Tongue Cancer: Calling on Accupuncture to buy us more time

Mr. M is doing great surviving the 8th day of his coconut juice fast with added wheatgrass and coconut milk.  The problem is the dull pain on his head, the lymph node that does not shrink, and the maximum pain on his right TMJ and whole head that shocks him when he gulps down any liquid.  Mr. M has resorted today to sipping instead and it has kept pain at bay.

We are in a race against possible further degeneration of nerves, the healing of Mr. M’s stomach, then the eating of large quantities of raw animal foods to rebuild the degenerated nerves and muscles of his tongue.  This swallowing problem and maximum pain is a direct threat to Mr. M’s recovery.

In the hope to buy us some time for complete recovery, I searched out accupuncturists today.  I found an authentic Chinese doctor named Dr. Teng at the Holistic Center in SM Megamall.  Tomorrow at 5:30pm is Mr. M’s appointment.  My wish is for the accupunturist to help relieve Mr. M of pain and help improve nerve function of his tongue.  We know there is a trouble with speech way back before Mr. M arrived in my country on August 9, 2008.  I wish for the accupunturist to buy Mr. M more time.  Time to heal his stomach, time to do a 3rd liver flush, time to be able to eat lots of raw animal foods so Mr. M will have the nutrition to rebuild his nerves and his tongue muscles, and to slowly heal his lymph nodes.

Once Mr. M has begun the Aajonus Vonderplanitz eating plan to consume lots of green juice and raw animal foods for at least one week,  I can rest easy and be confident that Mr. M will heal his tongue, his damaged nerves and regain his speech and swallowing capabilities.

The old cancer fungus inside the tongue was pooped long ago in the first VCO detox.  We are battling it out for healing and regeneration now.  Before we can pump Mr. M full of raw animal foods for superior protein, his stomach needs healing, and his liver needs another purging of liver stones.  But this all requires time.  Time and relief which I hope the measures we are taking will be given to Mr. M.

So this is what makes tongue cancer hard to cure.  You need the patient to get well by feeding him nutritious stuff, all oral entries; but the impairment of the tongue, the swallowing disability and pain is an enormous road block the sick must fight at all costs.

Tongue Cancer: Fixing the troubling PAIN when drinking

Mr. M has a pain problem.  The pain is with swallowing the huge amounts of fluids he has to take to do his 14 day coconut juice fast.  Upon drinking, extreme pain is felt on his right ear TMJ area and his whole head hurts to the maximum, but after 2 to 3 minutes the pain is gone.  Just the low dull pain is left.

Today is the 8th day of Mr. M’s coconut juice, wheat grass and coconut milk fast to heal his stomach.  We hope 14 days of juice fasting will cure his stomach so that it will be ready to digest lots and lots of raw animal foods to help rebuild the damaged muscles and nerves of his tongue.

Looking back we pumped him good with nutritious raw paleolithic diet using the highest vitamin c raw ripe native filipino fruits and raw fertilized eggs, then detoxed his colon, his kidneys, corrected his spine, started detoxing his liver with liver flushes, systemically got rid of fungus via virgin coconut oil detoxing, which pooped away the growing tumor inside his tongue flesh.

Mr. M used to have splitting headaches and we fixed this really good with proper hydration because it appears these were dehydration headaches.

Now there is just a low pain head ache which looks to be a lymph problem or maybe a parasite problem.  We decided to restart a normal parasite cleanse with 30 days of barefoot dewormer. 2-1/2 teaspoons in the morning and the same at night for 30 days.

The idea for the solution to the pain of Mr. M came from his youngest son who sees his father trying desperately to gulp down the juices he needs to drink, but the pain still comes.  So Mr. M’s son suggested last night to drink small quantities of fluids at a time, but more frequently.  Last night we gave Mr. M his dewormer and there was no problem with pain.  And since the healing stage of Mr. M has resulted in restarting his saliva production, he has no problems swallowing his saliva. Therefore, it is the act of SWALLOWING LARGE AMOUNTS of fluids that is causing a lot of immediate pain.

If you look at other tongue cancer cases like http://www.mytonguecancer.com, they are in a lot of pain and swallowing problems because the tongue is damaged.  That man is unfortunate, he followed the common medical paradigm of drugs, radiation, surgery and I salute him for his courage to blog about his ordeal with what I see as the wrong approach.  I thank him for his blog so we can compare and contrast approaches.

