Shaolin Yau Kung Mun Healer: Sifu Jem Sam – Acupuncture, Bone Setting, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Nutritional Therapy & Detoxification

Awesome Sunday! My in laws were treated by Sifu Jem Sam. His expertise are Acupuncture, Bone Setting, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Nutritional Therapy & Detoxification. I was with him as he did his stuff and he talked on and on the whole afternoon and evening. I’ve seen it, I’ve heard it, I know it… from one healer to another, this man is the real deal… yeah! The last time I felt something like this was when I first talked with Vander Gaditano. Sifu Jem Sam is a treasure to us all.

Sam was initially treating my sister in law for some illness. She found great results and referred Sam to her parents. Luckily I was around and witnessed his techniques and found them to be excellent. Yes, I can see his acupuncture is at ultra high levels, but he goes beyond acupuncture… he goes the whole gamut of healing. Bone Setting, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Nutritional Therapy & Detoxification.

Another interesting thing about Sam is his knowledge of kung fu, tai chi and other fighting styles while being a monk of the Shaolin Yau Kung Mun. Fighting is one of Sam’s passions in his younger days and I was lucky enough to browse through his book teaching the art of Yau Kung Mun. Reminds me of those Japanese cartoons with Dragon Ball Z and the old Chinese kung fu movies.

The great thing about these kung fu masters is they are taught how to fight, how to maim, how to kill but at the same time, they also have to learn how to fix people up after beating them up, pretty handy after sparing sessions or competitions. Seems Sifu Jem Sam lately is more passionate about healing.

Sifu Jem Sam has big dreams. In the future there will be medical centers all around the country and they will be administering real healing in the way he teaches it, in the way I also understand it, healing that really works and is available for all Filipinos.

This is just the first among many articles I will have to write about Sifu Jem Sam.

Shellfish, Oysters, Clams Mussels Safe to Eat? When and Where is it Clean?

Shellfish are some of the most nutritious foods in the world. It is unfortunate though that recent civilization pollution has caused and continue to cause red tide poisoning. I myself have been helped twice by raw live oysters for fertility and for retinal detachment. My wife was helped with her B12 deficiency be eating live clams. So it is vital for us to know when and where are oysters, clams and mussels safe to eat.

Enter the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources. This government agency at http://www.bfar.da.gov.ph is in charge of testing the food all around the country. They post weekly bulletins in the newspapers, but you may find it more convenient to check on their website at the left column it says RED TIDE UPDATE.

As of this writing http://www.bfar.da.gov.ph/news/redtide_update%2811032010%29.html is the most current update in their website, although I did see in the newspapers they have a new update November 5, 2010.

So it seems my oyster sources at Bolinao, Pangasinan and Obando, Bulacan are red tide free. I can vouch for that because we just ate a good amount of oysters Saturday and last Thursday and we all feel fine.

Suggest 10 cups of Cayenne Pepper Tea a day for Brain Tumor Reduction

In a discussion with an expert acupuncturist and healer last night regarding the case of my Uncle A with brain tumor, we got into discussing the blood brain barrier and how to cross it with herbs and the help of acupuncture. I got to thinking about cayenne. I know I gave my uncle cayenne tincture. Will it be cayenne tincture or cayenne tea? I’ll bet on cayenne tea. He can take it more often. Maybe 10 cups a day. Not a bad substitute for a coffee habit of 10 mugs a day.

“In a lecture by Dr Richard Shulze, master herbalist, we learned the following: A man had an inoperable brain tumor and told that he might have a 5% chance of survival with chemotherapy. He went home, did a colon/liver detox and started a regimen of ten cups per day of cayenne pepper tea. In three months he returned to his doctor and his x-rays showed a dried up, dead tumor in his head. Dr Shulze explains this cure thusly: Cayenne pepper contains many wonderful phytochemicals, vitamins, and minerals. It cleans the blood allowing hormonal signals to make their way unimpeded through your system, thus the enhanced immune response. In countries that have some very hot cuisine, you find significantly lower cancer and heart disease rates.”

How to make Cayenne Pepper Tea:

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces distilled water
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh chopped cayenne pepper

To make the tea, put a teaspoon of chopped cayenne pepper in cup, add distilled hot water, add calamansi, and stir.

