Bought some Kefir at Herb’s Best International at Mercato BGC

I was on a probiotic binge last Sunday and I just happened to stumble upon some kefir at at the Herbs Best International stall at Mercato in Bonifacio Global City.  I realize now that kefir is not really their main item but it was there and hopefully it had enough probiotics in them.

I just checked the Herb’s Best International website and it seems their big thing are those flavor condiment mixes they sell pre-packaged.  Instead of the usual chemical laden flavorings by those multi-national brands, Herb’s Best has managed to package the actual ingredients in their flavor mixes:

  • No MSG
  • No Preservatives
  • No Artificial Flavors

Now that’s awesome.  That is something to tell the Filipinos abroad that no longer will they have to settle and poison themselves with preservatives, msg and artificial flavor mixes, they can now get the real thing.

At home we of course get fresh ingredients, all the time, but our loved ones in some other countries need all the help they can get.  And Herb’s Best may have the answer.

Mercato Bonifacio Global City: Finally a Weekend Organic Market

At last a weekend organic market called Marcato has opened in Bonifacio Global City. It is open mornings Saturdays and Sundays. I visited last Sunday morning, an awesome crowded place. And with higher purchasing budgets of the people in the area, expect a more varied amount of products to proliferate.

Parking is easy, plentiful and convenient. There are several tents, don’t just stick to the first entrance tent, go inside and visit the other tents. There’s lots of food, organic food and not organic food, some organic products and not organic products. There are quite a few environmental nifty inventions like the lifetime baby diapers, the most beautiful bayongs on earth, and possibly many more I’ve missed.

If you live in the Bonifacio Global City area, you can stop crowding the Makati weekend markets and stay in Bonifacio Global City, no need to go the the Quezon City Lung Center either.

Uncle A Brain Tumor Pressure Increasing, Time for Zapping

Uncle A had good colon cleanses, kidney cleanses and liver flushes. His diet is not that ideal though since I’m not there. He says he has raw juices as recommended by his neighbor. I’ve heard about it but I haven’t seen it nor tasted it. He says he has sashimi, but I haven’t seen it nor tasted it. Lately I asked what cooked food he has been cheating on and he says he eats cooked vegetables. Grrr…. cooked vegetables are what cause lymph nodes to swell, he said he just skimmed Aajonus Vonderplanitz book. But I’m betting there is more that’s wrong in this picture, I’m suspecting parasites.

Good thing we have a new Don Croft zapper here in Manila. I will have to send the zapper to him via LBC. It can arrive tomorrow. He has to zap almost 24 hours a day. Around the neck area, and where the blood flows in his limbs. Hopefully fund a way to zap out whatever parasite or worm is in his brain. Yeah, those common brain worms like what you probably have seen on Youtube.

Treating sick people remotely is a pain. You don’t really know what they are doing. Telephone conversations are not enough. I had been asking for Skype video, I don’t see why it’s taking them so long.

So let’s hope zapping for days at a time will be effective. If this doesn’t work, there’s lots more possibilities. But we don’t know if there is enough time.

What really needs to be done is hands on healer living with him.

Raw Organic Chicken from Pamora Farm is Delicious

Last Sunday I was in Mercato in Bonifacio Global City and in front of our booth was an French organic chicken farm named Pamora Farm.   There I met the French owner Mr. Gerard Papillon.  He gave me a brochure and told me about their chicken, why they are superior.

I had wanted to buy the biggest chicken he had but it cost 950 per kilo for a total of 3,000 pesos for this special capon chicken.  This is a male chicken that had its testicles removed so it grows marbly fat.  Too expensive.  I settled for a more normal 91 day organic chicken.

I had been imagining chicken the past days.  So stumbling onto the organic chicken was good timing.  This dinner I finally had the chance to feast on the raw organic chicken from Pamora.  Delicious.  Good smell, not slimy, all chicken juicy soft goodness.  Best raw chicken I have ever had.  This chicken has changed my view of raw chicken.  No longer will I say raw chicken sucks, it depends on the raw chicken and this raw chicken rocks!

I say awesome, I say great!  I will gladly buy more organic chicken from Pamora Farm.  And no, I told the maids, you are not cooking my organic chicken.  Don’t touch.  If the kids want this chicken, they’ll have to eat it raw as well.

Organic Store, Organic Shop in Quezon City: OPTA – Organic Producers Trade Organization

Saturday morning is fresh vegetable day so call or arrive early. They also have organic eggs, organic pork and organic chicken. They also have some organic fruits. And some organic soaps, organc packaged products like probiotics, coffee enemas, dried and ground cayenne, vinegar, honey, etc.

