Tongue Cancer nutrition to be addressed via Raw Paleolithic Diet super meals of carbohydrates protein and fat

August 10, 2008 by Good Samaritan

Mr. M’s nutrition program is wonderful, tasty and full of choices.  His foods are all blended because of his swollen tongue which does not allow him to eat solid food.  Interestingly he can still taste things.

For his carbs and vitamins and minerals he has guavas, papayas, watermelon, melon and wheatgrass to choose from.

For his protein, I recommended whole fertilized eggs, also raw goat liver, and raw tuna.

For the fats, extra virgin olive oil, raw egg yolks, avocados, virgin coconut oil, the raw tuna has omega 3 oils.

For hydration we have lots and lots of fresh coconuts.

I am not privy anymore to his choice of food.  He and his wife sort that out.  Whatever appeals to him.  He says he is full and contented with the food he eats.

The rule is every meal he has raw fats.  It is fat that he needs to cleanse and nourish his body.  He is being given the best fats we know of today.

We are constrained with the religious needs of Mr. M in that they are devout Muslims so they require all meat to be Halal.  Good thing, there was no requirement for fish, so the tuna was bought at the farmer’s market.  For the goat liver, we have yet to find a supplier.  But their relative may be able to find one.

Mr. M is consuming raw eggs, but not much.  I would have thought he would have finished off the whole tray by now.  These are supreme fertilized eggs.  I tasted one before buying.  Absolutely fabulous.

No beef in our market is Halal so beef is out of the question.

Now I’m thinking maybe it is easier to get chicken.  Chickens are smaller, cheaper and the livers can also be used too.

I just remembered the hotel manager telling me they tend to goats in the hotel grounds specifically for guests who want to eat goat.  Idea!  Mr M’s family can choose to buy a young healthy goat and slaughter it themselves in a halal manner.  They will be able to get the freshest liver that way.  Also the heart.  Also the kidneys.  So Mr. M can get the best nutrition that goat has to offer.

Wheatgrass juice and tongue cancer may increase alkalinity

August 10, 2008 by Good Samaritan

Yesterday, Mr. M. was very concerned about the bleeding on his tongue.  Well of course it is bleeding, his tongue is infected.  He already has colloidal silver for his mouthwash so that should be enough.

Now I am thinking about what Aajonus Vonderplanitz says about tumors breaking the skin.  That the body needs to raise its alkalinity at this point.  If I understood the PH Miracle teacher Robert Young, he wants more vegetables.

Since I am also concerned with an underlying causes of atherosclerosis which needs high amounts of vitamin C, then raw wheatgrass juice should fit the need nicely.

Mr. M has been using Dr. Tam’s live green for a few days.  But with the possibility of his tumor breaking the skin which is why his tongue may be bleeding, then it is time to bring in the heavy artillery: live wheatgrass juice.

So this afternoon we drove to the Manila Seedling Bank at Quezon City, on EDSA corner Quezon Avenue.  They now have a wheat grass station.  They juice fresh wheatgrass and they also sell trays of wheatgrass.  Mr. M’s son bought 6 ounces of freshly squeezed wheatgrass and bought 1 full tray of uncut wheat grass.  1 ounce is 75 pesos and 1 full tray is 500 pesos.

Mr. M’s son recognized the wheatgrass and said they had lots of those in their home country.  They just thought this wheatgrass was for the animals.

Back at the hotel Mr M immediately drank 3 ounces of the fresh wheatgrass juice with some carrot juice and some calamansi.  I think they like calamansi.

I reminded them about the carbohydrates, protein plus FAT rule.  So afterwards Mr. M had a raw fertilized egg.

Raw goat liver pate tastes good

August 9, 2008 by Good Samaritan

Using the recipe from Aajonus Vonderplanitz’ book The Recipe for Living Without Diseases, I used a blender to make raw liver pate.  It was very easy.  Just get raw goat liver and add chopped red onions to taste and put in blender.  Turn blender on for 20 seconds.

The comments from the non raw foodists in the house said it needed salt and pepper.  I do not add condiments myself.  But for their pleasure I added some rock salt and freshly ground pepper.  Yes, it did taste better according to their taste, but too stimulating for my taste.  I always eat as if I were a cancer patient.  Helps me practice my hobby.  And food is healthier for me too.