Enjoy 10 cups a day of this cayenne pepper tea. If uncle used to enjoy 10 mugs of coffee a day, he can enjoy this for his health in the name of shrinking his brain tumor.

We need the cayenne to ram through the blood brain barrier daily and continuously so that the nutrition he ingests is transported.

I also suggest at least 2 raw duck eggs as food, not as liver flush. Take 1 raw duck egg in the afternoon and 1 raw duck egg at night.

The duck eggs will provide the protein and the raw fats that is needed to clean out the brain tumor. The cayenne breaks through, the fats cleanse and provide nutrition to that hard to reach area.

The cayenne will also take care of the stuck up neck lymph nodes.

Original Bieler Soup for Uncle A After 4 Days of Egg Yolk Liver Flushing

Uncle A has a brain tumor and a lung tumor. Whether they are medically defined as cancer or not, we don’t care because we don’t like needle biopsies. The tumor cure protocol is the same anyway. Uncle A is on a raw paleo diet. The version of his diet lately looks like Wai Diet. He did some 4 egg yolk liver flushes for 4 straight mornings… he has been dumping some 15 stones every time after 18 hours, but on his 4th liver flush morning he felt high blood pressure and heart palpitations.

So it seems the liver detox process is too fast for him, the dirt from the liver is being reabsorbed, the dumping of the dirt from the liver is not fast enough. Maybe coffee enemas will do it, but they don’t know how to do it and I’m not there.

But let’s get back to those lot of stones expelled, some 60 corn sized green stones expelled so far. So we know there are more stones and we know the liver needs to be nourished. My first choice is raw red meat, but in their small town they don’t know which beef is suitable. So they are sticking with just raw fish.

But I do know that the great Henry Bieler said the alternative to raw red meat was the nutrition from zucchini in his bieler’s soup recipe:

1 pound of string beans
2 pounds zucchini
a hand full of curly parsley
enough water to cover your vegetables

How to prepare:
Into rapidly boiling water add above and boil for 10-15 min until fork goes thru outside of zucchini, puree using the water you cooked it in and make it the consistency you desire.

We will see if this vegetable nutrition will be able to help rebuild Uncle A’s liver. He should take a bowl full every day.

Maybe in 2 weeks another liver flush round, then raw red meat in the future.

Children Loved These Medium Sized Raw Shrimp For Dinner

Yesterday the kids and I went wet market shopping at Malabon City and I chanced upon some ocean shrimp. Super expensive. I skipped it first, then went back and gave in. I blew off some money, 500 pesos per kilo for the shrimp, I just bought 1 kilo.

Back home I warned everybody that no one was cooking my shrimp. It’s far too expensive so it deserves only to be eaten raw. At lunch my father in law had 1 whole raw shrimp dipped some vinegar and said it was excellent. My sister in law had 2 whole raw shrimp and found it to be good. I ate some 5 or 6 of these and found them filling.

By dinner time I was having this shrimp again. Then I did my daddy voice and had the kids taste 1 bite each of the raw shrimp dipped in some vinegar. They were hooked. They wanted more and between us 4 we finished off the rest of the 1 kilo of shrimp.

In the morning I asked my kids if they itched, none of them did. I was expecting my 7 year old boy to itch, but I guess these shrimp were truly ocean fresh, they were much cleaner than the usual aqua cultured variety.

My Gut Has Changed After the Recent Fossilized Poop Debacle

A month ago I had a detox challenge. I analyze it was old fossilized poop, possibly in a pocket that healed. Was then released, started seeding bad bacteria, my body was hard at work trying to expel it. Eventually on the way out with its sharp edges it injured my lower colon and had me bleeding. The fossil poop finally popped out and I had to do a 3 day coconut juice fast and thorough colon cleansing to reset my gut.

How I’m feeling now? Things have changed. I feel my gut size shrinking. It used to be stubbornly distended, now I know why, left over muck. And my gut feels more solid, can take more punishing foods. But I’m trying to be good. Seems like warrior diet style eating is to my liking. Eat and drink fruit only during the day and then bam in the last 5 hours eat the nutritious raw animal foods. Last night I was able to finish more than 600 grams in raw beef and raw oysters. The meat is tastier when you are hungry.

I feel my lower colon may be 80% well and my gut is definitely into changes. I may do more colon cleansing in the future or more fastings at the same time. I want a washboard 6 pack and it seems this is the last straw I’m waiting.
