No fried food for my children yesterday

February 29, 2008 by Good Samaritan

Breakfast yesterday was our usual raw fruits breakfast.  That has been established.  The kids can have salads as well if they request.

Lunch time I believe the 2 younger kids had boiled fish.  Me and my oldest kid were together after his school and we were just snacking on coconut meat and saba bananas while we went around town to do my banking, buy his shoes, buy some fresh grass feed beef tenderloin which cost P 240 / kilo.  I got 1 kilo, asked the part with lots of fat.

So dinner last night was lightly roasted blood dripping beef tenderloin. The kids were hungry animals and ate the beef as we cut it up with scissors. Then my wife, who is not briefed in natural hygiene, roasted a new cut with salt and pepper to feed to the kids.  Sigh.  Those are exactly the things I don’t want to teach the kids.  So the kids had a choice, dad’s natural tasting plate or mom’s artificially flavored plate.

I sneeked in a couple of bites of truly raw beef tenderloin sashimi and demonstrated by actual taste to the kids that the beef sashimi  was actually more tender than the lightly roasted beef.  They agree.

Cooked Paleolithic Meal: Roasted Organic Calf

February 23, 2008 by Good Samaritan

A few days ago I was enjoying my dinner: raw sirloin beef sashimi syle. My wife wouldn’t stop yakking about how she felt the meat I bought was unsafe because I bought the meat at the Marikina wet market, and that she wasn’t sure if the meat was organic, or if the meat was local. Well, I bought it and in my judgement the meat was fresh, It’s good enough for me. But she didn’t like it when she saw the children eating the raw beef with me too.

That time I seared half of the sirloin beef (3 seconds) and ate raw the other half fully raw. The raw tasted much better. The kids agreed with me, especially my 2nd boy who was having a lovely time.

This morning near lunch we were out in Tiendesitas and I crossed over to SM Hypermart and pleasantly discover roast organic calf. An outfit named Explorganic meats had a booth in the middle with this big roasted calf displayed for all to see. They say a new roast calf is there every day of every weekend. I got the pica pica meal for P100 and I asked for 1/2 of it skin and 1/2 meat. Great stuff. It’s cooked, but it rocks. My wife will approve. So I got the two boys and we had a lovely early lunch before going to the chiropractor.

Of course they ate a mono meal. They were with daddy. They ate calf meat and skin, period. No water. No rice. No vegetables. None of that idiotic food combining stuff. It was a good meal.

Cooked Chinese Restaurant Food gives me instant sore eyes!

February 22, 2008 by Good Samaritan

Darn! I just came from a lunch I could not say no to. It was in a chinese restaurant. The usual chinese restaurant stuff with steamed fish, shrimps, sweet and sour pork and lomi. The lunch began 12:30. But by 2:00pm my eyes were itching wildly. Sore eyes to the maximum.

Being a raw foodist has its downsides. I am now officially sensitive to cooked food, especially crappy cooked food with chemicals, preservatives, MSG and who knows what stuff they put in there?

I got home at 3pm. Washed my eyes, drank a lot of avocado leaf tea to cleanse my kidneys, added raw live green honey to make the tea go down faster. I still have 1 shot left of Dr. Tam’s Miracle Tea Colon Cleanse and I’m taking it in a bit.

I also took photos of my eyes as evidence. NEVER AGAIN! I know, I know, I know… I sacrificed one lousy meal and this is what I get. Next time I will go to a gathering after the eating or just bring my own food. This sucks.

Here’s my sore eyes photo. Detoxing through my eyes! Cooked Chinese restaurant food sucks!

Sore eyes, detoxing throught the eyes

My First boy has a bad cold, stuck mucus, cough with mucus

February 22, 2008 by Good Samaritan

Gets me thinking again why I’m the only one not getting sick in this family. Maybe it’s the raw food I eat.

My boy woke up crying saying he felt terrible.

My wife said to use the Don Croft Zapper on my boy. I’d have you know I’m not so hot about zapping, but my wife is. So I found the zapper, gave it to my boy and he zapped himself in the chest for 20 minutes. This was from 6:05 am to 6:25 am.

Hey, my wife was right. Zapping works for my boy. He now feels fine. Is up and about this morning with me.

My plan for action: Have him walk barefoot all day. Give him 3 table spoons of the colon cleanser Dr. Tam’s miracle tea. Give him avocado leaves tea the whole day to clean his kidneys. Alternate with coconut juice. No supplemental water. All raw diet day: kayumito, bananas, coconuts, guavas…. what he likes as long as it is raw fruit. That means no rice, no vegetables, no meat.

I will give him a steam bath myself.

Hmmm…. maybe I should give him lecithin too? Thinking about it.

My theory regarding the must have good fats or else diet

February 17, 2008 by Good Samaritan

My observations regarding people’s fat consumption pattern has come to an initial conclusion this February 2008. I have observed that people need their dietary fats, and they are going to get that dietary fat one way or the other.

Yes I can see people consuming lots and lots of refined carbohydrates from rice, corn, wheat and potatoes, as such they forget about the more nutritious fruits. What people see to it subconsciously is they get to consume the minimum of FAT they need to sate their appetites.

Filipinos have been taught to drink low fat milk, to remove the fat of pork or beef or the skin of chicken. This poses a dilemma with their body’s hunger for fat. So where does the regular Filipino get his dietary fats? From FRYING!