Raw goat meat tastes very good

August 9, 2008 by Good Samaritan

I’ve been eating raw beef as a staple for a few months now.  And from time to time I eat goat liver.  This time I had my driver buy me freshly slaughtered goat meat.  There is a community of goat sellers near my sons’ school.

I had the raw goat meat last night with some raw goat liver.  Raw goat meat tasted good.  It is a refreshing change of taste from raw beef.  The goat meat was tender and easy to chew.  The smell was good too.  It just did not have the kind of fat I’m used to having with raw beef.  So I opened 3 raw fertilized chicken eggs to supplement my meal with fat.  It was a very satisfying dinner. I had a tough day playing tour guide to a cancer patient.

A truly healthy Diet has many things to do with cancer

August 8, 2008 by Good Samaritan

I was inspired to reply to a forum post on the RawPaleoForum.com

Someone posted:

“A truly healthy diet cannot protect us from everything. And besides, how do we know that his diet or lack of something in the diet had anything to do with the cancer…we just don’t.”

Here was my inspired reply:

A cooked, processed food diet based on grains, beans and potatoes is a recipe for disease.

A truly healthy diet will protect us from most diseases, provide a high quality of life, and greatly delay aging.

Yes we DO KNOW… I and thousands of others around the world KNOW that diet has many things to do with cancer or any other incurable disease.

Why… because we have cured our “medically incurable” diseases ourselves and have cured many others of their “medically incurable” diseases.  We the cured and the ones we routinely cure are the evidence.

“Medical” will not accept our evidence because real cures run counter to their business model.  “Medical” is all about money and tons of fear marketing quackery.  They are not interested in cures.  If they were interested, they would pour money to research what we real healers do and write research papers explaining why our methods work… so they can write about our methods in “their” language.  Everything “medical” knows about disease causes is absolutely wrong and false because every disease is “medically incurable”… which means they know nothing.

Real healers are now high tech.  The internet has allowed real healers to publish their work without the “medical” gatekeepers.  Here is a list of some real healers who have written their ideas http://www.curemanual.com/mind-cures-paradigm-shifts

Diet is one big aspect of my cure protocols.

Refractometer to measure fruit nutrition I ordered on Ebay arrives

August 7, 2008 by Good Samaritan

The refractometer I ordered on Ebay arrived in the mail from Hong Kong.  Yes!  Now I can measure the relative nutrition of fruits and vegetables.  It will take some practice before I learn how to identify which is which and to properly tool myself.

I tried it this morning.  I got our reverse osmosis water and placed it on the prism.  Viewed the measurement which read zero as expected in the operation manual that they have factory calibrated the refractometer.

My first experiment was with a pineapple.  This pineapple with had for breakfast I bought in the market yesterday.  The lady said this pineapple came from Tagaytay.  So sample number 1 is a ripe sweet pineapple and it reads 10.5 Brix.

What is Brix?  In the operation manual it says Brix Refractometer: It is developed for working with sugar related liquids, help monitor to control sugar concentrations in foods and beverages.  Checking the ripeness of fruit in the field, verifying product quality after harvesting or controlling concentrations during processing and packaging, refractometers provide critical information to ensure product quality.

So I will be learning to use this tool to help us identify quality fruits and vegetable produce.

First rambutan fruits of the 2008 season arrive

August 7, 2008 by Good Samaritan

I bought my first few kilos of rambutan fruit yesterday.  Finally at the fruit market, one of the sellers gave me a good price.  Down to 80 pesos per kilo.  Big improvement from 120 per kilo my wife initially bought.  So I bought almost 3 kilos of the red juicy rambutan.

rambutans

Took the rambutan home the 2 boys and we three had a good merienda.  Left some from my wife and my little girl.  This morning, all rambutans were gone in a flash.  We’ve been deprived for so long.  We’ve waited this long.  Rambutan time is coming.  It should dive down to 40 to 50 per kilo.  Then gorge and gorge and gorge.

The rule of thumb with fruit eating is to follow the seasons.  Eat fruit in season in your country.

Can somebody tell me via commenting what they call rambutan in english?
