New anti eczema nutrition plan for myself, my son and my brother

October 1, 2006 by goodsamaritan

mish.jpgI am currently formulating a new nutrition plan to combat eczema and improve overall wellness. First some status checks:

1. I am well from my leg eczema, I went through my kidney cleanse, colon hydrotherapy, and still have to do my 10th liver flush with still more stones to go. I’m recovering from jock itch.

2. My brother has done his colon hydrotherapy and only 1 liver flush, has stopped using petroleum jelly and his body skin is healing very, very slowly.

3. My 3 year old son is just recovering from diarrhea through gatorade, zinc supplement, high pottassium banana (latundan) and 3 hour minimum eat and drink intervals. His nail fungi has been cured, but he still scratches both his feet. Chicken has been identified as allergen, even if it is organic.

I’ve done the detox side of the solution, now for some sustained nutrition side pushing.

I was following the forum posts of a helpful woman named “aunty” and read some pretty good tips on nutrition. From her post at http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=7994

Are you aware that eczema indicates nutritional deficiencies in the following areas: beta carotene, zinc, quercetin, essential fatty acids, vitamin C, vitamin D, and vitamin E?

Have you made attempts to address those deficiencies nutritionally (with what you eat)?

Are you aware that the medications prescribed to treat the eczema would actually serve to extend the period of eczema suffering, due to the fact that they don’t address the cause; but rather, suppress the symptoms? In essence, and because they suppress the immune system, they impede with the body’s ability to heal. An eczema manifestation is a toxic release. It is the skin’s attempt to rid the body of the toxins that are overwhelming the bloodstream/skin. When you see an eczema manifestation on the skin, you are witnessing the fight between the immune system and the toxins (dirt, bacteria, germs etc.) or free radicals that are attempting to cause harm. As a result, you want to respond to the needs of your skin with natural/organic products that will feed the immune system and promote the completion of the healing process. In essence, you want to work with the immune system; not against it (as the medications prescribed to treat eczema do).

My nieces, who suffered with severe (total body) eczema flareups in their infancy were completely healed of their eczema without the use of medications. The proper skin care, diet, and removal of their eczema allergen/irritants is what has promoted their longterm eczema freedom (despite their eczema heredity). They were eczema free for six and four years after that initial eczema flareup in their infancy. Understanding the body’s message for help and responding with wisdom (respecting the body’s nutritional needs) is what gives our family the success that we’ve enjoyed for years now. The cure for eczema is restored immune health. When you feed the immune system what it needs to function properly, it will give you the results of healing.

aunty

Outstanding information. Aunty even led us to an informative website www.wholehealthmd.com. Adjust to your own country and available foods. I believe that your native foods will work best for you.

This is my current plan in my mind:

1. Beta Carotine: order fresh carrot juice from my Auntie Portia and have it delivered. Follow the instructions from a previous E-book I bought, “The 14 day eczema cure” by Janet Simpson. Drink 2 glasses of fresh carrot juice every day for 14 days. Same for me, my son and my brother.

2. Flaxseed Oil: There is a bottle of 1000 mg flaxseed oil capsules lying around in the kitchen. Maybe it belongs to my mother in law. Time for me to make use of it. WholehealthMD says this will help stop the formation of new gallstones.

3. Vitamin E: Take 400IU per day. My 3 year old boy can actually swallow 1 capsule per day.
4. Biogenic Foods everyday. This is tough. Mongo sprouts are the easiest to come by here. I wonder if my powdered wheat grass counts? I will be taking this everyday too. More raw. Garlic, hot chili peppers, and celery (4 stalks per day juice, plant viagra!)

5. Combining foods. Meat with vegetables. Grains with vegetables. Never meat with grains. I can do this with my son.

6. Pancreatin with digestive enzymes. I’ll still take this. My left shoulder pain is maybe 99% gone. But there is that elusive 1%. Chew throughly. 50 chews!

