Understanding the Sick and the Patience to Heal Cancer Patients

July 10, 2011 by Good Samaritan

I’m privy to the nutritional healing steps of a daughter with her senior mother. Mother has finished her surgery, then her chemotherapy and is now left to fend for her own nutritional recovery. They first went to a vegan healer… mother rejected veganism on the first day. Said she was already malnourished and did not need to be malnourished more.

Mother went on to a Dr. Navarro who recommended lots of raw eggs and meats and special nutritional milk like substances and brown rice. Mother has some qualms, getting sick of a monotonous regiment, but she seems to be getting better and at the same time driving her daughter out of her wits.

The way I see it, it is the non-sick children who also need healing education. They need support themselves. They need to be taught about the cancer cure protocol. They need to be taught patience. They need to be taught how normal it is for sick people to be difficult… this is why they are sick. They must be taught that tastes and body requirements change over time.

If mother is sick of the duck eggs, give her chicken eggs. If mother is sick of the brown rice, give her ifugao montain rice. If mother wants seared liver, go get her seared liver. If she wants a better selection of fruits and animal foods, take her out shopping so she can help choose and smell what she wants.

We must not forget that as the support group helping the sick, you must become the expert. And also an expert in patience. Sick people are difficult… yes they are and more difficult if they are your elders. You the child must show superior knowledge, even set the example.

If mother needs 6 to 10 raw eggs a day, you eat 6 to 10 raw eggs a day too! If she needs those supplements, you take those too. Misery loves company. It is the same with children. When I was healing my child, I set the example and I was there at every meal with him. He ate what I ate. The same with healing parents or spouses.

Nutritional healing should be an easy and social thing. The patients would love nothing more than company with the diet. Please, go along with the patient. The diet is great and nutritious. The support group needs to lead by example.

Iron-fortified Rice: Not for My Children

July 9, 2011 by Good Samaritan

Iron-fortified rice is in the news. Allegedly to help children overcome iron deficiency. Since in the studies “they” made where they got anemic students, they gave them rice + meat and made sure that the meat was of LOW IRON content for 5 days a week for several weeks. Some with plain NFA rice. Some with NFA rice plus FeSo4 and some rice with FeP80. Lo and behold with blood tests later they declare that the children who had rice that was supplemented / coated with FeSo4 and FeP80 had higher iron content in their blood. And this “study” gives “them” the green light to promote the contamination, the pollution, the mixing of rice with chemical “iron” FeSo4 and FeP80 coated rice sold at “low prices” to the masses of people.

What an ugly study. Do parents intentionally give low iron meat / “ulam” to their children at ALL meals?

Foods high in organic iron / human compatible iron are easy to acquire and cheap.

Mollusks and clams are staple foods and should be staple foods several times a week. Clams / halaan have the highest B12 content. You can eat them raw. You can lightly boil them in a pot until they open and then stop the fire. They taste great by themselves. They are highly nutritious and they are cheap.

Grass fed beef liver and grass fed goat liver are staple foods and should be eaten once a week. A few slices is all it takes. Pan seared served with onions is a staple common dish. Do not overcook as the liver will taste bad… and only when it is overcooked does liver taste bad… overcooking is a mortal sin most Filipinos do to meat… idiocy.

Real fertilized eggs. We get duck eggs. They are called “special”. We get them at the raw live balut traders in the wet market. Eaten raw, sunny side up or boiled. Delicious.

Kamote tops is another easy, common and cheap source of iron. You can just put it on top of steaming hot rice and it softens enough to eat, or dip in soup. For maximum effect, that is medicinal enough to cure dengue fever, merely pound a few raw kamote tops for juice and add some water. Drink a glass full. Iron to the max.

Then there is the food staple called RED MEAT. It is RED because of iron? Of blood? Sear it a little only. And has anybody heard of dinuguan? Lots of cooked iron there in dinuguan… right?

THINK! Do you actually want some anonymous company polluting your RICE? Have you ever heard that it is important that your staple RICE be PURE? The PURITY OF RICE, your staple food is at stake!

Isn’t the original intent of eating rice is it has to be as pure as possible? You plant the rice in your plot of land. You harvest it as palay. The palay you bring to a rice milling machine or you pound it yourself. This is now “bigas” which you cook into rice / “kanin”.

But NOOOOOO…. nowadays… all that various palay from different plots, from different countries, with different qualities and inferiorities are milled in the big wholesale rice wholesaler places in Bulacan and MIXED into different commercial “brands” with chemical FRAGRANCES added… oh a rice insider told me this.

