Cures for Multiple Sclerosis: Paleo Diet Video Presentation by Dr. Loren Cordain Part 6/7

March 9, 2010 by Good Samaritan

On October 3 2007, Direct-MS (http://www.direct-ms.org ), sponsored a public presentation by Dr. Loren Cordain of Colorado State University on the topic of “The Paleo Diet and Multiple Sclerosis”. Dr Cordain is a leading researcher in the field of the roles that various nutritional factors play in chronic diseases such as MS.

Discussing what pre-agricultural diets are: paleo diets or paleolithic diets because the paleolithic is the old stone age, the era that humans evolved in, the era before the advent of agriculture.

Eat only meat, fat, fruit, and vegetables. Grains are the culprits. Those heavy starch potatoes and pastas and rice and breads and grains and beans are the culprit. Special mention to nightshades as inflammation causing.

But I will let Dr. Cordain do the talking. This is part 6 of 7.

Cures for Multiple Sclerosis: Nerve Correction and Nutritional Approach

March 5, 2010 by Good Samaritan

I found a youtube video made by chiropractor Dr. Ray Wisniewski: How to Cure Multiple Sclerosis. I think his protocol structure is effective. He has specific Chiropractic adjustments, his own nutritional supplements to meet deficiencies, his list of junk food to avoid, and his paradigm busting comment that Multiple Sclerosis as an autoimmune disease is a bunch of hokus pokus BS.

Oh I agree that “autoimmune disease” concept is BS. Our bodies are smart. It is doing what needs to be done. It is the western medical paradigm, the doodle brains who mis-interpret the symptoms that the body is attacking itself… this is BS. Once you get this autoimmune BS out of your head, you know multiple sclerosis is curable.

Of course this youtube video has some supplements to sell. I personally favor just switching to a RAW PALEOLITHIC DIET as superior to any supplementation regime out there. I am on a raw paleolithic diet and I eat raw meat, raw fat, raw fruit and some raw vegetables. The biggest magic is in the raw meat and raw animal fats… more powerful than fish oil supplements or efa supplements.

The good chiro has said that according to the FDA, his supplements are not intended to sold as cure for disease… yada yada yada… but I say that a RAW PALEOLITHIC DIET is in every way intended to cure multiple sclerosis.