7. Sunlight. As much as possible. But the rainy season and successive typhoons has dampened our days for several weeks now.

8. Zinc supplements. My son is on Zinc sulfate to help his diarrhea. I’ll have to go back to eating fresh oysters regularly just like what I did with my fertility enhancement days.

9. Vitamin C. Papaya and pineapple are plentiful here in my country. Eat while freshly opened.

10. Clean meat, less meat. I can’t go on vegetarian yet. It will take some time. I might get into it. But for now… organic beef, no chicken, no pork, organic goat meat, ocean fish. But in markedly less amounts.

11. Water and Green Tea. Lots of it everyday.

Now for the hard part. Following this new plan.

Embarassing Jock Itch relief

September 27, 2006 by goodsamaritan

After my 4th colon hydrotherapy session, super stressful hacking incident and in our Butuan trip, I suddenly developed what I now analyzed as jock itch.  It is a fungal itch down there in my crotch.  I searched the net and properly identified it.

What I did, and what helped.  At its height, hydrogen peroxide stinged but helped.

Another that had immediate effects was KatiAlis (in filipino, itch away), this ointment has salycilic acid, zinc oxide, and menthol; and it works!

The long term helpful product was Tea tree oil… I actually used Jason’s nail saver from my son.

For clothing, I found out that cotton briefs helped better than boxers.  There is more air circulation for my crotch.  I stopped wearing the boxers.

9th Liver Flush ejects more BLACK stones, my theories

September 27, 2006 by goodsamaritan

(17 Sep 06) It is a good thing I kept in mind the curezone recommendation. If you are sick with some debilitating disease, you have to do at least 10 liver flushes.

This 9th flush resulted in the ejection of quite a good number of black liver stones.

If I had been complacent, I would have stopped flushing. But visiting my eczemacure.info website keeps reminding me how terrible I was just 1 year ago. Never again will I be sick. I will be on the offensive and do whatever it takes to be in top form healthy.

6th Colon Hydrotherapy more white stuff

September 27, 2006 by goodsamaritan

(07 Sep 06) My 6th colon hydrotherapy session resulted in a few white stuff ejected and a seemingly clean colon.

It seems Dr. Gallego was now satisfied with my 6th session results. A few white stuff were ejected. But at the end of the session, my sit at the toilet bowl resulted in just ejecting water.

Maybe my colon is clean of pockets of dirt. Just to be sure, I scheduled a 7th colon cleanse on October 7th.

Now to schedule my 9th Liver Flush.

I finished 5 colon hydrotherapy sessions, now for my 6th

September 3, 2006 by goodsamaritan

Dr. Gallego’s regular colon hydrotherapy package comes in 5 sessions.  Special enzyme packs are to be ingested a few days prior to each session.

I finished the gruelling 5 sessions.  Each session a little less painful than the others.  We are talking major diarrhea episodes every minute!  And with 60 minutes per session, that is a lot.  Kudos to those who feel relaxed during their sessions.  I do not.  But, no pain no gain.

By the 3rd and 4th session, nurse Michelle says my output was like that of a champ.  I’m one with some of the worst amount in quantity and quality of bowel mass.  I told her I used to be very very sick.  i just got well with liver flushing.

I now realize fully well the theory that the reason my liver produced so many stones was that because my colon was all blocked up, my liver had to step in and do what my colon could no longer do.  And when my liver was all clogged up, my skin had to do the job of detoxifying my system.

Now that my colon is and will soon be very clean, no longer will I expect my liver to produce more stones.

Of course I will still do my 9th and 10th liver flushes.

My concern now is that during the 5th colon hydrotherapy session, we should have reached cleansing bottom.  Meaning no more gunk.  At the end part of the 5th session, some white stuff was being emitted.  We don’t really know what that white stuff is. Oxydized germs, fungi, yeast??  It does not really matter as long as we take those out.

Dr. Gallego feels I still have some crevices or pockets of gunk in my colon so I’m coming back for a 6th colon hydrotherapy session this coming thursday.  Wish me luck.  I will report.