I once brought home PURE rice. A single variety. 160. Fed the kids. Did not tell them anything. I got home and 3 children were just so passionately ecstatic about the NEW RICE I never once told them about. They tasted the difference IMMEDIATELY. The taste of PURE rice as originally intended by our ancestors is something to be passionate about. This is why they labored over pure rice so much more than they do over easy to plant kamote.

I wonder who profits in this new rice polluting scheme? Who supplies chemical / inorganic “iron” FeSo4 and FeP80? What I do know about reports of regular chemical / inorganic “iron” supplements is that it can cause extreme constipation. So who will be selling a lot of laxatives in the future? How many children and adults will be constipated? No one knows.

Iron-fortified rice… another pollutant to be wary about when eating out. Going to be sold “cheap” in the markets. Expect the turo turo to be lapping it up for profits. Pure rice I get direct from Nueva Ecija costs me 40 pesos per kilo for binhi 160 plus my car transport costs. How do you expect that iron-fortified rice can cost so much lower? MAYBE they use lower quality binhi, or old palay, or imported low cost rice or whatever combination they can get… make your best guesses.

You do what you want with your kids. And I will do what I want with my kids. I will get pure rice for my kids… organic pure rice is best… and give them high organic iron content real animal and vegetable food.

I say no to iron-fortified rice for my children.

July 2011 is Nutrition Month: A Better Filipino Diet – Paleo Diet plus Rice and Kamote

July 6, 2011 by Good Samaritan

Since most of you will be too shocked to try an all raw paleo diet unless you are in dire straits. And since most Filipinos are too addicted to rice to give up rice. And after exposing how detrimental the common Filipino diet is today, let me now propose a better 21st century Filipino diet that most of you can do, with ease, and without raising any “weirdo” signals.Continue Reading

July 2011 is Nutrition Month: All the Bad Things about the Current Filipino Diet

July 5, 2011 by Good Samaritan

July 2011 is celebrated nationwide on the barangay, municipal, city, provincial, and local levels as Nutrition Month in the Philippines to encourage everyone to eat healthy and nutritious foods.

Section 7 of Presidential Decree 411 designates July as Nutrition Month to create greater awareness among the Filipinos on the importance of nutrition, focusing attention on making informed food choices and developing sound eating and physical activity habits.

Filipinos had forgotten what healthy and nutritious foods are. The common Filipino diet today is one of the most atrocious suicidal diets known to humanity, something I and my healer friends agree on.

To point out the bad things in the common Filipino urban diet:

  • instant “food” (just add hot water bs)
  • canned “food” (preservatives and other flavorings)
  • packaged / processed “food” (hot dogs)
  • multinational fast “food” like burgers… french fries… deep fried 28 day chicken
  • soft drinks
  • bottled drinks
  • when you go to market you buy the worst fish, farmed fish: tilapia, milk fish / bangus, cat fish / hito (fed with gmo feeds and chicken poop)
  • when you go to market you buy the worst meat, farmed animals: factory pork, factory chicken, factory chicken eggs (fed with gmo feeds and lots of drugs)
  • low quality, multiple grain… zero purity… polluted with low quality “NFA” rice
  • the worst vegetables: tomatoes, egg plants, potatoes, bell peppers (all nightshades)… kangkong (the most indigestible vegetable there is)
  • the worst vegetables: SEEDS like monggo beans… who started this idiocy? Mongo beens is too much plant protein and no fat… plus other beans and legumes… like peanuts… peanuts are not nuts… they are legumes… bad for you… let’s talk kidney damage, high blood pressure, unclean blood.
  • choosing imported fruits over local fruits… why people buy imported apples and imported oranges which are usually full of chemicals needed for importation requirements… when lots of local fruit is organic by default.
  • the worst condiments: MSG and its derivatives to artificially “enhance” the flavor of bad food above… advertised in every tv show… and polluting each and every turo turo (eatery)
  • the worst condiments: “iodized” factory salt chemicals combined to make artificial “salt” pure chemical
  • the worst condiments: cheap, pressed “soy sauce”… those ugly non-fermented, full of the worst characteristics of soy in your body.
  • the worst condiments: pre-powdered pepper… mixed with extenders such as charcoal to cheat you and gain “them” more profit.
  • the worst cooking oils including margarine: the industry sells you on “vegetable oil” which they advertise as “zero cholesterol” and b.s. that says “good for the heart”… yet this is exactly what is the worst for you.
  • the pushing of soy in all its infernal iterations: TVP, meat substitute, taho, soy milk, soy sauce
  • wheat / flour in all its infernal iterations: in bread, noodles, pasta, pizza, pan de sal
  • pasteurized milk and saying it’s good for the bones and calcium…

These and more and more and more commercialized advertised crappy “food” and you watch it all on TV is what is making you sick as you consume all of it and are happy about it, every single day. You are mesmerized by this artificial fantasy world that TV has created for you and you are fulfilled when you are able to purchase, consume the products they promote… and you are sick.  The number one killer in the Philippines I believe is heart disease.

