Ventosa Cupping Method Results I Got

August 30, 2010 by Good Samaritan

After the ventosa cupping method yesterday I was dead tired and I did get some good amount of sleep. I sweat the whole evening. I had to change my shirt, and change my shirt again after waking up. Something came out. Maybe the tension in my back muscles were overcome and toxins were released. My whole body felt tender when I woke up. My body was still sore.

I had promised to take the children to the QC Circle playgrounds Monday morning as it is a holiday but I just was feeling bruised and battered. But the good news it seems is a lot of tightness in my muscles had gone away. I did recover enough until just after lunch and had the energy and left with the children for a full half day of playgrounds and carnival rides at the QC circle. I still had some painful moments at the back of my skull. But I was fast getting well. Well enough to ride some carnival rides. Well enough to carry my 7 year old boy on my back.

It was more than carnival rides, we drove out of our way for errands, buy some fruit, then meet up with our baby nephew in the supermarket. Brought him a balloon as a present. He’s so cute.

We were back at home by 7:15pm.

Of course I was on raw paleo diet for this day, like always. Breakfast was 2 raw duck egg yolks + small raw fish dulong. Lunch was raw carabao meat and raw bone marrow. Dinner was also raw carabao meat and bone marrow. Fruit happened in between with citrus as hydrator, plus some coconuts.

So what was this all about? I’d say fatigue from staying up too late, plus dengue fever, plus old toxins, plus lack of circulation — need exercise.

Whatever it was, I hope to be back in full action tomorrow. Time to get back to work.

Ventosa Cupping Method to Remove Lamig / Toxins

August 29, 2010 by Good Samaritan

I am still not well.  Yesterday was Tawa Tawa tea day.  By 3pm I had a meeting.  By 5:30pm we visited the Quirino Grandstand where the hostage incident took place.  By evening I had to go to a despedida party for my very good friend.  Full day even if not 100%.  This morning I questioned my shoulder pain and the bump on my left shoulder.  Maybe ventosa cupping method will make a difference?  Maybe I’m detoxing and something just wants out?

We Boil Tawa Tawa Tea for Possible Dengue Fever for Me and My Son

August 28, 2010 by Good Samaritan

Awesome, I’m sick. For some 2 nights now my left neck shoulder has been inflamed, too tired? Bad sleeping pillow? Not enough sleep? I feel like an “energizer bunny” the past weeks, maybe I just need rest? I put Oleia oil on my left neck, consciously tried yawning and stretching to make some lymph flow. I also drank some kidney cleansing avocado leaves tea. Last night I sweated and shivered. Alright, the usual body wisdom fighting and clearing itself. Around 7pm I did some pyroenergen. I didn’t feel a difference afterwards. Shucks… I had hoped to feel the pyroenergen magic. Maybe next time.

This morning I woke up and saw my 2nd son and he said he felt terrible and said he had a slight fever. That settles it. If both of us are sick at the same time, there should be some external factor because we do not eat the same diet. Dengue fever is the in thing these days so let’s do the dengue fever cure protocol as described in www.denguecure.com. The garden grass is long these days and we have some Tawa Tawa in them so I and my 2nd son took a pair of scissors and gathered some Tawa Tawa. Careful to no uproot them just snip at the base. Hopefully they will grow back up fast.

I gave the snipped tawa tawa to our maid to boil. Then I saw her snipping away…. duhhh,,, she has a different notion. no no, just clean it and boil it plain. Only the roots are not included. Everything else is included. The whole plant except the roots are included.

While the Tawa Tawa boiled away, me and my children walked in the village and had some much needed sunlight.

We got back and are now drinking Tawa Tawa for the whole day. Some raw fruit are game like papaya and guavas.

I have a meeting at 3pm and a party at 6pm. Hmm… gotta get well.

Compassion for Animals as a reason to go vegetarian / vegan is a path towards malnutrition

August 27, 2010 by Good Samaritan

I agreed to disagree with a fellow parent in school about why I don’t practice vegetarianism or raw veganism as a way of life even though I call myself a healer. The reason is precisely as a healer I am interested in achieving the BEST HUMAN HEALTH possible. I am interested in healing people with ALL THE TOOLS possible. In terms of healing with nutrition, there is a time for fruit, there is a time for vegetables, there is a time for meat, there is a time for fat, there is a time for internal organs, etc… I wish to be well armed to the MAX and not constrained by such lofty unrealistic ideas such as not feeding people animals because you are “compassionate” ? aka you value the animal more than the life of your friend, of your family, of your patient. My philosophy is HUMANS FIRST!

