Carb loading insanity at a posh Italian restaurant

It is my 11 year old nephew’s birthday and my family is at the posh italian restaurant. The dishes in front of us are insane. Pizza, garlic bread, flat noodles pasta, round macaroni pasta. The carbohydrates flying around and everyone is having a great time… except me that is. Good thing I came to the party full. I bit a small slice of pizza and that is it, that is my gift. Happy birthday to my nephew, I already sacrificed my wife and my kids to this carb madness.

Imagine people eating this kind of carb stuff every day. it is insane. And they wonder why they are sick. if you are new or clueless as to what I’m talking about, listen up. The whole dinner food is wrong, an you pay for it twice, once with your money, and the next with your health. All the food was cooked. Most of it carbs. Hardly any protein, and hardly any fat. Flour is constipating, flour spikes up your blood sugar levels, plus all those special restaurant prepared shortcuts and flavorings.

The problem with us health nuts is we see this kind of normal celebration as a total assault on health and common sense.

FYI, pasta will only make you FAT and gives you zero vitamins and minerals, junk food, sugar loading.  Pasta is a filler, it fills you up without giving beneficial nutrients.  So you become FAT as well as get malnutrition.

Posh pasta and bread restaurants like these have large profit margins because pasta and bread are ultra cheap to make and they sell it at high prices to you.  You think they must be good because they are priced that high.  No way.

Us really healthy raw food nutcases see restaurant food, chefs as a prime cause of disease.  Otherwise unpalatable, non-nutritious food fools taste buds to be consumed for profit and unhealth.

Aloe Vera supplements for my 4 year old with eczema?

I’ve decided to try aloe vera supplements for my 4 year old boy who has some eczema.  Although the herbs from the anthroposophic doctor seem to be holding up his skin somewhat, it is a somewhat condition.  Meaning, not totally cured.

What I did is I ordered aloe vera supplements and I hope it arrives next week.

I will be testing it on MYSELF first of course.  Unlike my wife who readily believes the anthroposophic doctor and just gives to her children what the doctor recommends, I would rather test herbs on myself first.

So the first few days I will be testing the aloe vera supplements on myself first.  Then I will give it to my 4 year old boy.

I observed his poop this morning.  Some yellowish floating stuff again.  I don’t like it.  His stools are not fully formed like my 7 year old boy.  I’m thinking maybe his intestines are wrecked, as most eczematics are.  He’s just too young to be doing orange juice fasts or virgin coconut oil detoxes.

Maybe aloe vera supplements can help heal his intestines.  I think I will combine this with virgin coconut oil.  Aloe vera in the morning.  VCO at night.  Sounds like a plan.

Work from home business opportunity in the wellness industry

I just got into the wellness industry to see how far my trying to help people get well really take me.  There is money in the wellness industry.  You altruistically make money while helping people get well.

Now I’m not saying all the products carried by the wellness industry are good.  But you can find a couple of gems if you know how health works.

My handicap though is since I’m a hobby healer, an altruistic one at that, I have to be very selective about the products to sell.

It would be great if everyone would go raw paleolithic and get the same health boost me and some friends get from the true human diet, but that is being un-realistic.  People are mostly addicted to cooked food.  People are brainwashed to be buyers of products.  So to get the people on the fast track to wellness, they have to begin their journey.  And I believe the wellness industry starts people on the correct path.

I have to admit in the past I joined a couple of wellness companies with products to sell while I was searching for the cure to my own health problems.  Fast forward today, I’m a healthy and handsome raw paleolithic nutcase.

There will be many customers.  There are many, many, sick, obese, depressed, malnourished people.

My new steak knife is sharp, makes eating meats a joy

I’ve been intending to go to a big supermarket and buy a sharp pair of scissors for cutting my raw meats but I haven’t had the time yet.

Yesterday when I brought a computer for repairs at the computer shop, a traveling salesman was selling the usual lot of Batangas made blades.