And the institutions give you the WRONG reason why heart diseases is the #1 killer.  Given the above, the reason heart disease is the number 1 killer is that the above Filipino diet causes bowel constipation, causes kidney failures and kidney reduction in function.  It is blocked kidneys that are at the CORE of heart disease.  The heart’s job is to pump the blood through the kidneys for the kidneys to clean the blood.  With blocked kidneys, damaged kidneys, the heart needs to pump consistently faster, raise the blood pressure, so the kidneys can do the job of cleansing the blood.  So the heart and the arteries get damaged, beat up, over worked, enlarged and fail.

The expert idiots keep wanting to manipulate the heart itself when actually it is the kidneys that need fixing.  And the kidneys can only be fixed by cleansing the colon and approaching an original human diet called a raw paleolithic diet.  And in the case of kidney damage, only the most digestible raw foods like organic fruit, fatty fruit like coconuts and raw sea food… and the cessation of cooked protein consumption and the cessation of vegetable consumption and zero chemicals in the food and on the skin.

I will go on later to blog about a better Filipino diet.

July 2011 is Nutrition Month: Angeles City Launches Breast Feeding Education Program

July 5, 2011 by Good Samaritan

The latter part of the 20th century saw people forgetting how it is to be human. The 20th century was a bizarre time where chemicals and drugs were believed to bring better health. A feminist movement degrading everything that is is womanly, despising pregnancy, despising child care, despising motherhood, despising breast feeding… all to serve a depopulation agenda to not bear future children, to not raise healthy children.

The 21st century with the help of the internet and information technology reminds us that we are human beings. The Philippines marked July 2011 as Nutrition Month.

July is celebrated nationwide on the barangay, municipal, city, provincial, and local levels as Nutrition Month in the Philippines to encourage everyone to eat healthy and nutritious foods.

Section 7 of Presidential Decree 411 designates July as Nutrition Month to create greater awareness among the Filipinos on the importance of nutrition, focusing attention on making informed food choices and developing sound eating and physical activity habits.

Along with Nutrition Month, Angeles City decided to launch a breast feeding education program.

This year’s theme is “Isulong ang Breastfeeding: Tama, Sapat at EKsklusibo” (TSEK), which aims to arm parents, especially mothers, on the importance and the benefits of breastfeeding.

The theme supports the Department of Health’s campaign on communication for behavioral impact on breastfeeding, which is “Breastfeeding TSEK (Tama, Sapat at EKsklusibo)”.

In English: Breastfeed Correctly, Enough and Exclusively

In the 20th century with the arrival of breast milk substitutes, women were actually convinced that they need not breast feed since milk formula substitutes were “enough”. Hell no.

In the 21st century, countries are taking back their humanity. Our government put a lid on the advertising / brainwashing / mis-education that milk formula substitutes are good… no no no. If you are unfortunate to not have enough milk, you can go and pay for a wet nurse. And I had even heard stories of grandma stepping in to wet nurse her own grand child… yes, women can be stimulated to lactate.

From an experienced wet nurse, she says she needs soups. Soups with green leafy vegetables such as malunggay. Soups with clams such as halaan.

And of course nothing beats experience. Experience breast feeding yourself. Come back to being human.

July is celebrated nationwide on the barangay, municipal, city, provincial, and local levels as Nutrition Month in the Philippines to encourage everyone to eat healthy and nutritious foods.

Filipinos had forgotten what healthy and nutritious foods are. The common Filipino diet today is one of the most atrocious suicidal diets known to humanity, something I and my healer friends agree. I will tell you just how bad it is in the next blog post.

Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho, July 2, 2011 on the 3 part Segment Raw Meat Diet for Healing – Review

July 3, 2011 by Good Samaritan

Great! It finally happened GMA7s Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho team did their research well on the 3 part segment Raw Meat diet for healing and did fair and balanced reporting. They interviewed me, mentioned the raw paleo diet, showed me going to market and tasting liver and bone marrow, showed me eating various raw meat and fish, and testimonies of my health recovery, then Mang Ben’s liver cancer recovery, then a woman’s heart problem recovery with raw goat liver juice, complete with WARNINGs that the medical establishment has not researched any of this stuff and at the end of each segment they had MDs video opinions saying raw meat, raw liver is dangerous or ineffective, and that my blood test came out with a critique WBC a little high… par for the course.

