Bugoy began his PepZin GI, Biotin and MSM protocol to cure leaky gut October 2, 2007.  This is a 60 day program.  1 capsule PepZin GI, 1 capsule Biotin 5000 mcg, 4 capsules MSM 1000 mg; do all this 2x per day.  This is the protocol to cure leaky gut via supplements.

Of course this does not stand alone.  This is in conjunction with many other protocols to fix Bugoy’s life.

Bugoy visited me this evening to take a half cup of Dr. Tam’s Miracle tea as his colon cleanse. It was late in the evening around 11 pm. I gave him a lecture again about how late it is. That I don’t mind him going out during the morning or afternoon as long has he is home before dinner. That he was asleep by 10 pm. That there would be no healing if he sleeps later than that. That he must change his dating schedule with his girlfriend if he wants to heal. No dates at night! Date in the daytime all you want. No dates at night!

He then asks what has the 10pm to 2am time have to do with healing. I told him that is just the way humans are. Night time is sleeping time. That those poor call center workers will get shafted with deteriorating health eventually as the months go by that they work graveyard shifts. That is why there is a large turn over of call center agents. Humans are not nocturnal creatures, humans sleep at night.

I think I convinced him. Let’s see him implement this new schedule.

It is October 1, 2007 and we have the goal of total cure by December 2007. The observed problems with Bugoy are as follows: itching, dry skin, flaky skin, feeling cold under normal conditions, pores damaged by 8 years of petroleum jelly, thick old skin from damage of 8 years of petroleum jelly, easily fatigued, irritable, gets sick easily. The medical establishment would take one look at him and blurt out dry eczema or psoriasis or dermatitis. Stay away idiots.

Probable current conditions: chronic sodium deficiency – wrong ratio with potassium, calcium deficiency, magnesium deficiency, vitamin D deficiency, leaky gut, liver stones, mercury poisoning, constant dehydration.

Root causes that must be addressed:

1. Remove all amalgams 3 quarters to go, around 7 more teeth.
2. Rejuvenate damaged skin, pores, lymphatic system.
3. Fix diet.
4. Fix habits, rhythm, lack of sleep.

P.S. As I write this I am frustrated again with this boy avoiding my texts and phone calls and he is late and out in the town again, who knows where, it is 8:30 pm and he has irresponsibly left his healers me and manang lorna the herbalist hanging and waiting. His treatments can’t be done and he will again be sleeping late well past his bed time of 10 pm. His attitude, commitment and schedule must change or I will stop healing him.

Last Saturday night September 29, I, Bugoy and Manang Lorna the herbalist celebrated with a simple fresh fish dinner at Mr. Poon’s restaurant in Wak Wak, Pasig.

We ordered the 700 grams live grouper (lapu lapu) in the aquarium with Mr. Poon’s special sauce. We also ordered spinach with garlic. And specified no rice so we have proper food combining to assure complete digestion. We specifically told the waiter to use no MSG. My MSG radar tells me there was no MSG in what we ate.

Bugoy lost weight. He lost weight because his body told him not to eat. He did not lose weight because of our treatments. We listened to Bugoy’s body wisdom. His body wanted poisons and toxins out, and we helped them out. His body needed almost a week on empty stomach to fast so it could concentrate on healing, and so we gave him that too!

Everyone should be proud of our combined efforts. Give ourselves a pat on the back. Me the overall manager, Doc Brush the chiropractor, Doc Divina Hey for the homeopathic and anthroposophic emergency measures at the start of the crisis, Doc Gerry Francisco for his professional steam baths and tawas – calamansi scouring ideas, Doctor Lorna’s juicing, kidney detoxing and topical disinfections, and of course Bugoy who finally caught on with the logic of the treatments and the truth about his condition.

We are not stopping after this crisis. This time Bugoy wants to finish everything once and for all. The goal is to be handsome by December. The next few posts will contain the analysis and our plan of action. Keep reading. We know what we are doing because Bugoy is getting better all the time.

I’ve been observing the scratches and little wounds I get and I am not satisfied with the amount of time it takes for me to heal. Maybe it has something to do with that alkaline burning that happened to me last January.

Then there is of course my brother Bugoy’s eczema problem. Feeling dry. Feeling Cold.

The keywords I get from my most recent googling is Omega 3 and Omega 6 Essential fatty acids from Garry Null’s book Women’s Health Solutions. He says Omega 3 help with proper wound healing, eczema and cirrhosis. As for Bugoy he says “Deficiency symptoms include dry, flaky skin, eczema and painful stiff joints.” Bugoy has these except the painful stiff joints. I gave him flaxseed oil. He doesn’t take them.

Another key word is Vitamin A. Get them from juicing carrots. Just like in the eczema cure book. 14 days of carrot juicing.

Then there is Zinc and Sulfur.  That Pepzin GI plus MSM should do the trick.

Now he’s feeling cold. I have to solve that too.

I have to be robotic about these things to him. I’d best make a checklist for him to do everyday and at what time. He’s more scattered sick than I thought.

I’ll just let Manang Lorna finish up with him until this Sunday and then begin a whole new supplementing regimen with him.

I wonder why after all the continuous progress Bugoy suddenly gets to be impatient, fearful, uncertain and doubting.

His outer skin looks and gets continuously better. His eczema oozing in his groin has stopped.

I think it was a few days ago when Doc Gerry told him he still had petroleum jelly leaking from his skin that freaked him out. Maybe he feels he can’t get rid of the petroleum jelly, as if it is already part of his body.

We haven’t done everything. Oh no not yet. I’m just concentrating on him healing his inner self so his eczema stops. His outer skin is being steam bathed so it can breath and help detoxify him everyday.

We still have to do the Pepzin GI thing and extended orange juice fasts, more liver flushes. Which comes first? Will play it by ear.

In the meantime Manang Lorna is doing her fresh herbals on his skin and just this afternoon did some ventosa detox on his back. She has a cute method. Using paper, dipped in virgin coconut oil, lit by a candle, stuck on top of the body while the glass covers it. The fire consumes the air and a vacuum is formed sucking the skin in what looks like the size of a half a tennis ball.