My daughter gets gastroenteritis had to be hospitalized

September 3, 2006 by goodsamaritan

Some 2 weeks ago my 1.5 year old daughter started vomiting continuously, she would be immediately thirsty, be given water, but would immediately vomit again.

My immediate response was to yes, go and give her fluids so she is not dehydrated and whatever was causing it had to be flushed from her tiny body.

She progressed to pooping every time she ate. She was cranky.

I tried calling our anthroposophic doctor, but she was not available. By the time I did get hold of her, she had a meeting to go to. Over the phone she told us to give chamomile tea to help digestion.

I asked our neighbor pediatrician her opinion the following morning and she told me that if things don’t progress and her dehydration progresses, go and take her to the children’s hospital in quezon avenue for an IV. Maybe some kind of virus? Rotavirus? The pedia guessed.

Unluckily for my daughter, I had to go to Butuan the following day, bringing my oldest son with me to visit my grandparents on a 5 day vacation. So it was up to mommy to bring her to the doctor or hospital. I called in to have the milk formula replaced. Could be a bad batch.

I was informed by my wife that the red tape over at the children’s hospital in quezon avenue was just so unbearable so they decided to transfer to the new Medical City hospital along Ortigas ave. I have with me the diagnosis their visit. The emergency room doctors diagnosed gastroenteritis and NO SIGNS of dehydration. First aid was to be given via oral hydration methods plus ImmuZinc, zinc supplements to stabilize the digestive system. Then my daughter was sent home. No IV.

When I got back 5 days later to my horror, my daughter was so darn weak, she could barely walk. And this the yayas and my wife says was an improvement because they say she started eating the day before we arrived.

Not good. I had agreed with the pedia that my daughter would be taken in for an IV to re-hydrate her. Just because the red tape of the children’s hospital was unbearable, my wife left and never saw our pedia. She was then taken to Medical City who efficiently mis-diagnosed my daughter. Who the hell cares about their stupid blood tests? A simple visual examination of the child shows she was pretty darn sick!

So I just had to wrap up a business deal on my first day back and in the afternoon rushed to take my daughter to a different hospital… one I trust and have much dealings with in the past, Cardinal Santos.

Tash being fed by yaya Jen

I let the Cardinal Santos ER doctors do their thing. They said a rotavirus was the fad of the month. They put her on IV and we got a room. We got my elder son’s old pedia. I knew he would be efficient in cases like these.

As predicted, no medication was needed. We just needed her chemicals balanced. Stool exams showed nothing. Blood tests confirmed imbalances and progress. There was potassium shortage and electrolyte imbalances. IV solutions were used, high potassium bananas (latundan) were given and zinc supplements. Milk formula was reduced to 1/4 dilution. And feeding liquids or solids had to have 3 hour intervals to prevent the body’s reflex expulsion of everything she ingested.

Great going doc. You nailed it like a champ. We took some 3 days to get my daughter well.

What was the root cause of the gastroenteritis? We don’t know for sure. A toddler like that could be putting strange things in her mouth. Or maybe it was because my wife and yayas always denied her bananas because they felt it made her poop too hard. I think disallowing the most plentiful fruit, bananas from being eaten is a disaster. We live in a banana country, it is plentiful for a reason.

Ronnie from New York cures his Seborhea-Eczema

August 16, 2006 by goodsamaritan

Ronnie from New York wrote me email when he read my www.eczemacure.info web site:

…I personally use curezone almost daily for my seborrhea – eczema to help others. I am currently healed cured or whatever. I healed and flushed ongoing int he past 6 months…

Just in time, what a coincidence, I need help to cure my brother’s seborrhea (dandruff).

I found a forum thread started by a guy named Holistiker who says his seborrheic dermatitis is almost gone now.

http://curezone.com/forums/m.asp?f=333&i=3108

I’m waiting for Ronnie to email me back and share his seborrhea cure story.
