Principles of natural eczema treatment

The symptom eczema diagnosis can be branded on many persistent skin conditions. Some symptoms may be redness, skin edema, itching and dryness, crusting, flaking, blistering, cracking, oozing, or bleeding. The bottom line is that eczema is a form of detox the human body is going through when the usual channels of detox are unable to cope.

The most common methods if detox are through the colon, kidneys, liver and sweat glands expressed as pooping, peeing, and sweating. Eczema symptoms is an alternative method of expressing the toxins that need to be thrown out of the body. The body sees the eczema as currently the most convenient method of throwing out the toxins in the blood.

Knowing the principles above, we only have to make it more convenient for the body to detoxify using the normal routes such as pooping, peeing and sweating and to reduce the amount of pollution / toxins that come into the body via food, drink, and skin contact and the air we breath.

The normal detox organs must be cleansed and nourished to get back into top shape. There are various detox protocols that cleanse with simple herbs for the colon, these are called colon cleansers. There are also kidney cleansers, but the best way for the kidneys recover is through hydrating watermelons and consumption of large quantities of raw fat and medium quantities of raw protein. It is lean cooked protein that stresses kidneys. Livers are cleansed by doing the various liver flushes methods that are freely available.

Nutrition must be of the highest quality from rare / raw fatty grass fed or wild ocean meats and hydrating fruit and clean water to some mineral providing cooked and blendered non-inflammation causing vegetables. Inflammation causing vegetables are called nightshades, stay away from them. Staying all organic means you stay away from pollution.

The skin absorbs anything applied to it. So as a rule, if it is not edible, do not put it on your skin. This is a very basic for skin pollution. This means no commercial deodorants, no chemical toothpastes, no lotions, no powders, no makeup as examples, no strange work environments that cause harm via foul air exposure.

The hard part is in the details.

Principles of Curing Gout so it never returns

Gout is defined as pain in the knees or feet that is caused by the build up of uric acid deposits. Getting rid of gout first requires you to be able to dissolve the uric acid deposits. Then for you to change your diet from lean cooked meat to high fat raw meat paleo diet which totally avoids uric acid build up.

Uric acid deposits are dissolved externally with the use of energized liquid alkaline detoxifiers such as CMD, Quantum Minerals Plus and Energized Mineral Concentrate. Daily application of such liquids will dissolve the gout deposits in you affected area beginning 30 minutes after application and in a few days you will feel a big reduction in pain. Internally, gout deposits are dissolved by drinking apple cider vinegar. 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar in 1/4 cup of water 2 times a day before meals. In a few weeks the gout pain will be a forgotten memory.

For diet change, kidneys are stressed as the body cannot process proteins in lean protein such as lean meats or seed proteins or legume proteins, stop taking seed proteins and legume proteins. Animal meat proteins need to be buffered by large amounts of fat so that it will be processed and not put a strain on kidneys. You lower the carbohydrates you eat and increase the animal fat you eat. Animal fat is good for you, specifically raw animal fat enables the cleansing and healing of your kidneys. Raw fat is the missing ingredient in many people’s diets. Examples of where to get raw fat are from coconut meat, avocados, raw eggs, raw fish sashimi, raw beef muscle fat / back fat, raw bone marrow.

The easiest guide to diet is to go back to the original human diet called the Paleo Diet. Your food comes from majority fatty meats, some fruit, some raw vegetables. Gluten free, inflammation free foods, especially organic / wild raw fatty meats.

Beware of nightshades. Although they are classified as vegetables, they cause inflammation and is recommended you avoid these. Nightshades are eggplants, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes and tobacco.

The principles are simple. Dissolve the existing uric acid deposits that cause gout pain. Stop making new uric acid deposits by changing diets to a high fat raw paleolithic diet. You can start with a cooked meat high fat paleo diet if you need time to adjust to the taste of raw meat.

High Fat Raw Paleo Diet to Lose Weight, Gain Health and Gain Beauty

A high fat raw paleolithic diet is the hardest diet to get into because of cultural conditioning against eating raw meat, against consumption of large amounts of fat and having to give up your favorite starches. The results of your efforts will be the most rewarding as you gain health and beauty at the same time, losing weight merely becomes a secondary issue and is guaranteed to lead to an ideal set weight.