I went through and experimented with various diets, including raw veganism and raw fruitarianism and cooked vegetarianism … all of them resulted in malnutrition. As a responsible parent, I know those vegan fantasies do not work for me so I’m not doing those to my kids. I do use temporary raw veganism as tools for healing. Three days, a week, 2 weeks, depends on the case, as long as it works.

For example, my wife’s uncle who had kidney cancer had to endure some 2 months of raw vegan. But a morbidly obese person may need a fully high raw fat carnivorous diet, maybe some juice vegs too. As a healer, you use whatever works. NO DOGMA. I will never be constrained by dogma. Not even raw paleo diet dogma. There are cooked food tools that may be useful in healing people and I resort to those. No icky dogma factor either, if you are B12 deficient then you eat raw clams, raw oysters, raw liver, raw small whole fish, it works. It is a fairy tale that merely eating meat gives you enough B12. You need specific kinds of meat to give you lots of B12.

Our doctor Divina says said so herself, her vegan, vegetarian friends come on over to her for their B12 shots because their diet is simply malnourishing. So what if they want to live their lives depending on B12 shots? It is THEIR LIVES. But hell no I will never recommend such a thing to my family because I want the best. And real food IS the BEST.

It’s not like me and my family have so much abundant health we can afford to sacrifice our health to the compassion for animals vegan fantasy… no we definitely cannot afford it.

I was thinking of dinuguan this afternoon, a meal of cooked pork’s blood, I knew this was a signal I needed some raw liver. So I ate a good amount of 1 week old Batangas beef raw liver from the refrigerator. Yummy good and met my cravings.

Authentic Tawilis Fish from Taal Lake in Talisay Town

August 27, 2010 by Good Samaritan

Last Sunday my raw paleo diet friend E and I drove 9 km down to the town of Talisay. Talisay is one of the towns beside the Taal volcano lake. Here we saw authentic Tawilis fish – a species found only in Taal Lake.

It has been said that many years ago of I don’t know how long, this volcano had exploded to create this lake and be sealed off from the rest of the ocean. This allowed taal lake to develop its own unique ecology powered by freshwater and nutrients from Taal volcano.

I asked the wet market vendors about their authentic tawilis fish. Why the tawilis fish in Cubao and Marikina wet markets looked different… they said that was some other species being sold off as “tawilis”… fake tawilis… not from Taal lake. Obviously, these Talisay wet market vendors are the authority because they live here by Taal lake!

Of course I tasted one raw Tawilis fish plus the head. Very very good. Back at home, they were lightly grilled and everyone agreed that these authentic Tawilis fish tasted really good, much better than the fake tawilis of which I had stopped buying for some time because those didn’t taste good at all.

I’m pretty sure you can find some authentic Tawilis in your wet market sometimes. So as reference, here are some pictures for you to compare. There are also pictures of the view of Taal volcano and taal lake from the edge of Talisay market.

Tawilis are lake wild fish, fresh volcanic water fish. They are never caged.

Philippine SWAT needs training and equipment. Business opportunities!

August 25, 2010 by Good Samaritan

It was pretty obvious in the assault on the tourist bus with the hostage taker where 8 people died was a tragedy and due to lack of training and equipment of the Philippine SWAT team. There is always room for improvement. Check out the way these Serbian special forces blow windows and get in a bus and a train in a matter of SECONDS!

There will be lots of training, lots of new equipment and new and better SWAT members. So beware you future hostage takers. No mercy for you next time. Lessons learned.

Sarsi with Egg: Root Beer with Raw Egg

August 25, 2010 by Good Samaritan

In the 1970s a commercial on television was popular: Sarsi with egg. Sarsi is a brand of root beer. And the “egg” meant raw egg. People were not so concerned about the ridiculous salmonella poisoning and fear of everything raw back then. I know lots of people were swayed by this advertisement.

My maternal grandmother shared to me that whenever she gave birth, her mother would encourage her to eat lots of raw eggs with rice to restore her nutrition.

This morning I was at the balut / duck egg buying station in Marikina market and I bought a full tray of duck eggs. I said I’d taste the egg first. Funny, the vendor and the owners were oggling me while I drank the raw duck egg. Duhhh… didn’t Rocky Balboa the fictional boxer drink lots of raw eggs to shape up?

People need to rediscover their raw food roots. Okay, so softdrinks aren’t good for you, but at least this guy improves on his drink by adding a raw egg.
