial bibinka, a rice cake of some sort, probably has a little flour. I sternly made the recommendation to avoid all flour / wheat products, potatoes, and corn. She can eat rice, no sweat. I would rather she eat fat, but you can’t force her at this age. I do want her to eat raw, but these old people are stern in their ways. So my best bet is a cooked, high fat diet. Hopefully, she eats enough raw organic egg yolks to jump start her liver to detoxify and with superior hydration she gets well. With the iodine, she gets well too. Hope hope hope, It’s only been one day.

I did succeed in presenting to my grandmother and her sister and her care giver my many websites which I show crystal clear what I was sick off, how I got well, what the other people I cured were sick of and got well again. My grandmother’s sister is a normal healthy skeptic but she can see that there is something in what I was presenting.

So, I hope my lucky streak continues. I’ve cured a bunch of other people, my brother, my grandmother on my father side, my grandfather on my father side and now my 2nd attempt at my grandmother on my mother’s side.

My grandmother wants to go to the sea. Oh my, tall order huh. The cleanest beach is in quezon province on the Pacific ocean side. The tree iodine will have to do for now. I’ll have to figure out how to get to the beach and some financing on how to get to the beach.

And another thing, I had to wake up the relatives on what I was doing with my grandmother and why. I told them the truth, that my grandmother was dying. 3 straight years of non-stop steep decline. She is dying. She has the will to live but does not know how. I hope that wakes up some relatives from their indifferent zombie stupor that my grandma is old at 83. Wrong. I saved my 88 year old grandma. And I saved my 98 year old grandpa. I will do no less for my younger grandma.

We can order more tree iodine from Barefoot Herbalist, relatives can give it to Ida when she is in the USA next week and she can put it in a box maybe. Cancer: Diet and nutrition alone will not cure you

I have a bone to pick with some of those cancer cure protocols out there who are based on merely PURE DIET.  Of course diet is important, and maybe your diet advocacy works at a time and place.  But to say you have a cancer cure in just diet is just plain wrong.  The correct diet or non-diet (fasting) will depend on the state of health the sick is in.  Diet is JUST a part of a good cancer cure protocol, there are many OTHER parts of a cancer cure protocol.

A good diet will not get rid of parasites.  Once lodged and comfy in the body, the parasites like feeding on whatever good food the sick is eating.  You have to kick out the parasites with whatever method you’ve got.

A good diet will help you metabolize the pollutants around you, but you can still be overwhelmed if you are continuously still being poisoned by the air, water, on your skin, or electro-magnetic frequencies.

A good diet is no good if you don’t get any sunlight.

A good diet is no good if your digestive system is wrecked and you can’t absorb vital nutrients.  You may need to fast first and fix your digestive system then turn to a nutritious diet.

A good diet is no good if your mental and emotional attitude is hopeless, angry, or lost.

A good diet is no good if your detoxification organs are constipated!

A good diet will not remove the metals and dead teeth in your mouth.

Cancer, and many other degenerative diseases need a combination of things to be done.  There is no one thing, no one magic bullet, it is a synergy of treatments to cleanse and nurture a human back to life.

So it is good that you have your diet protocol and you make some money out of your patient.  But do not blind him by saying your diet protocol alone is the cure for his cancer.  Your diet protocol is an important part of his cancer cure protocol.

New attempt at curing my grandmother’s weakness, tremors and parkinsons symptoms

I met my 83 year old grandmother yesterday at 2 family gatherings and I noted how much weaker she was this time. This is terrible. I, with all my knowledge about health must be able to help her get well. 83 is not old, she is sick.

By the end of the day I had formed a plan and just needed the help of those who love my grandmother. I called up my grandmother’s younger sister and asked her if my grandmother could stay at her house for 2 weeks to a month. She said yes.

I called up my aunt and uncle and asked them to open up Hulda Clark’s book Cure for All Diseases and asked him to flip to page 312 for Tremors. Hulda Clark says tremors are caused by continuous poisoning and the last poisoning happened not more than 2 weeks ago. So my solution is for my grandmother to transfer dwellings and leave everything behind, including her drugs and supplements and personal care products.

Drastic moves for drastic circumstances. You would do this for your loved one wouldn’t you?

The last stumbling block is if her nannie would agree to moving houses for 2 weeks. I don’t see why not, but my grandmother comes first, not the nannie.

Maybe I can transfer her tomorrow. I will give her a high fat diet. High in animal fats. Probably lots of organic egg yolks and animal fats.

Only Dr. Tam’s Miracle tea will be there for her to make sure she poops.

From SAD, to raw vegan, to raw fruitarian to raw paleolithic diet

Some people do not understand why I’m shifting from one diet to another.  I would have to say that I went through healing phases and self experiments.  One kind of diet may be needed to address an illness or a condition, and another to maintain health.

I grew up on a standard urban diet.  Much like the standard american diet.  Food additives, cooked rice, bread, condiments, cooked meat, cooked vegetables, some fruits, cooked meat, junk food, coffee, softdrinks (when I go out and can’t find water), packed juices.

I got the usual standard illnesses the masses think are “normal” these days like asthma, a big wart, pimples, obesity, some unknown viral illnesses, constipation, eczema, infertility, etc.

I went through the usual medically accepted stuff like drugs, more drugs, experimental drugs and steroids galore.

Of course being healthy is more than just diet.  I’m here to talk about the reasons I went through those phases.