From fossil records, a raw paleolithic diet can be seen as the original human diet even before cooking started, one could infer that this is the original diet of humans. Raw paleo diet is composed of these foods:

(1) Animal meat with their organs including prized fatty parts like back fat, bone marrow and brains; these could be aquatic or land based animals.

(2) Then there are ripe or unripe fruit.

(3) Then there are edible when raw vegetables.

The theory is, nature cannot possibly be wrong. Going back to the original, natural fuel for humans and humans are transformed into the naturally self repairing healthy, beautiful, athletic beings we were meant to be.

Raw fat is the preferred fuel of the body which is concentrated and gives steady clean energy, avoiding the sugar highs and lows in high carbohydrate diet. Raw fat is cleansing and lubricating at the same time.

Raw proteins are the preferred form of protein by the body as this is natural, clean, pure and muscle building, even without gym exercises you can maintain a lean muscular physique.

A small amount of carbohydrates in hydrating fruit and vegetables gives you extra vitamins and minerals.

Multivitamins are usually raw organs like raw liver, kidneys and other internal organs from such animals as oysters and small fish you eat whole.

When you begin a high fat raw paleo diet, you may get an initial detox phase for a few days, but on the first month you should be on your way to feel an enormous healthy feeling that only gets better and better. In many more months you will notice you may have stopped getting sick. After about a year, friends and family who you may not have seen for a long time will comment how beautiful you have become and will ask you, no plead with you to tell them what your secret is.

A high fat raw paleo diet involves consuming a majority raw animal foods diet with fruits and vegetables playing a smaller but important part of the diet.

How I lost 50 pounds and got even healthier hopping around various diets

In 2002 I weighed 170 pounds with a short height of 5 feet 5 inches. I wanted to lose weight and gain sex appeal because I wanted to have more children. I had become obese on a standard urban diet which included a lot of rice and wheat based products as the base of the standard food pyramid. I wanted to lose weight but I did not know how.

One day I met an old college friend who I had not seen in a few years. He looked amazing. Slim and muscular. I asked him what he did to look that good. He said he was inspired by a fitness book. I bought the same book and realized that losing weight is 80 percent diet and 20 percent exercise, so begin with diet first. The diet recommendations seemed unintelligible to me at that time, I found reading about the cooked Atkins diet somewhat understandable but I wasn’t sure I was doing it right, I sought guidance.

I consulted a nutritionist, she was a gorgeous woman in her late 50s with 7 children yet she remained formally beautiful. I was inspired. This lady knows what she is talking about. She taught me foundation principles, that bread contained so much more fattening carbohydrates than rice, so I had best give up wheat based products. For rice as a carbohydrate, it was better to lessen the rice and substitute more vegetables. The key was adjusting your daily habits, choices, marketing and perception of food. I took my time. I was in no hurry. I want the change to be permanent. My goal was a mere 2 pounds less per month. At 145 pounds, I thanked by nutritionist, I had gained habits and knowledge about diet instead of mindless eating for taste.

In 2005 I came down with a terrible eczema which showed that I was unhealthy. Doctors told me I was incurable. Since I did not believe in incurable diseases I sought non-doctors who showed me new knowledge. I learned various body detoxes that led to the healing of all my eczemas. But I wanted more health.

In mid 2007 I experimented with a raw vegan diet under the tutelage of a naturopath. I got too lean and raw vegan food made me feel miserable. I gave up raw veganism and ate rice and cooked meat again which made me feel better.

Then I learned about orange juice fasting to reset my intestines. I did a 14 day orange juice fast which stopped all cravings for rice and cooked meat.

I tried raw fruitarian in late 2007 and found myself feeling cold and getting even thinner than on raw vegan. I had gone down to 112 pounds! Wafer thin. A long term fruitarian told me it would take 5 years to adjust to that cold feeling. I had to stop that fruitarian madness or die of malnutrition.

In January 2008 I found the Wai Diet easy to follow. It was as simple as adding raw ocean fish and raw egg yolks to my fruitarian diet. Boom! Immediate feeling of enormously good health. In a few weeks I bounced up to 120 pounds.

I discovered the Primal Diet by Aajonus Vonderplanitz and experimented with various raw land animals and raw dairy. No raw dairy worked for me, I had to accept I was lactose intolerant. I found I liked raw beef the most, more so than raw fish. So from then on my diet was called a Raw Paleolithic Diet or Raw Paleo Diet for short and I joined a new support forum.

