Pregnant? Constipated? The solution is FAT, FAT and more FAT! Plus some fruit.

50% of women today get constipated when they become pregnant?  That is not the way it should be.  If pregnancy was such a hassle, humans would have never conquered the earth!  The baby boom generation wouldn’t be here!  So what happened?  Could it be this dastardly LOW FAT INSANITY that has gripped the world in the past few decades since the 1970s?

The answer to curing constipation is fruit and fat.  Repeat: fruit and fat.  Repeat: fruit and fat.

Hydrating fruits and movement activating fruits: water melons, young coconuts with juice and meat (fat), papayas, mangoes, pick your fruit in season..

For fats: raw fruit fat.  raw animal fat.  cooked animal fat.  Examples of fruit fat: coconut meat, durian, avocados, extra virgin olive oil.  Examples of raw animal fat: raw live back fat, raw bone marrow, raw brains, raw eggs.  Examples of cooked animal fat: beef / lamb steak fat, fish belly fat, pork fat, pork fat as cooking oil, soft boiled eggs, sunny side up eggs, ghee, butter, etc.

Humans are fativores.  You the pregnant woman needs fat.  Your baby needs fat.  Your baby consumes your fat.  You get dehydrated from lack of fat.  Lack of fat and hydration leads to constipation.  Constipation leads to dirty blood.  Dirty blood leads to kidney damage.  Kidney damage clogging leads to edema.

It’s a dirty filthy cycle this constipation.  Some pregnant women are extreme not pooping 7 days to 14 days at a time?  Insane!  Merely 1 day not pooping is a cause for concern.  2 days not pooping should be a national emergency!

Remedies may be supplementing with virgin coconut oil then chasing with warm water.  Eating watermelons in the morning.  Or eating 3 raw eggs in the morning.  I would stay away from all medication or herbs as we do not know how this will affect the baby.  Food is way way better and safer.

Forget grains.  Whether whole grain or fiber filled grain… they are all constipating… and anything with wheat too… constipating.

The solution is to eat FAT.  Lots of FAT.  I’m talking in the ratio of 1 part protein 3 parts fat.  Humans are fativores.  I point my finger at the LOW FAT insanity gripping the miseducation of the world that is making pregnant women constipated and miserable.

Fat is the key, Fat is the key.  All that cholesterol hysteria and heart disease hysteria?  IS ALL FALSE!  Real raw fat is the key to eliminating heart disease and high cholesterol!

Fiber is ALL WRONG. Fiber is a MYTH!  Fiber is a Menace!

Eat your fat and take your health back! See my list above.  If it’s not there, it must be BAD MAN MADE FAT.

Pregnant and Constipated?  You must have been getting the WRONG information. (got pushed to eat low fat, grains and fiber… all upside down miseducation.)  Eat your fruit and fat fat fat and be happy.

Practical Dietetics With Special Reference To Diet In Disease by William Gilman Thompson

More than 100 years ago in 1905, Dr. Thompson wrote his book on Practical Dietetics with Special Reference to Diet in Diseases. Most probably your hospital or doctor does not know this, so it is best you take care of the diet part yourself. Most hospitals have crappy food because food is NOT the medicine of hospitals… it is drugs and surgery and radiation… most of the time.

This book is a keeper written by an altruistic doctor of medicine in 1905 free of the corrupted knowledge we know today that makes people ill instead of well.

Nowadays I just do a blanked Raw Paleo Diet and that should take care of that illness, but it is interesting to know the finer points based on the food and knowledge available to the altruistic Dr. Thompson during his time in his location.

Excerpt from the Preface:

” It is rarely feasible to feed the sick upon any system of accurate food weighing, laboratory calculations of calories, or the results of single analyses of gastric contents. Such systems add scientific interest to the general subject of dietetics, but the problems of right feeding in disease must be studied in the light of clinical experience, and modified to meet ever changing conditions. One of the commonest of dietetic errors is the too long continuance of a dietary which, although at first beneficial, may result in anaemia or asthenia by becoming monotonous or failing to meet all the complex demands of nutrition.

Diseases apparently demanding opposite dietetic treatment may coexist in the same patient, and without great care starvation may ensue. No one food is curative of any disease, just as no one food may be said to be causative of any disease. These principles, which form the basis of the book, have been still further emphasized in the present edition.”

