I made an emergency liver flush last March 25. I immediately felt skin thickening at my face, eczematic bubbles on my arm and my two formerly injured spots on my legs by the alkali burn.
Upon taking pancreatin supplements, I felt relief from a terrible itch at at my extremeties. This showed a lack of liver function, blocked liver function.
The emergency hulda clark type liver flush resulted in a few stones, but immediate relief from the itches.
I’ve long been diagnosed with a scalloped tongue. In the Chinese analysis it is lack of circulation or Qi. The anthroposophic doctor says it is a weak pancreas. I’ve made my internet rounds this evening and finally set off on a path.
The main culprit could be a vitamin deficiency, specifically vitamin B3. The supplement of choice is niacin. But the vegetable of choice is carrots. I bought an ebook a few years ago and he told me about his carrot juice cure. Carrots are indeed very nutritious and provide a lot more nutrients.

Update: I found a 100 tablet bottle of niacin 100 mg at healthy options. I also bought Red Ginseng Royal Jelly. My plan is to eat carrots, take 1 tablet of niacin daily, and 1 ampule red ginseng royal jelly everyday. I’ll do this for 20 days and see what happens.
I took my first niacin 100 mg this afternoon and I did feel the heat inside me. It was a good heat. A good fire as the chinese doctors describe. Energy production. I also took my first dose of Red Ginseng Royal Jelly. I also went to a chinese restaurant this lunch time and ordered hot soup with noodles. I also ate white rice in the evening. I had raw carrots this morning. Cooked carrots in the evening.
I will continue with my probiotics of 3 capsules daily, 2 capsules daily of fish oil, 2 grams of vitamin C and now a warm cooked diet avoiding raw foods to strengthen my Qi.
I distinctly remember in my previous travels that I felt really good whenever I travelled to Singapore and Hongkong gorging on Chinese food. Maybe it is the chinese blood in me seeking chinese food and chinese treatments. My maternal grandfather is 50% chinese.
People, including my relatives are usually closed minded and therefore are stunted in their intellectual growth. I merely state that I have banned milk for my children. Next they make inane conclusions that I also do not allow meat for my children and a host of other bans.
I explained. Not so. I ban cow’s milk because we are not cows. Meat are good for my children but I specify organic meats, for fish I specify ocean fish. Of course junk food is banned. And we also buy organic vegetables. I don’t really ban a whole lot of things, just the common junk food and poisons going around.
Then there is the issue of television. We do not own a television. My children are not allowed to watch television. My grandmother’s sister thinks that is too weird and dismisses us outright. That’s fine with me. We can agree to disagree.
My children do not miss television. I do not miss television. We have real family interaction with what little time we have for each other.

Here is the evidence.
Yesterday I got my brother to come to my house and have my massage therapist douse him all over and massage him with our virgin coconut oil plus makabuhay formula for intense anti-germ killing action.
We found my brother irritated and itchy and very uncomfortable all through the session. Then when the massage session was near its end, my brother was asking for a towel. Whatever for? He says he wanted to take a shower. A shower? Whatever for? He said to get rid of the icky virgin coconut oil! Great heavens! Of course this was wrong. First of all, just having received a massage, it is absolutely wrong for anyone to take a shower. You will get a “pasma”; the sudden dipping of water will cause an adverse reaction in your muscles and you might be debilitated. Then there is the fact that the virgin coconut oil (VCO) has yet to work its magic by letting it stay soaking your skin and the germs on it.
Sure enough after a few minutes, my brother was scratching like hell all over. It was obvious this was actually his first time. Some 15 minutes later, his scratching and itchiness subsided. First time huh? Yes, I realized this was actually the first time he has received a good dose of VCO.
I asked him how he uses VCO at his home. He told me he would take a shower and soap. Rinse of that soap and put on VCO all over his body. Then after a minute or so, rinse off all the VCO!!! How insane!!! Where did he get that idea?
This solves the puzzle of why he wants to keep using his dumb moisturizers. He does not realize that it is VCO purely that he should have been using all along. Because of the initial discomforts he had with VCO, he has since been using VCO the wrong way. Because NOBODY ever showed him HOW VCO is to be used, he never knew how to use VCO properly in the first place! How absurd! But there it is! After all these years of suffering this is the only time he has come across the correct way of use.
The lesson of this story is that the managing healer should be hands on. Teach the patient and attend to the patient the first few times how the procedure is actually done!

Go to Kung Wo Tong in Mongkok and try the chinese herbal tea. Hong Kong people like to drink chinese herbal tea because it’s good for your health, especially after having too much fried, and spicy food. It’s supposed to get the ‘hot air’ out of your system.