Frying is the number 1 cooking preference of urban Filipinos. Their fat requirements are met by the cheapest cooking oils they can afford. Who knows what mixtures of vegetable oil, hydrogenated coconut oils, other trans fats, corn oil, canola oil, any kind of cooking oil including margarine, etc.

Let me state it more bluntly. You are EATING cooking / frying oil. Every time you buy another bottle of frying oil, you should realize you and your family ATE most of that oil as part of your food. Yuck!!!

Now do you know WHY the instant noodles they used to sell had a separate sachet of oil? Oil gives you the sense of fullness, Oil is FAT. Frying oil is BAD FAT.

I have observed that if a person got his dietary fats from beef or pork saturated fat in a broth, he won’t look for fried food. If a person got his dietary fats from raw coconut meat, raw fish, raw extra virgin olive oil, avocados, durians, raw egg yolks… he won’t need to eat fried food.

People must know this. People must be conscious to stuff themselves with the good raw dietary fats so they do not wind up unconsciously consuming bad fats.

It balances out at the end of a couple of days. Feed yourself with enough good fats and you will feel sated, content, happy and healthy… and consciously you will be avoiding the consumption of bad fats.  Say goodbye to frying oil… forever!

This knowledge IS intended to diagnose, treat, cure and prevent ALL diseases

February 17, 2008 by Good Samaritan

I chanced upon websites selling the usual “snake oil” to people.  They always have this disclaimer that says their product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

The knowledge about truth in health we can gather and cherry pick on the internet IS INTENDED in every way to Diagnose, Treat, Cure and Prevent ALL Diseases.

Health truth is so simple I did not have to go to medical school to learn this much.  Health truth is so simple that I’m passing this knowledge on to each and every descendant.  Call it a family heirloom.

The fact that I’m blogging about it and so have many people before me, we are making headway for everyone in the future.  Maybe in the near future, everyone will know about truth in health and we will have a happier world.

I was in a family get together and as usual I have to shut up, bear it and grin at all the health ignorance being joked around with.  Somehow people find it insulting when a non-MD like me has a real opinion about these things.  Let them be happy with their own ignorance.  Feign ignorance and people will like you for it.

But hey, when the chips are down and people have nowhere else to go, they can ask me for help, as long as they aren’t almost dead, they can be cured.

So my grandma was weak, feeble and shaking.  What can I do?  Nothing.  I don’t have the money to make her live with me long enough to cure her.  So she has to bear it and be miserably sick at only 83 years old.  Her children and the other relatives think it is just old age.  Of course not. She’s just sick.

I have children of my own to take care of, they are a higher priority right now.  I can’t save the world, especially those who aren’t willing to open up their minds.

Anyway, to all you relatives and friends, make fun of my raw diet all you want, but you are welcome any night or day to ask to be cured of any incurables your western MD can’t handle.

An overview of the systems, advocates and books which advocate raw diets which include raw animal foods

February 17, 2008 by Good Samaritan

Mr. Vinny Pinto has analyzed and synthesized much of the raw and paleolithic food systems. Read what he has to say on this topic:

Traditional, Largely-Paleolithic Raw Foods Diet

For most of us, it seems that our nutrition — what we eat and drink — plays a key role in determining much of our health and vitality, and, often, the amount of freedom and options in our lives.
As someone with a lifelong experience and training in modalities of natural healing, and with a Master’s degree in a health-related field, it is my opinion and experience that the vast majority of us, likely over 99 percent of us, do not thrive on a Standard American Diet (SAD) which is high in cooked and processed foods and refined sugars. Rather, the vast majority of us seem to do best on a more traditional diet, far closer to what our ancestors ate, and far more suited to the biochemistry which our genes designed for our bodies. Such a traditional diet may be eaten either raw or partially-cooked. The partially-cooked version (often called the Paleolithic Diet or Caveman Diet) excludes any processed or refined foods as well as any foods which entered the human diet only in the past few thousand years. Thus, such a diet excludes grains, beans, legumes, sweet fruit juices, overly sweet fruits, and all processed and refined oils. Such a traditional diet must also include some raw fruits and vegetables and will also include some animal products, often including some raw animal products as well. Such a diet usually allows small amounts of cold-pressed, extra-virgin olive oil as the only pourable “vegetable oil”. The best single reference source on the web for diets of this type (often fully or partially cooked), and one which includes links to many other related paleolithic diet sites, is the PaleoDiet website (off-site link.)

Many of us, myself included, seem to have done far better by going one step further than the partially-cooked traditional diet (also called Paleolithic Diet or Caveman Diet ) described above, and eating such a diet all raw. In this dietary system, all plant and animal products are eaten fresh and raw, just as our early ancestors did before the advent of widespread cooking, and, of course, before food processing. Such a diet seems to drastically accelerate healing and recovery from chronic diseases and other illnesses far beyond that seen with the partially-cooked traditional diets. There are several systems or philosophies which govern such a diet. All, or almost all, also stress the importance of drinking a sizable quantity of fresh and raw green juices daily. Incidentally, some folks (a minority) seem to do well on a purely vegan (all-plant food) raw foods diet, but the majority seem to eventually suffer some problems unless they incorporate some animal foods or at least animal fats in their diet. There are a number of systems, authors, popularizers and books advocating an all-raw diet which is essentially Paleolithic and which includes animal foods. Click on the link immediately below for an overview of these systems, and also an introduction to acronyms, terms and names associated with these diets.