You must know that the craft of making great blades are done in the province of Batangas.

I fell in love with a nice small steak knife that has a switch blade.  It is absolutely sharp and convenient.  It even has a flashlight and a carrying case.  And the price was right.  P 250 only!  This kind of quality is sold for thousands in a mall.

I haven’t had raw beef for a week and I thought it would be good to try out my new knife last night.  And boy, was it sharp.  Better than I ever expected.  Zero resistance from the meat.  Eating was pure pleasure.

Low fat diets are the worst and most disease causing of all diets

Eating fats will make you slim. Eating fats is cleansing. Eating fats cures depression. Eating fats will allow you to absorb much more fat soluble vitamins and will help cure many diseases. Eating fats is satisfying and delicious. Eating a high fat diet will regulate your blood sugar levels. I’m talking about natural fats, fats our ancestors have eaten for hundreds of thousands of years. I’m talking about the good fats coconut meat, coconut cream, olive oil, nuts, egg yolks, animal fats, animal marrow, animal suet and more.

Fat is the most important part of your diet. Fat is so important that you should be consuming fats as the majority of your diet in weight. You should be eating more fats than lean meat, more fats than grains. In fact, it is grains that cause many, many diseases.

If you are Filipino, you should be replacing rice with fats. You can also use sweet potatoes sparingly. But the best carbs come from fruits. You might like to know that coconut meat is FAT.

How did I come to this conclusion? Self experimentation will lead you to the truth.

I tried raw vegan. I also did raw fruitarian.

I learned that to survive on raw vegan, you must have high fat. (coconut meat, extra virgin olive oil, avocados, durians)

I went with Wai Diet, a raw fruit diet plus raw egg yolks and raw sea food diet.

Wai Diet is High Carb, High Fat.
I’m now experimenting with low carb high fat these days and I’m still learning the ropes.

What I do know from experience is, that a HIGH FAT diet is A MUST!

Low FAT diets are just plain wrong. I had to experience raw vegan and raw fruitarian diets to learn that a LOW FAT diet is completely, totally and forever wrong.

The cure for high blood pressure is kidney cleansing

According to Dr. Hulda Clark, “High blood pressure is one of the easiest problems to correct without resorting to drugs.”  The most important change to make is to STOP ingesting ALL sources of CAFFEINE.  Read my lips: No Coffee, No Tea, No Carbonated Beverages, No packed or bottled energy drinks.  If you want warm, just stick to warm water.

Dr. Clark says blood pressure is mainly controled by the adrenal glands.  The pollutant affecting blood pressure is cadmium.  That is cadmium polluting your drinking water.  The solution is to drink PURE WATER.  Distilled water from your own distiller.  Or your own reverse osmosis machine, well maintained, measured with a TDS meter.  Or if you are a raw foodist like I am, I get my water from my raw food.  I don’t drink plain water.  When I do need more fluid, I drink freshly opened coconut juice I open myself.

If your kidneys are also polluted, then it is time for a kidney cleanse.  Buy kidney cleanse herbs from Barefoot Herbalist or do the avocado leaves tea for kidney cleansing.  If you have never done colon cleansing, do that first.  All the detox you need to do is in my Cure Manual.

You must monitor your blood pressure versus your taking of blood pressure medication so you know that you have to cut down on your blood pressure medication every time until you can throw away your blood pressure medication, finally and forever.

Dr. Clark says when you are down to 130/80, go off your medication completely.  But finish your kidney cleansing protocol.  Barefoot’s kidney cleansing lasts 6 weeks.

Important for the salt myth believers:

“The amount of salt eaten, once the pressure is down has little influence.  In fact increasing salt intake improves energy without raising blood pressure.  Take no more than 1 teaspoon a day.”

There is also the mold toxin angle.  Especially the T-2 toxin found in dried peas, beans and lentils.  I told you to stay away from grains, beans (including seeds), potatoes. Stay away from all moldy food.  See page 381 of Hulda Clark’s Cure for All Diseases.

