Entire Family and Nannies Sick of Colds, Cough, Phlegm… Air Pollution from the new Neighbor’s Chickens?

July 20, 2011 by Good Samaritan

Unbelievable. One by one. The first nannie, then the second nannie, then my wife, then my first born son, then me, then my 2nd son, then our daughter. We all got colds, cough and phlegm. At first we thought it was some kind of germ brought by a 1 year old nephew. But as more than a week had progressed… we began to notice a pattern… it must be those noisy and maybe pestilence infected new fighting cocks of the new neighbor.

It’s not a hobby like your common neighbor who may have up to 3 fighting cocks. This neighbor made several structures and a cock fighting friend said it looks like it houses some 30 fighting cocks. Noisy, smelly, pestilence filled maybe, tick filled maybe, flee filled maybe… and chicken shit airborn with stuff maybe.

My wife and son got their medical certificates from their anthroposophic doctor and it says they’re developing some sort of pneumonia and the primary cause are the chickens.

If I remember Hulda Clark teachings she said pets and livestock carry their own set of parasites with them. Pets should not live inside our homes, they should stay out. So what I am seeing is that these 30 fighting cocks have their own parasites in them and they may be airborn and infecting us, affecting us. It takes some time for our immune systems to calibrate themselves and adjust towards these new parasites and the pollution and pathogen within them.

What was outstanding is that in my more than 3.5 years of raw paleo dieting, this is the first time I got a real cold with phlegm. Actually I want more phlegm and more mucus because this type is the sticky, not enough type. So it is hard to cough out. So this cough, cold and phlegm is caused by air pollution. Not diet… at all.

The good thing about being on raw paleo diet for me is that I did get colds, cough and phlegm but it did not weaken me or bring me down… at all. It’s just an annoyance that it is there. But otherwise I feel fine.

It’s my wife and my first born son that are bearing the brunt of this. They are the ones with weak lungs.

This evening we closed all the windows and turned on the air conditioner with a newly cleaned air filter. I will be looking into the market of home air filters, air purifiers.

And the unmentionable what else are we going to do about this…

S.O.S. From Fukushima English translation

July 16, 2011 by Good Samaritan

Citizens from Fukushima City make a plea to the world to relay the message that they need help.  Seems they are asking for an “official” evacuation order from their Japanese government.  They compare their situation to that of the Chernobyl accident.  If this was Chernobyl, they would have been officially evacuated.

My 2 cents. If the people of Fukushima city are really concerned about their children, they would evacuate NOW. No need to wait for the “government” to tell them what to do. There is such a thing as FREE WILL and FREEDOM of CHOICE. If you think the situation is bad… then MOVE! Decide for yourself. Actions speak louder than words. If you aren’t moving, then you think the situation is acceptable.

Of course if I were living in Fukushima City, the first day I hear about the nuclear disaster I would have moved immediately.

Dishwasher Repairs and Maintenance Should Include Cleansing of Black Yeast for Pollution Avoidance

June 23, 2011 by Good Samaritan

A large part about getting well from incurable diseases is identifying possible sources of pollution. Lots of lung infections or lung cancers can come from black yeast / black fungus. People suspect the walls of their home and ceilings. But did they ever suspect their dish washer?

Many modern homes have dish washers. I’ve seen it with my aunt. I don’t see why I would want a dishwasher when I trust my hands more. But for those who like using dish washers, that dishwasher can be a source of festering molds / fungus like black yeast. According to the late pollution avoidance expert Dr. Hulda Clark, fungus is one of the deadliest germs in the planet and we should exorcise them off our homes.

From the Telegraph:

Writing in the journal Fungal Biology, Dr Polona Zalar of the University of Ljubljana, said that “the potential hazard they represent should not be overlooked”.

Her co-author Nina Gunde-Cimerman told The Daily Telegraph: “One thing that is not in the report is that we tested the dishes after they had been cleaned in these dishwashers and they were full of this black yeast, so too the cutlery that you put in your mouth. We just don’t know how serious this could be.”

Warning, warning, warning. Just wash your dishes by hand and air dry.

Or if you must use a dish washer, do regular maintenance on it and include cleansing it of black yeast or fungus. Is there a way to bring sunlight in or fresh air in your dark and damp dish washer? Or will you be spraying mold killing chemicals in it? And then the chemicals will get you.

Dishwasher appliance for the home frankly, is ridiculous from my point of view. Now more so with the black yeast danger! It’s just not worth it!