Kudos to the researchers for their resourcefulness. I didn’t think they would be able to translate our paleo diet message in such a short time. I do hope the public gets to research the key words mentioned: Paleo Diet Cure and Cure Manual. I do hope the public investigates raw animal foods for healing.

This is such a popular show. Prime time, Saturday night. Finally aired around 9 pm. I was in the wet market in Farmers Cubao Saturday early evening and the butchers said they all saw me in the TV ads. My 1 night of fame. My wife says infamy.

Of course same show, different points of views. My advice to those interested in learning more and practicing a raw paleo diet is to join our global forum at http://rawpaleodietforum.com

From my forum posts:

The family just finished watching my segment.
It turned out pretty good!
I liked it a lot.
It was an extended thing.
First me.
Then Mang Ben the plumber I taught how to be cured of liver cancer.
Then on to some patients of Vander Gaditano the healer.

The only thing the docs in the lab critiqued was my WBC count of 15.
She said at that level above 10, I must be fighting some kind of infection.
Then my parting line was that I wasn’t interested in any blood test, whatever blood test that comes out may be the ideal blood analysis.

I’ll hope to get a dvd of the segment from the segment producer.

—-

My wife did not think highly of the 3 part segment…

She thinks there was not enough explanation.

I said to her that if she was looking for any medical endorsement, it will never ever happen.

I am hopelessly at odds with the medical standards and hypothesis.

—-

I don’t keep any blood test records. They’re mostly pointless vs real felt and observed symptoms.

Blood tests are only good for E.R. concerns.

I’ve healed many people and not once do I ever ask for blood tests.

All blood standards are those of urban people eating urban cooked and processed crap plus the standards are manipulated by drug companies to sell more drugs or for doctors to drum up more business.

With a mere 15 wbc count, that may be different in the evening, and in the early morning, and the next day or the next week. Stupid snapshots need to be snapped many times and taken into account things like level of stress at work or at home, etc. Now if that WBC turned out 50… that would raise my eyebrow and I’d investigate. From a standard of 5-10 or 6-11, getting a 15 I can attribute to office changes like I recently hired 2 new people because 2 old people resigned and I’m fixing up my taxes and social security accounts… or maybe 15 is a great WBC for me.

When I was obese, with acne, with mitral valve prolapse, with eczema, with elevated heart rate, and getting fever, flu, colds, coughs… my blood tests came out “normal”. WTF… useless blood test crap. Now that I am SUPERMAN compared to my old “normal blood test” days why would I give a toot today about blood tests today?

If I were a blood test nerd… I would get a blood test when I wake up in the best feeling of health and relaxed on vacation and take several blood samples in different times of the day and every single day on that vacation… in perfect raw paleo diet and lifestyle form. I would plot those in a chart with the times of the day… and I would mark those as my PERFECT blood test results.

But I’m not a blood test nerd.

—-

Did they say what the units being used were? In other words, 15 what? Did they say something like 15 thousand cells per cubic millimeter?

The TV program did not say.

I do remember taking a glass of raw kamote tops leaves juice in the morning because I thought they would take a syringe full of blood from my arm.

And at the same time with the turn over of 2 new employees and the tax and sss filings, one of my data centers decided to suddenly migrate 2 entire servers due to hardware problems. So I had a couple of frantic customers who couldn’t use their email, or lost some email, and a most important website database was zapped. (I recovered them all.)

It was an exciting work week and this TV crew had to horn in on my time for some 3 days.

Maybe those were other factors. Who knows?

I Will Appear in Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho July 2, 2011 Saturday 8:30pm as they explore my Raw Meat Diet… actually Raw Paleo Diet

July 1, 2011 by Good Samaritan

“For Edwin, eating raw meat allegedly healed his skin disease. The question is, is it really effective or is it really safe at all?” So it says in the teaser of the July 2 Saturday 8:30pm episode of Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho in GMA 7.  I hope it comes out good.  I hope they stick to promoting my website http://www.curemanual.com and the http://rawpaleodietforum.com community.

I got into eating a complete raw diet with raw meat because I knew the raw vegans and raw fruitarians were onto a good thing… they just didn’t go far enough or mature enough.  I matured into adding raw meat in my diet completing my humanity whose dietary roots is a raw paleo diet.  A diet practiced in the Philippine islands some 8,000 years ago and before that as well.  Humans are at the top of the food chain, we are the top predator and we require healthy raw animal foods.

Preview the Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho July 2 episode here http://www.gmanews.tv/story/224966/public-affairs/tukayo-ng-sikat-raw-meat-diet-game-gandang-natural-and-small-world