Food And Feeding In Health And Disease by Chalmers Watson 1915

Almost 100 years ago, this book Food And Feeding In Health And Disease by Chalmers Watson was published and is today freely available in the Chestnut of Books http://chestofbooks.com/health/nutrition/Disease/index.html

I stumbled onto this book while looking for a cure for my son’s tuberculosis. Significant here were the recommendations of raw or rare beef with pressed muscle blood juice and a highly carnivorous diet for tuberculosis.

During this time, this healer already knew the recommendations for various popular diseases which he knew in 1915, almost 100 years ago to be thoroughly curable. He even devotes 10 chapters to curing diabetes. Today’s medical paradigm thinks diabetes type 2 is incurable… what a bunch of losers… too greedy hoodwinking the public into taking their awful drugs for profit.

Keep this book in your library. Save it somehow, print it. It is but one piece of the puzzle. It has insight, it has experience behind it. During the time this book was written, their medicine was not yet corrupted by the drug money paradigm. This is one of those books my teacher Barefoot Herbalist MH said we should treasure.

More than 100 years ago, some people already KNEW the cures for various “incurable” diseases. This author wrote some of them down. Happy reading!

All You Can Eat Breakfast and Lunch at Saisaki for the Pacquiao Clotty Fight!

Tomorrow Sunday will be a treat for us boys. Me, My brother and my 8 year old son will be watching the The Event with Pacquiao vs Clottey in the Saisaki Restaurant in EDSA. It’s an all you can eat event beginning 8am to 1pm.

The all you can eat plan with me and my son is to stick with Paleo Diet. If the breakfast will not be serving sashimi, then we can try fruits or cooked beef. Then we should take a break from eating at 8:30, give us time to digest for the 11 am serving of the sashimi / raw fish.

The fight should be exciting. I’m betting 1 peso on Clottey. Someone has to bet against Pacquiao. Clottey’s natural weight is around 150, and Pacquiao’s natural weight is 135. So Pacquiao needs to eat at least 5 times a day to maintain his weight at the 147 pound division.

So here’s to a day of hopefully great boxing.

Liver Flushing is not the be all – end all – for skin diseases

I would like to address this blog post to the liver flushing support forum in Curezone.com: Liver Flushing is not the be all – end all – for curing skin diseases.  I was alarmed at someone who was convinced he had stones after not ejecting any stones for several liver flushes.  Look, if after doing several types of liver flushes and no stones come out, this means you have no liver stones and the problem lies elsewhere!

Just for completeness there are several ways to soften hard stones like apple juice and gold coin grass.  I personally recommend a 2 day apple juice fast then flush.  If you aren’t diabetic, you can do this.

If you have yeast problems, this can be immediately corrected by the very hard and very powerful vco detox.  I helped one young man before who had eczema on his arms and legs.  He did this 3 day vco detox and when he woke up on the 4th day he was totally cured, as if his eczema was just a bad dream.

For pollution avoidance, buy Hulda Clark’s book Cure for All Diseases.  She has a very good pollution avoidance list.

Then there is diet which I think is 50% of the battle.  Do not assume your current diet is the best.  If you are sick right now, it actually may be your diet that is causing you to be sick.  Do mono meals / sequential meals.  Do not mix foods.  I think salads are absolutely wrong.  If you want raw vegetables, you must juice them to digest them.  Humans are not sheep nor cows, we do not have 4 stomachs to digest vegetation.  Fruits are human food, see organic and in season.  Animal flesh / innards / land animals /  sea food is human food, and just like fruit it must be eaten raw.  It’s pretty silly to cook fruit, and you should realize it is just as silly to cook meat.

If you ejected liver stones and it has given you relief, yes, go celebrate… welcome to our healthy world… but this is just the beginning of your healing journey.  There is a lot lot lot more you need to do  to reach health states you never dreamed you could reach.

On October 3 2007, Direct-MS (http://www.direct-ms.org ), sponsored a public presentation by Dr. Loren Cordain of Colorado State University on the topic of “The Paleo Diet and Multiple Sclerosis”. Dr Cordain is a leading researcher in the field of the roles that various nutritional factors play in chronic diseases such as MS.

Discussing what pre-agricultural diets are: paleo diets or paleolithic diets because the paleolithic is the old stone age, the era that humans evolved in, the era before the advent of agriculture.

Eat only meat, fat, fruit, and vegetables. Grains are the culprits. Those heavy starch potatoes and pastas and rice and breads and grains and beans are the culprit. Special mention to nightshades as inflammation causing.