Fishkills in Batangas, Taal, Dagupan – People are Afraid to Buy Farmed Fish Fed with Chicken Poop

June 7, 2011 by Good Samaritan

What do the Taal lake fish pen kill, Batangas fish ponds fish kill and Dagupan / Bolinao fish pen fish kill have in common? They are all farmed. Note that the wild fish were not dying in droves, only the farmed fish were dying in the tons. They have all this excuse about oxygen low in the water… but let’s get real… it is an industry practice admitted in news paper articles that the farmed fish are mostly fed chicken manure / chicken poop / chicken sh**.

Come on, us regular folk have taken cared of pets and we never feed them chicken poop. Us regular folk have taken cared of aquarium fish and we don’t feed our fish chicken poop. Is it not about TIME you fish pond industry people start SUSPECTING that your fish feed and chicken manure feed may be the problem? Maybe the feeds being fed the chickens were toxic that became toxic chicken manure? Maybe the feeds being fed to the chickens nowadays are mostly GMO? Did you ever think about that?

My entire point is I’m not buying farmed fish because you feed the farmed fish chicken manure / chicken poop / chicken sh** and it is gross and sets the alarm bells in my head to unbearable levels.

I don’t believe in the over-crowding theory. If that were true, then why would Dagupan / Bolinao suffer the same fish kill in the same time frame? Dagupan / Bolinao has fresh sea water you know, so the over-crowding theory is bunk.

Media has been mis-directed again. Come on media guys. Take a look at the FISH FEED, the FISH FOOD. What is the industry feeding their FISH? Suspect the FISH FOOD! The fish feed pellets, the fish feed chicken manure. INVESTIGATE THAT!

Note: I was just in Farmers Market Cubao and rumor from my butcher was that security confiscated all bangus / milk fish being sold by vendors. Seems market management did not want to take a chance. Market management wants a clean perception from the public that they will not tolerate selling of farmed fish from the fish kill areas at this time.

Warning! Expose on Transglutaminase “Meat Glue” – Must Watch!

May 9, 2011 by Good Samaritan

TOXIC re-processed glued together “meat!” An expose on the meat industry in Australia and their use of Transglutaminase “meat glue” to sell off-cuts as prime meat for a premium price. The original video is from Australian Channel 7’s current affairs program “Today Tonight”.

This is an outrage! Those people should be sent to jail for life for poisoning the citizenry! This just goes to show how far removed people are from their food. Most of them cannot tell if the meat is real. The journalist says it’s hard to tell? Puhleezee…. I do all the marketing in my household and I eat raw meat and can tell the difference right off the bat what is real and not.

In my country, people make longganisa / sausages to sell the unsellable scraps of meat. It’s out in the open… processed put together “meat”. These Australians and other cheaters should just adopt the Filipino tradition of longganisa so their scrap meat can be sold LEGALLY without DECEPTION.

In my city, I have followed beef from the slaughter house to the market. Goats are slaughtered in front of you. And in the wet markets full quarters of beef are on display and cut apart in front of your eyes. Goat carcasses are in full view. This type of glued meat cheating cannot be done in wet markets where regular buyers are aware of animal body parts.

Maybe this is the answer to some aspiring raw paleo dieters not being able to tolerate raw meat? Maybe it’s because they are eating raw glued meat? And they are being poisoned by the glue that supposedly dissipates when the meat is cooked? And being newbie raw meat eaters they still unfortunately cannot tell the difference between good meat and bad meat?

This is awful. All parties to this intentional food pollution, poisoning and duping of the buying public need to be prosecuted severely.

Healthy REAL meat is absolutely good for your health. Find yourselves REAL MEAT.

Native Village Inn, Uhaj, Banaue Rice Terraces – Welcome to Paradise

April 22, 2011 by Good Samaritan

The first leg of our Luzon road trip took us to Native Village Inn located in Uhaj, Banaue. This inn was built on top of a hill with the most majestic view this section of rice terraces. I will first discuss Native Village Inn, its accommodations, ambiance, hospitality, facilities. Getting there belongs to another blog post.

Banaue Native Village Inn Picnic View

Banaue Native Village Inn Picnic View

The picnic view on a clear afternoon.

The picnic view on regular cloudy morning.

Banaue is cool, cool, cool. The air is fresh fresh fresh. The views are spectacular, majestic, astounding and every superlative you can think of. You think you’ve driven up steep enough? The last leg up the green entrance gate is even steeper. The welcome sign is befitting: “Welcome to Paradise We Hope You Have A Pleasant Stay.” Oh yes, we did, we did.

