My 22 year old sister in law recently finished her 2nd of 5 colon hydrotherapy sessions. And wow do we see preliminary results coming in.

My mother in law exclaimed that the P 40,000 ($800 USD) they spent on the dermatologist was useless. The 5 colon hydrotherapy sessions cost P 15,000 ($300 USD) only.

My observation is that being the youngest with 3 older sisters who all have clear faces and beauty glows, this youngest sister had acne and no beauty glow at her supposedly prime age. She also says she has hormonal imbalance as indicated by her erraticaly long menstrual period schedule.

I can vouch for a fact that just after her 2nd colon hydrotherapy session, she has a healthy glow and more noticeably, a beauty glow. Whoa, she finally has sex appeal by age 22. It is a little late. But her health seems to always have been suppressed by a dirty colon.

My brother has done his colon hydrotherapy, but he is not fully well yet.  He has stopped using petroleum jelly on his skin.  There are more cleanses to do.  The worst symptom he has today that we have ignored but I recently identified is his EXTREME DANDRUFF, it’s ugly.

Dilute 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar (organic is preferable) with I/2 cup of water. Apply to scalp being careful not to get solution in the eyes or on the face then rinse. Repeat the treatment until condition disappears. You may need to repeat daily for a week. This really works, It makes my head and hair feel wonderful.

Dandruff comes from our bodies being out of balance acid/alkaline. Drinking a glass of water or juice with cinnamon will help make the apple cider vinegar go down easier and create healthy flora in your intestines. The results will be a healthier body and healthier hair.

A new roadmap to wellness.

Same old sh*t.  He he. A little joke there.  This 2nd time felt just like the first time.  But the nurse says this time there are more black stuff that came out.  Old sh*t.  Must be the toxic ones.  My 3rd session happens next Tuesday.  Wish me luck.

Under the clinic of Dr Gallego, I underwent my first colon hydrotherapy session. Of course there were the preparatory enzymes I had to drink several days after. But this morning was my first session.

We arrived on the dot. 10am. I dressed up in their hospital gown which was open at the back, lay on my left side waited for the anal plunger.

I figured out the mechanism, one inlet for the water to come in, and an outlet to evacuate the water that just filled my colon. Really simple.

I was not comfy with the session because I experienced some constipation the past few days and I have a sore anus. Plus when the rod was inserted, it rested on my prostate so I also felt the urge to pee or had pre-ejaculate drops coming out. Gross.

How did my first session feel?

I remember the worst case of diarrhea or loose bowel movement when I ate a whole package of preserved sampaloc from Good Shepherd… yummy. But it made me clear out my bowels the very next day. I remember going to the toilet 3 times to evacuate everything.

Well that is how my first colon hydrotherapy felt. 1 hour of my worst diarrhea. On and on the minutes passed by and repeatedly I felt so much desire to poop I wanted to get up and tell the nurse I’d rather poop in the toilet.

After the ordeal I did go to the toilet and dump a lot of solids. It seemed that the nozzle inside my anus could not evacuate the feces already near my ass hole.

How did I feel after that? Normal. The doctor said eat light. Yeah, I had some fish, red rice and veggies. Later this night I had goat, rice and veggies. Then I pigged out on fruits. Now before going to bed I ate some nuts and raisins.

I’m glad I got started. This colon cleanse should have come first prior to my liver flush.  This is just the 1st of 5 colon cleanse sessions.  I’ll be back for my 2nd colon cleanse On Tuesday.

At long last! After 2 months of waiting.  My home internet DSL connection has arrived.

You see, my old connection was transferred to my office to make sure my new office had a fast connection.

Then when I tried to apply for a residential data line only, Globe and PLDT said that all their ports were full!

I waited and called almost everyday.  Finally I went again to the Globe center in Blue Wave mall and yes… a port is open.  Here I am posting away!

My brother has finally finished his 5 course colon hydrotherapy under Dr. Gallego.  His full body acne is finally fully cured.

Our next stage in his treatment is for his chicken skin damaged from 8 years of petroleum jelly abuse is now no longer dependent on that bad moisturizing stuff.

He has switched to a papaya based moisturizer and some virgin coconut oil and is slowly weaning himself from that too.

I see his skin starting to normalize on his face and on his arms.  These are the fast skin regenerators.  But his legs need more time to heal.  Maybe brushing is need for his legs to begin their skin regeneration?  We will see.

He now us into Ka Rey Herrera’s herbal supplement and is fully absorbing every bit of it now that his colon is clean.

Maybe I should get colon hydrotherapy too.

A friend told me there was a nearby organic store just near Katipunan Avenue. It was no ordinary organic store, it was THE Organic Cooperative store. Meaning it was the Organic Producers and Trade Association Philippines Inc. Their web site is www.optaphil.org. It is located at 69 Esteban Abada Street, Quezon City. This is the road parallel to Katipunan Avenue in front of Ateneo de Manila University.

This was the holy grail of organic connections. This was where organic producers dumped samples of their stuff. You could order almost anything in your organic book and the shopkeepers always knew what you were talking about.

My new kick I want to get into is juicing so I asked for a juicing machine. And indeed they had a brochure and that company will be doing a demo at my house tomorrow!

I asked about wheat grass, and yes they do have wheat grass producers who delivered the next day you ordered. So I made the order for some wheat grass to be used at the juicer demo tomorrow. Great!