Mr. M is not home free yet.  We are hoping his swallowing function and pain holds enough until he heals his stomach.  Then he has to eat large quantities of raw animal foods for protein to rebuild his tongue.  All the while his swallowing function is impaired.

Yesterday the bleeding on his tongue was markedly less.  Mr. M’s tongue is no longer in pain and he can touch his tongue and clean his tongue without pain.  There is a little tumor which hurts a little when he drinks.  Mr. M’s tongue has shrunk enough so Mr. M can close his teeth.

Mr. M gave us a fright a few days ago when after using a charcoal poultice to try to remove toxins from his lymph node, the following day, his jaw locked!  Lock jaw.  Just remained closed.  He could not open.  Even I was taken by surprise.  So we said stop with the charcoal poultice.  And Mr. M’s son and I rushed back to my place so I could get special equipment: my Don Croft Zapper and the PyroEnergen.

We texted Dr. Bien about the lock jaw and his immediate thought was maybe it is tetanus caused.  My thinking is if it is tetanus virus caused, the zapper, the pyroenergen, virgin coconut oil and oregano oil will do the job… right now.

But ahead of that, I initially visited Mr. M and brought extra virgin olive oil and hydrogen peroxide to relieve ear pain thinking that Mr. M’s ears may be blocked and infected.  The extra virgin olive oil softens the garbage in the ear, then the hydrogen peroxide bubbles and dissolves the garbage.  So we administered this combination first.

By 10pm when we arrived back at Mr. M’s hotel, Mr. M was already able to open his mouth.  What a relief.  Is it because of the hydrogen peroxide?  Is it because the charcoal poultice effects have gone?

I immediately taught them how to use the PyroEnergen, gave them a printout of the instructions.  Mr. M did PyroEnergen for 1 hour.  PyroEnergen is an electric blood alkalizer and will obliterate all viruses.

In the morning I got a text: “Champ. Good news papa had very very good sleep last night and he can open more his mouth also and most important is he is very happy today.”  – 15 Sept 2008, 07:45 am.

But then the drinking pain happened and it was demoralizing.

Maybe today September 16, 2008, the slow sipping and drinking method will not cause him pain.  We will know later on.

Update: Mr. M thinks 30 day dewormer now is incompatible with the stomach healing so he stopped it.  And the sipping of coconut juice instead of gulping works very well, there is less pain.

Raw Vegan vs Raw Paleolithic Diet: My contribution

A topic was opened up on the Raw Paleolothic Diet Forum about Raw Vegan vs. Raw Paleolithic Diet.  I contributed my opinion on this issue.  Maybe it will help you with your search for the best diet for you.

In my research, if we are talking some millions of years ago, our human ancestors must have been fruigivores with a little meat every now and then. (Paleolithic times… 3-6 million years ago? )

Gradually, humans ate larger amounts of meat. (Paleolithic times… 1 million years ago?)

When the ice ages hit, those that survived, humans evolved / adapted, our ancestors to eat mostly meat. (Paleolithic times… hundreds of thousands of years ago?)

After the last ice age, human population exploded as humans are adapted to eat BOTH fruits AND meat…. NOT vegetation… not leaves… not vegetables. (Paleolithic times 20,000 to 12,000 years ago?)

It was the invention of AGRICULTURE in the neolithic age that pushed people to eat GRAIN and VEGETABLES because these were the low cost, easy to grow items available. (Beginning neolithic times 10,000 years ago and until today)

I believe the raw vegan movement is misleading… most raw vegans eat more fruits and nuts in the first place rather than vegetation.  My raw vegan teacher was advocating a 2/3 fruit and 1/3 prepared vegetation diet.  I liked eating the 2/3 fruit but the 1/3 prepared vegetation was a pain to prepare and not tasty.

I find fruit tasty and filling if it is fatty fruit like durian, coconuts, avocado.
I find raw meat tasty and filling.
I see raw vegetation as herbs / medicine.

What I use for curing people is raw ripe / unripe fruit, raw organic / wild fatty meat, and juiced raw organic / wild vegetation / herbs.  Of course you read this too in Aajonus Vonderplanitz’ books on the Primal Diet.

For the benefit of those who have just tuned into this blog, I do not believe humans as a species have adapted fully to agriculture which was introduced 10,000 years ago.  And most certainly not to processed food / manufactured food introduced in the last 50 years.