If you have been newly diagnosed with high blood pressure, stay away from a drug pushing doctor.  If the doctor you have is a drug pusher, go find another doctor who is not a drug pusher who will work with you in the same manner I just wrote.  Drugs are bad for you in the long run.  Don’t take drugs.

The cure for high cholesterol is liver flushing etc.

The issue about cholesterol causing heart disease and having to avoid fatty / cholesterol laiden foods is one of the main causes of UNHEALTH of today’s people.  The mis-educated doctors who spout out these myths have caused unhealth and discomfort to my parents and my in-laws.

The artificial lowering of the passing mark for cholesterol levels is a SCAM meant for the pharmaceutical companies to make money by selling cholesterol lowering drugs.  It’s all marketing, and since the marketing is causing misery and unhealth, I have to point out that this is all a scam!

Majority of the cholesterol is made by our liver.  The cholesterol level in our blood is automatically regulated for us to perform our best given your current diet and education.  The less cholesterol laden food you eat, the more cholesterol your liver must produce.

There is no correct “normal” cholesterol level that those blood tests are diagnosing.  All those blood tests and drugs are useless, pointless and harmful.  If you want to see changes there, all you need to do is do colon cleansing, kidney cleansing and liver flushing until you are stone free. Stop taking your cholesterol lowering drugs.  Throw them all out. Change your diet to the homo optimus diet and stop seeing your mis-educated doctor.  Eat a mostly raw paleolithic diet. If you want cooked, eat the homo optimus diet way.  1 part protein, 3 parts fat, 0.8 parts carbs.  This means throwing out rice, wheat, all grains, all beans, all potatoes, (sweet potatoes are fine once in a while).  Eat organic / wild meats / fish, eggs, internal organs, meat and fats, they are good for you.  Be strong, slim, virile and sexy like all of us raw and cooked paleolithic diet practitioners.  FAT is good for you!  Especially raw fats.  A cooked lunch I eat for example would be 1 whole cooked “liempo” (pork with lots of fat) from Baliwag chain of roasters.  The better alternative is raw beef sirloin with lots of yellow fats.  Yummy.

It is continuous eating of inflammation causing foods that causes heart attacks and stroke.  So the prime suspects are ALL GRAINS (all rice, all bread, all pasta), ALL BEANS (especially soya), all NIGHTSHADE vegetables (potatoes, tomatoes, bell peppers, egg plants, tobacco).

The cure for high cholesterol is detoxing, especially liver flushing.  Learn how easy it is to accomplish this at the Detox Protocols section on Cure Manual.

P.S. This article was meant to be read by my parents and my in-laws.  If you have a problem with the way I point out the truth and the facts, then you can go and poison your own parents with drugs and a low fat, high carb diet.

I noticed on the curezone news letter a guy that had a level of 200 and now almost 100, I didn’t read the news letter but presume this person thought they were doing good with the lower level.

From what I have read the proper level is 200+ your age and this is done after you have fasted for 1 day, otherwise the test are even more worthless. To me the test belongs in the dumper in the first place with all the other medical test that have ever been invented other than the pH paper and we really don’t even need pH paper because we know everyone has too much acid, so all testing belongs in the dumper!

From what I have seen, those that lower their cholesterol levels or those unable to raise their cholesterol levels above 200 all are sickly people, usually pale gray and thin once the body is damaged enough.

Cholesterol lowering drugs have killed many and have been condemed even my many doctors, yet people seek them. I have seen them kill many people I worked with.

The natural solution is to eat human foods and there is no problem. Those alreay with a problem can eat 1 raw pineapple weekly and take olive oil or better yet, lecithin daily. The liver flush is a great jump start to aiding the body unload extra fat/cholesterol.

If one insist on testing, I would beware any level below 200, most should be 220-270.

I suggest reading books written by Hal Huggins, he was the best in blwoing the mysteries away.