Every architectural detail in Native Village Inn just so blends with the location. Native Village Inn is also blessed with the traditional highly skilled craftsmanship of the Ifugao. Their huts, their furniture, their decorations.

There are 2 fireplaces, one outside and one inside. At the time we stayed there, the indoor fireplace exhaust was out of order.

We stayed in authentic traditional Ifugao huts. The mattresses filled the entire floor space. The design of the ifugao hut is suited for this cold climate. Inside we had electricity, working 220v AC outlets where I got to charge my cell phones and netbook.

Smart and Globe have signals. You can call and text. I even got to do some internet. Slow GPRS. But when I needed to reboot a server I was able to connect via ssh terminal and do my thing. I got to sleep soundly and my good dreams continued.

Outside were mens and womens toilets. Modern toilets. With the amenities you are looking for. Toilet seat, tiles, lots of good quality toilet paper. And they have fresh running water, including a separate sink. I never tried taking a shower. No way in this cold weather.

The individual huts which accommodated guests were surrounded by a tastefully designed garden of various plants and flowers native to the area. This paradise is literally at the top of a mountain so everywhere you run to will wind up in the edge of a cliff. So watch out for your very young children.

My son takes a video of the accommodations.

The staff were very courteous, they were 3 ladies. They did the kitchen stuff, the cleaning stuff and the butlering stuff. The food is conventional Filipino food. I’m a raw foodist raw paleo dieter so I can give no comment. My wife and kids seemed to be okay with the food.

The highlight for me was the main picnic table. This is where we have our breakfast and lunch. The most immense, Imax, spectacular mountain view of seemingly endless rice terraces, the road to Hapao and more mountains. This is paradise. Paradise you wish you could stay in forever… it’s like a dream. A dream come true where you get to forget everything else and just be happy with your loved ones.

The drive up to Native Village Inn via the Banaue to Hapao cliff road is muddy tricky. You must have off road tires and a 4×4 for safety and confidence for all you fellow urbanites. Preferably go up and down with a local guide. Or you can leave your vehicle in Banaue town proper and hire their own local vehicle and local driver to drive you up.

Deciding to Prepare for Nuclear Radiation Fallout from Japanese Nuclear Reactors

March 15, 2011 by Good Samaritan

There is a big enough possibility that we will be adversely affected by the Japanese nuclear plant disasters happening right now. Sure, their PR people are trying to downplay the nuclear plant disaster there. But the reality is, after that powerful earthquake and even more powerful tsunami, and after probably decimating a good number of nuclear plant personnels and their own loved ones, and with their own nuclear plant equipment damaged by the tsunami, we can’t really expect even the high tech Japanese to come up with a good outcome.

Fukushima Nuclear Plant After Explosion, click to enlarge

Too bad for the Japanese. The surrounding area has been evacuated. And soon, when this worse than Chernobyl multi nuclear incident plays out, many Japanese may have to accept Russia’s invitation to settle in Russian soil when a big chunk of Japanese soil becomes uninhabitable.

Any of you Philippine law makers still supporting the creation of nuclear power plants should be ashamed of yourself and withdraw your support for nuclear power as your position on the safety of these nuclear plants as can be practically seen in this actual live demonstration in Japan is unacceptable. Disasters can and will happen and when it happens, a big chunk of the land will be uninhabitable, just like Chernobyl. But any other power plant technology out there will not cause this much human devastation.

I have decided to prepare for nuclear radiation fallout from this Japanese nuclear disaster where you will never probably read a press release that says: “Aaaahhh, run for your lives, we have no control over the nuclear power plants, complete melt down! Abandon Japan!” And with it, the atmospheric winds are now taking the nuclear pollutants out to various countries around the world.

An SMS text rumor circulated yesterday saying “The s**t hit the Fan” and that air currents will send over nuclear waste via the atmosphere by 4pm Philippine time. The SMS said use iodine on your thyroid. Ya ya ya. Some said use potassium iodide.

I don’t know much at this point. I will have to confer with healer friends and disaster preparedness folks regarding effective courses of action.

BTW, the picture I posted above is clickable to see a big picture. You can see the devastation. TSHTF already. Picture first seen on http://www.ryocentral.info/2011/03/picture-of-fukushima-1-shows.html

Video shows how one of the reactors exploded. Exploded. Exploded. It is not safe. TSHTF.

In case you are a really dense $$$ supporter of future nuclear energy power plants in the Philippines:

NUCLEAR ENERGY IS NOT SAFE.

The commissions you earn will not gain your family any safety.