My practical observation is what diet CURES people?  Raw Fruits and Raw Meat, with herbs as aids, helpers, medicine.  This has led me to the conclusion that the raw paleolithic diet is the original, nature optimized diet for humans… find your variation, proportion within the raw paleolithic diet and be healed.

Personal investigation: Where my beef comes from, Slaughterhouse, Market

My cousin and I finally pushed through with the plan of following the trail of where our beef comes from.  We looked at the unloading of the cows, the slaughtering of the cows, the cutting of the carcasses, the delivery of the carcasses to market, the cutting up of the meat in the market stalls and hanging them for sale.

I sacrificed 1 whole night of sleep to get this information.  Feel free to donate as I spent my own money investigating this for you. For those who don’t know my blog too well, I live in Manila Philippines.  So this is a report about beef in Manila.

I met my cousin at 12 midnight at the corner of EDSA and Congressional Avenue in front of Munoz market.  We drove to Novaliches, to the pig and cow slaughterhouse near his house.  He knew friends there and had been there before and has seen this done before.  My cousin is a truck driver and has had experience transporting live animals before.

We arrived around 12:15 am in the slaughter house and just walked right in posing as buyers.  We could see what was going on step by step.

  1. First the cows are unloaded from trucks.  The truck we observed had some 10 or more brahman type cows,  mostly male.  These ones were pretty tall, taller than men.  All led by the nose.  Pretty well behaved animals.  They were unloaded in a small temporary waiting area.
  2. One by one the cows are led to the killing spots.  At least 1 man holds the cow’s nose rope and the horns / head for the cow to stay steady.  Then, a man with a sharp dagger has the task of killing the cow by plunging the dagger on the known spot on the nape of the cow.  He plunges quickly several times until the animal collapses dead on the floor.  There are some 3 more men ready to support just in case the animal struggles.  This happens in 5 minutes.
  3. A man then slices the throat of the cow and and collects the blood to waiting containers.
  4. The head of the cow is sliced off and carted away.
  5. Several men start slicing away at the skin of the cow,  until only the back part is left on.  The men are careful the skin is all in 1 piece.  My guess is it is sold to be made into leather.  The hoofs and lower leg of the cows are sliced off and the cow carcass with the skin still on is hanged hydraulically for easy skin stripping until the skin falls on the ground in 1 piece.
  6. Next, the cow belly is opened up and the internal organs are slowly led down to fall on the floor and carted away.  Any fluids on the floor are immediately washed away.
  7. The whole cow carcass is cut in half, then one fourth.  Then the cow carcasses are manually loaded into the waiting trucks or tricycles.  The job of the slaughterhouse is done.

The slaughterhouse we visited was very clean.  The smell of the cow was very good.  It all smells like fresh raw beef in there.  Tasty smell for raw animal food eaters like me.

Next my cousin and I took a short nap and at 3:30 am go to a meat seller in Novaliches that gets its meat from the same slaughterhouse.  I bought 1 kilo for a souvenir and my cousin and I taste a raw piece each.  Very good.

Then we move on to a big market, Farmers’ market in Cubao, Quezon City.  At 4 am, the trucks from some other slaughter houses have just unloaded the cow carcasses and the the butchers are very busy cutting away and classifying them according to the meat part you are going to buy.  The meat parts are hanged and arranged by 4:30 am.  You can arrive earlier and buy what you like even before that.  But mind you, the butchers are very busy at this time.

So the responsibility of clean handling also rests on the butchers in the market.  Know your butcher.  See if he handles meat properly, practices good hygiene.  Everything is open so you can see.  I bought my own sirloin souvenir at Farmers Market that day.  We also did some sea food marketing.  At 5am I was home.

I lost 1 good night of sleep, but the first hand information I gained knowing my family’s beef is cleanly handled was worth it.  The beef was never heated up, the beef was never frozen, the animals were humanely handled, sanitation was a natural common sense approach.  Now I know when the butcher at Farmers Market says his meat is FRESH and just died a few hours ago, it is true.

My experiments with raw dairy: raw carabao milk and raw goat milk

A few weeks ago I came across raw carabao milk at the organic store.  I bought 3 small bottles which maybe comprised 1 whole liter.  Yesterday after a lot of badgering with a friend, I was able to buy 1 liter of raw goat milk.  Today I report on the result of my personal experiment.

