Doc Gerry Francisco recommended these supplements for Bugoy and we got them all.
1. Chlorophyll – 10 tbsp in 1 liter of water.
2. Vitamin C – 4 tablets AM and 4 tablets PM a total of 8 tablets per day
3. Milk Thisle – 3 tablets bed time
4. Yee Gingko – 2 tablets per day (gingko biloba)

What Bugoy is experiencing is a healing crisis. Let me explain. Bugoy has been sick for some 15 years. The cause of illness is a multitude of things: lead fumes in the house, tire fumes in the house, mercury fillings in his teeth, bad food combining for all his life, constipation, bad food, not nutritious food, not fresh food, junk food, unclean habits, bad air ventilation, unclean water, chemical based / polluted personal care products, ignorant doctors, stupid doctors, idiotic dermatologists, bad medicine, bad steroids, bad lotions, bad moisturizers, bad petroleum jelly for 8++ years, no cleansing protocols whatsoever all his life. It’s like running a car without changing oil ever.
The worst culprit is the harmful dermatologists. Shame on you. All of you. Wrong advice. Harmful advice. Upside down medical education. Shame on all of you. If you happen to be reading this today and you know who my brother is and you are one of them harmful dermatologists who treated my brother I condemn you to the lowest depths.
The result is Bugoy was dirty inside, polluted by drugs inside, polluted by chemicals inside, all his eliminatory organs were shot. Externally, Bugoy’s skin thickened and closed off majority of his pores! His skin was not able to breath because of the layers of dead skin. Imagine a human that cannot sweat. That is what Bugoy was until last week.
His body wisdom pushed for this 3rd healing crisis and this time we are ready, educated, armed with all the consultants necessary to HELP body wisdom do its thing. What Bugoy’s body is trying to tell us is: Help! I need to eliminate toxins. Now. Please!

And we’ve now included the live-in herbalist Doctor Lorna to manage Bugoy. And now as I requested since last year, Bugoy lives with me. I can see him, supervise him and teach him everyday.

Things are going so swell I predict that I can deliver a brand new Bugoy all clean, strong and healthy by Christmas. And if Bugoy decides to ever learn everything I teach him and ask him to read. He will be cured forever.
Manang Lorna the herbalist treated Bugoy today with her avocado leaves tea and closely monitored his fluid intake. More detox through the kidneys.
Yesterday Bugoy was having difficulty peeing. Wanting to empty his bladder, but little coming out. This Sunday he was peeing, drinking, peeing, drinking. No more UTI pain. No more unemptied bladder.
I saw bugoy around 8:30pm and I noticed that his scabs all over have been subsiding, healing. His itching has drastically diminished. He did not feel his skin was “dry”. He never put on a drop of lotion to moisturize his skin. His pulse rate was 88 beats per minute. A marked improvement from the high of 110 beats per minute at the height of the infections. His groin area had markedly less toxin / acid output.
Great! Non-stop improvement!
It looks like Bugoy’s body decided to go all out and cure himself. We are only facilitating his body’s wishes. Respect body wisdom. Body wisdom knows best.
We picked up Manang Lorna the Herbalist at the Philtranco bus station around 3pm. She looked stylish in her new outfit. She said she has a new suitor and is thinking about marrying him. Of course he is also a muslim like her. If she agreed she would be his 3rd wife. And she would need to live in Zamboanga City.
But enough of the pleasantries. Bugoy requested for a caretaker. Why settle for a mindless caretaker? Call Manang Lorna. And she arrived as promised.
I have confidence in manang lorna that these kinds of infections are very easy for her.
After picking her up we passed by Bugoy’s old apartment to get supplies like his stove, clothes, utensils, the computer, etc. We passed by his girlfriend for her to see his progress. Then we shopped for some folding beds.
Manang and I gathered the initial materials she needed. Atsuete in the market. Sambong leaves in the same street of our house in our village. Avocado leaves in our garden.
Then we made the effort to lug every item to the 3rd floor where the apartment was. Tiring day.
Manang Lorna immediately gave Bugoy her cleaning treatment with atsuete. Then prepared his bath with Sambong.  Then she cooked him some avocado leaves tea.
As I left the two of them Manang lorna had just finished her tawas / prayer / oration to ward off evil spirits or kulam from my brother.
My brother confided in me that he was wary of Manang Lorna’s ways. I reminded him that this is the great but eccentric Manang Lorna who taught me many things and helped cure my infections then as documented in www.eczemacure.info . That the reason she was here was because YOU asked ME to call her up and cure YOU. So you had better respect her and accept her treatments as I would not have wasted her time so she could ride a bus all the way from the farthest end of Bataan to be your maid. She’s an accomplished herbalist and she is the only doctor I know who is willing to live with you and be your maid at the same time. Just remember to pay her well.
Tomorrow is another day. I think Manang will be with us in the next week or two.
We arrived for our appointment at GCU Healing Arts this late morning. Our attendant Daniel was late. it seems there was a fire on his way to work so he was delayed.
My brother slept in the cubicle and I had a brunch at the cafeteria and had a haircut at a nearby salon.
Daniel arrived and they began the disinfecting bath by boiling water with 1 rock of alum (tawas) and a handful of sea salt. Make sure you use the rock form of tawas. The powdered ones are not pure. Pound the tawas first so it melts in the water easily.
The bath was taken. No soap, no shampoo. Just the pail of concoction. Then it was off to the steam bath.
My brother said steam bathing felt good. it was obvious that his old skin was melting away to become “libag”. This is his second steam bath and it seems that the areas of his body which in the first steam bath did not sweat were now sweating. I notice then he is dry that the pores are poking out to breath. He he, the skin has no choice with the steam bath. We are on the right track. At last, my brother’s lymphatic system is being cleansed and re-activated.
Daniel pointed out to me that the foul odor my brother used to exude was now absent. I sniffed in the steam bath chamber and yes, I agree!
At the end of the steam bath session, Daniel mixed in some 1 tablespoon of tee trea oil toothpaste and some water so that it can be easily spread all over Bugoy’s body. In theory this is an alkaline material that will neutralize the acids being expelled by the body. Better for the acids to be neutralized immediately than waiting for bacteria to multiply and eat up the acid.
This time we agreed to buying one bottle of their vitamin C and to take 1000 mg of vitamin C everyday. Though I told Bugoy I’d rather juice carrots and papaya.
We return on Monday to meet with Doc Gerry Francisco and for another steam bath session and more advice.
A coconut water fast will alkalize and nourish him but it is sugary. Will also take care of his kidneys.
A lemon water fast will alkalize him and is not sugary. Add cayenne pepper aka siling labuyo.
Maybe he should take VCO some 4 tablespoons per day to help control his infections and give him energy and lubricate his colon.
Maybe all 3 in combination will do.
Eventually bugoy will get hungry and break his self-imposed fasting. That would mean he is getting better.
I’ve told him that we need to go 90% to 100% raw foods diet. Dr. Tam has a good guide for Filipino raw foods. All we need now is someone to attend to bugoy. Our household help are stretched at the moment.
I’ve told bugoy that it is advantageous that the mini market is in front of his apartment. He gets his sunshine and he buys his fresh vegetables and he prepares them himself. Great educational experience for him so he can be independent. Who knows, he might be the next barefoot herbalist?