We improved our SAD diet to what was commonly thought as “better”.  Whole grains, soya, no MSG, no microwave, no instant mixes… but that wasn’t enough.  I tried raw vegan when I was giving the same recommendation to a cancer patient… I said, what the heck, it’s good for him, I’ll try it myself.  I did raw vegan for 2 months, but it was unsustainable, made me too thin and it was such a hassle.  I went back to eating cooked rice and some cooked meats again.  Then I was getting tired of the never emptying of my liver stones so I did orange juice fasting and raw fruitarian.  That got rid of my liver stones alright.  Also helped heal other minor glitches on me.  But I was getting even thinner on raw fruitarian, but more importantly was that I was cold.  Now feeling cold in a tropical climate was just plain wrong.  I knew something was missing.  So I got introduced to the raw paleolithic diet via the WAI DIET.  Wai Diet is raw fruitarian plus raw egg yolks and various raw fish… an easy jump from my raw fruitarian.  Then I wanted to get buffed up, gain even more weight, and I was bored with just raw eggs and raw sea food, so I added raw beef and raw goat.  I wanted more variety so I tried roast pork.  This morning I tried raw organic pork.  I was not impressed with the taste.  I will try raw organic chicken.  We just got a new batch.

I’ve been or raw and some cooked paleolithic diet for some 5 months and I can report good success with this diet.  Raw paleolithic is sustainable and filling.  March, i tried lower carb and higher fat, very good, results so far.  Fat is a better source of fuel than carbs.  Today I am still on low carb and high fat.  The only source of carbs I have is fruit.  And I think the quality of carbs from my tropical fruits are different, superior to the starches of rice and wheat products.  I’m trying to follow the homo optimus diet of 1 part protein, 3 parts fat, 0.8 parts carbs.  My 0.8 parts carbs are my raw tropical fruits in season.  My fat is a combination of coconut meat (fruit), and animal fats, extra virgin olive oil sometimes, raw egg yolks.  My protein comes mainly from the raw animal foods.

Why do I think raw paleolithic, homo optimus diet is sustainable?  It’s easy.  No fancy preparations. No cooking.  The food is pure.  I eat mono meals.  One food at a time.  And I do not get hunger pangs because fat burns long and keeps you full for a long time.  I noticed that I am effortlessly coasting on this raw paleolithic diet.  It is so darn easy I have no need for a cook anymore, much to my cook’s dismay.  The most cooking I do is to merely heat my refrigerated meats to yummy warm levels.

I look better and feel much better today than last year, and the previous year.  I have energy levels that can be abused and used to concentrate on business instead of thinking about how to get well.  This kind of progression to what I did today looks like the same progression many formerly sick people went through.

When we were sick, our digestive systems were wrecked.  With a wrecked digestive system, only easy to digest foods would do, like raw fruits and raw vegetables that are pre-digested (prepared well).  Wrecked digestive systems have a problem digesting fats and animal foods.  When the digestive system gets healed and powerful digestive capacities are back, it is time to use them, not abuse them.  So a raw paleolithic diet suits us well.  A low carb, high fat diet suits the perfectly working digestive system.  Fats giving the energy, the cleansing ability, and the vitamin absorption capability.  Animal foods giving optimum protein and building muscle.

Of course gym workouts will be next for me.  Beginning June, my sons go to school, it’s time I did some gym type body building.  I want to maintain a 30 inch waistline.  I want well defined buff looks.  I now have the energy and the strength to do work outs.  Let’s just squeeze some time in there.  Hmmm…. how about power lifting?  Sprinting?  As long as the work outs are short, I want it.

If you are sick, unhealthy, fat or underweight, then you must question your health beliefs

I have noticed that when people are physically sick, they are also mentally sick. They have solid formed concepts about health and they think they are already doing their best, and it is just bad luck or age is the reason why they are sick.

Hello… knock knock… anybody home in there? The reason you are degeneratively sick is because you are following a belief, a dogma, a so-called scientific / medical / money scam paradigm that is false. You can’t lie to your body, you can’t lie to nature, it is all about the results you are getting.

If you are strong, muscle bound, sexually virile, active, and in your 40s and above, then you must be doing something right. If you are fat, tired, have some aches and pains, then there are improvements to be done.

That is what I like sharing at my Cure Manual. The many aspects about living a life to make one healthy.

Say you always have a migrane, colds… question your dental work. Why those metals must be in your mouth. Question what you are eating. Those so called healthy whole grains may not be so healthy after all with all the fungal growth on them from storage, wrong preparation, and a consumption of high carbohydrate / starch diet.

Say you are obese or extremely obese and you claim you eat a healthy diet, that you are on a good program. Hell, I’d like to know what program that is so I know and tell people to avoid the program you are on.

Remember, when you consult an expert, you look at his state of health. Is he healthy? Is he strong? Does he have fantastic results with his own program?

This is why I respect the gurus I respect. Dr. Tam is healthy, he promotes a raw vegan diet. Barefoot Herbalist MH is healthy and he promotes a raw fruitarian diet. Aajonus Vonderplanitz is healthy and he promotes a not necessarily raw paleolithic diet and he is healthy, muscular. They are all married, have children and sexual. I want those. I respect those. I have to find out what works for me. See what they have in common. All of them avoid pollution, all of them go for organic food, all of them avoid drugs, all of them avoid factory food, all of them avoid cooking.

What I found out with my personal experience in trying their recommended diets is that high fat is a must. That grains are truly bad for me. That I have not had success with dairy. That raw food is king. That I need raw animal foods in my diet.

In the past few months I have been tearing down all the common mass media misconceptions about health and found out my own truths because I am getting darn good results.

I don’t take the experts’ word for it, I self experiment and see what works for me. I’m somewhere in the middle because of genetics and because of where I live. I live in the tropics.

Now what will work for you?  That is something for you to self experiment and find out.