With the raw carabao milk, I made sure I finished in 1 day all 3 small bottles comprising maybe 1 liter of raw carabao milk.  Just like regular cow dairy, my stomach grumbled the whole day and I farted the whole day.

With the raw goat milk, I made sure I finished in 1 day the whole 1 liter bottle.  The seller says this milk comes from Boer goats.  This time my stomach did NOT grumble, it stayed quiet.  But I farted whole day.

My personal conclusion then is that dairy is not for me.  And don’t get me started on pasteurized cooked dairy, that is plain poison.  Raw Dairy is not on the Raw Paleolithic Diet, see www.rawpaleo.com. But raw dairy is on Aajonus Vonderplanitz’ Primal Diet.  There are people who do well on dairy, I am just not one of them.  Ah, the end of experimenting with raw dairy, and the end of embarassing farting.

Banned Knowledge? Raw omnivore, Raw animal foods, Raw Paleolithic Diet for Cancer

I participate in several yahoo groups and I noticed in particular that one cancer yahoo group was adamant at rejecting my post regarding my opinion on diets for cancer.  For the benefit of others who were unable to get my message in your cancer yahoo groups, this was my message:

Here’s my opinion on diets for Cancer.

In my research being raw vegetarian, even organic raw vegan, will not
ultimately cure most people. There is something missing: Raw Animal
foods. Most people thrive on being omnivorous. Eating raw animal foods
is important in healing and in maintaining health. Especially, a high
raw fat diet is needed. A low fat diet is a disaster.

Depending on vegetation to cure people is wrong in my opinion. Fruits
are VASTLY superior to vegetables. The majority of the diet should be
wild / organic / in season fruits + organic / wild raw animal foods
(eggs must be fertilized!)

. Vegetation is only useful when juiced.
Remove all pulp. Like when you juice wheatgrass. Human digestion is
suited for raw fruits and raw animal foods, not vegetation.

Diet alone will not cure people… but 100% RAW diet is ABSOLUTELY
NEEDED… plus we also need fresh clean air, detox protocols, lots of
sunlight, walking barefoot on grass and soil, probiotics, getting rid of
fungus, getting rid of television, being away from cell phone radiation,
being away from pollution from everyday personal care products like
shampoo, soap, toothpaste, sunblock, stopping the use of unreproductive
and unhealthy contraceptives like birth control pills, patches, iuds,
and staying away from ALL pharmaceutical drugs.

Why was this banned?  There are several reasons I can think of:

The first reason is that maybe there are moderators who are totally sold on the raw vegan approach and they can’t stand criticism.

Second, there may be moderators who just cannot imagine eating raw animal foods.

Third, there may be moderators who cannot imagine a high raw fat diet.

Fourth, there may be moderators who are sold on water and I dare criticize the drinking of plain water.

Maybe in time, the gatekeepers will understand that most humans are true omnivores and are not water drinking animals.

Tongue Cancer: Dehydration being addressed, heart beat rate normal

10:30 am update today via SMS is that Mr. M now has 82 beats per minute as his heart beat rate.  We are now in normal range.  The hydrating method of coconut juice is working.  With this I expect less or the complete absence of his head pain.

Mr. M is no longer hungry but he feels weakness.  Sure sign of body adjusting to the fast.  This is only his 5th day.  I suggested to give more wheat grass and more coconut milk.  He should also get a full body massage of virgin coconut oil.  When the virgin coconut oil is absorbed through his skin, this will give him a lot of energy.  As such, I do not recommend virgin coconut oil massages at night as there is the tendency for the extra energy to keep you awake and you may not be able to sleep.

I will see Mr. M later in the afternoon.  I will bring my kids along so we can have a swim in the hotel pools.  I feel this fast is going along fine.  It will take Mr. M one more day to adjust to the weakness of fasting.  After that he will feel fine on day 7 to 14.  These are just my fearless predictions.

I predict no more head pain after day 7.  I predict this chronic dehydration is the missing piece of the puzzle.  This fast will now work with dehydration addressed.  His stomach will heal.  His spleen will shrink to normal size.  And at the end of the fast his neck lymph node should begin to shrink.

After this fast Mr. M should do Aajonus Vonderplanitz style eating to bulk up and regain fat and muscle.  It will be easy and it will be delicious.