OPTA is open Mondays through Saturdays. Technically, OPTA is an organization you can register to join and be a member, we just affectionately for short call the shop OPTA.

Keep organic farmers happy, keep them profitable, buy organic. Be healthy yourselves.

Idea How to Stop the Kidney Transplant, Kidney Trade, Any Organ Trade Industry

I was just reading the article on The Truth Seeker about “the global traffic in human organs, following the movement of bodies, body parts, transplant doctors, their patients, brokers, and kidney sellers, and the practices of organ and tissue harvesting in several countries.” And I always knew that trading kidneys in my country was just insanely profitable and grotesque and at the same time victimizes and harms otherwise healthy by poor people and also victimizes rich unhealthy people who have to live with the harmful, drugged deathly inconvenience of possible organ transplant rejection for the rest of their lives.

The organ transplant recipient loses. And the transplant donor loses. The only ones benefiting are the ones in the middle, those doing the organ trading, and the organ transplant.

For the transplant recipient: what we really want is a CURE for most diseased organs, diseased kidneys, diseased livers can all be cured and by golly yes we know how. It’s the 21st century and in less than a month it is 2011. We have the technology to cure, to regenerate diseased organs without surgery, without drugs. The end result is a brand new kidney, a brand new heart, a brand new liver. A younger, more vibrant, stronger you, roll back 10 to 20 years of your biological age.

For there to be no new transplant recipients. Any possible organ degeneration can be met immediately with early cure and early regeneration. No more waiting for the point where the organ shuts down.

This grotesque organ trade can be shut down by free and open source information. Teach everyone how to cure people of diseases. Teach everyone how to regenerate organs. Every human being on earth needs to have information on real altruistic cures that work each and every time for all diseases at minimal cost.

A flavor of raw paleo diet will work for any sick person. A few weeks begins the healing and detox process, a few months begins the regeneration process, a few years a brand new person is rebuilt from scratch. New cells, new skin, new muscles, new organs.

Humans are one of the most perfect creations. Follow the rules of nature, feed the body with original specification nutrition in a shifting raw paleo diet according the current patient’s need and the human body responds quickly and adeptly.

I would like to see some truly altruistic people organize and fund organizations to go on education campaigns for people to self heal themselves on raw paleo diets. It is time the grotesque madness of the organ trade be shaved down to the minimum of trauma cases. Diseased organ cases should vanish and drop from the radar.

Probiotic Overdose Plan to Restore Gut Flora

This plan is a continuation of my stool hardening plan. As I recount that my raw paleo diet had given me the best health ever but I have a rather weak stomach for non raw paleo diet food and I would get sever stomach pains / cramps from eating non raw paleo diet food. The worst incident was last September when I had to socialize with fellow parents and thought I could stomach their food, which unfortunately dealt me a very big blow. It’s as if my tummy complained and detoxed everything out including all the good bacteria in me. So now I have to rebuild.

Last time I blogged about this the healthy options quattro probiotics were working really well at 10 capsules a time taken 3x a day. I then got a new don croft zapper and decided I would zap straight for more than 20 minutes on my tummy and kill everything in sight and start fresh over.

This start fresh over strategy is to create a new stronger varied flora. I want a solid gut. I want to have my raw paleo diet but I want an iron gut as well. I would want good bacteria to multiply in my gut so that the next time I get to eat non raw paleo diet food, those good bacteria should be able to digest it.

I am into extreme overdosing. This is my plan I’m executing now:
– Buy lots of Yakult probiotics. They’re cheap. They can be used as my temporary drink to push the more expensive probiotic capsules.
– Bought a new bottle of Healthy Options Quattro probiotics, expensive.
– Today bought 4 bottles of Kefir and drinking it like water. I’ll finish 2 bottles today.
– Will eat only meat, raw meat and cooked meat.
– Will eat sweet stuff to encourage more bacteria manufacturing. Feed the probiotics I take with honey, with chocolate, with Yakult… now I know why yakult is sweet, the bacteria need to feed on the sweet stuff to multiply.
– Monday tomorrow a new batch of OMX capsules I ordered will arrive, and I will take overdose amounts of that too.

After I’m done spending all this money on these probiotics, I’ll stop and stick to just meat. Just raw meat and maybe some cooked meat and a lot of high meat which takes time to make in the refrigerator. Something like a meat only, carnivore only diet. No fruit or vegetables for the moment. No coconut juice, no raw eggs for now. I would like to experience some constipation for the moment. I haven’t experienced constipation in more than 3 years.

Tonight will have sashimi and sea urchin with the family. I’m also trying some raw organic chicken made by a french farmer in Abra.

What’s good about my progress so far is my water disposal has switched from being pooped to being peed. So that’s good.