In 2009 with the urging of long time raw paleo dieters, I switched to a high fat low carb raw paleo diet which gave an even better feeling of health. I never got sick on raw paleo diet and I now had the energy to be active and look 10 years younger. I developed bicep muscles without the need to go to the gym. What the old timers said about raw meat was true, it builds muscles even without gym work. Call me gym lazy. I’d rather go swimming and go running around with my kids than go to a gym.

Raw paleo diet made my dreams come true. I leveled off on an ideal weight of 125 pounds, I gained sex appeal, I have more children, I now have robust health I never had before.

The kids are all sick with too much mucus and upper respiratory tract infection, my wife too

The 6 year old boy has had mucus for quite a few days my wife says. The 5 year old girl had terrible thick mucus 2 evenings ago and had a hard time breathing I immediately put her on 100% raw diet which she has now gone on for 2 days.

My wife also was coming down with a respiratory tract infection of her own and she immediately took her mercureus vivus homeopathic powder under her tongue. She said that works for her usually well and this day she called in sick and this evening she says she feels better.

What alarms me is our 8 year old boy. This morning he was coughing bad so we thought it best he stayed home. He and the 5 year old girl stayed home. Only our 6 year old boy went to school.

My wife thought it was a good idea to ask the driver to buy cough elixir from her homeopath / anthroposophic doctor.

This is my wife in charge of the healing at this stage since she feels these upper respiratory tract infections are her genetic thing and she knows what the children are feeling and how she has experience going about this.

My 8 year old texted me this afternoon that he puked red stuff, which my wife said was just the watermelon. So our 8 year old is lazy with drinking fluids though my wife says she’s been badgering our boy the whole day to take in fluids.

When I arrived this evening I learned our 8 year old boy was given cough elixir and mercureus vivus and was on a raw day with egg yolk in the morning, watermelon for hydration, water, calamansi juice with raw honey, they tried soup with cayenne but our boy rejected the soup altogether. He was puking, I think his body senses the cooked fat in the soup which is toxic.

Our 8 year old was given a steam bath this evening. He was complaining of chest pains when he inhaled deeply. He felt relief from steam bathing but afterwards said his chest pain returned. We gave him some calamansi juice with some raw honey for hydration after steam bathing. He slept early as he was feeling terrible. But later on he puked and then puked some more. Nothing to puke, just clear liquid my wife says.

For better ventilation the 2 other kids are sent to their aunt’s room while their aunt is out of town. My wife is beside our 8 year old boy.

I’ve been hinting that it seems from the dehydration and refusal to drink enough liquids I would like my boy to go to the emergency room of my favorite hospital Cardinal Santos for rehydration. My wife has declined twice saying she knows this situation and just let the boy sleep. She was asking me to hand her the zapper but I thought it was a bad idea if the boy is dehydrated. The dead germs would just pollute his blood and he lacks the fluids to expel them.

I’m up on my toes waiting for a sign to take him to the e.r. for hydration. Maybe my wife knows what she’s doing since she says these are her genes expressing themselves, but difficulty in breathing and hydration is something of an emergency for me which I have no patience with.

As usual, I didn’t get any of this illness, whatever it is that’s going around with the children and my wife. Because I’m on raw paleo diet.

*** Update 11:30 pm: Wife comes out with her BIG GUN – Cayenne Tincture ***

I suggested cayenne tincture this morning and my wife refused. Saying the boy is too young. I’m impatient you see. I arrived this evening and wanted to give cayenne tincture, my wife said wait and let the mercureus vivus and the cough elixir take effect.

This 11 pm my boy walked into the living and lied on the couch saying he was in such a terrible lousy sick feeling, no particular place in his body, no fever either, no difficulty in breathing he says, not thirsty either.

At 11:15 my wife came with the cayenne tincture, plus Gatorade – grape flavor for hydration with ice cubes. Probably just one full drop under our 8 year old boy’s tongue. Yes, some better action. Boy is forced to drink a good amount of Gatorade for some needed hydration. He wakes up due to the cayenne’s burning hot taste. He spits out mucus a couple of times. A few minutes later he falls asleep on the couch beside me.

Probably good remedy for now. He is breathing very fast while asleep. I asked again if I should take him to the e.r. and be given steroid relief for his asthma so he can breath easily. Wife says its just asthma, says the boy will live thru it.
