I finally found the incentive to get regular exercise to sculpt my body for that all new look. I’m slim but all flabby. Remnants of my former overweight self. Now I’ve finally found the right incentive to work out, get exercise or whatever to have a better shape. I’ll pay myself. I’ll come out with my own book and DVD to show my transformation.

I will start at day zero with a video and some pictures and that should be my take off point. Probably take a picture once a week or a short video once a week. This should come out pretty easy. I’m on a raw paleo diet with lots of raw meat, raw fat and some fruit. Better make use of this diet and come out like a new man. And since I plan to make money out of this experience, then it should be worthwhile doing.

I’ll have my own six pack… yawn! Big deal. Well maybe a new sexy body will be useful for other things.

I had been procrastinating about this sort of thing because I thought it would just be an additional expense in time and effort while I need to earn for my business. So what I’ll do this time look at this as product content so it has the potential to earn me money in the future.

I’ll have to think of a catchy title, and a small website… the works. Internet entrepreneurship.

Cold Treatment / Mucus Suppression Fraud and Potential Future Harm Plus the Cure for the Common Cold

Mucus suppression “medicines” are being advertised non-stop every single day on TV, radio and billboards in my city. Sure it “works” be stopping your body from making that awful mucus. But did you ever think about the true cause of mucus? Hint: It has nothing to do with viruses or bacteria.

The so called search for the cure for common cold is a total farce. Colds are a detox method resorted to by the body to get rid of toxins. Your body has chosen to use mucus as a means to transport toxins out of the body. If you suppress the production of mucus, then what harm does that do to your body? It stops your body from detoxing through the mucus method. Toxins are KEPT and STORED in your body because the cold “medicine” has told the body to stop producing mucus.

So cold suppression is NOT smart. It’s just plain wrong. If a person has annoying mucus, the solution is to get at the root cause of the problem. Eliminate the root cause and your body stops producing mucus. Now isn’t that smarter?

Toxins could come from perfumes, smoke, insecticides, dairy, wheat and other non-foods and food chemicals. Your body does not want any of those toxins, so they are escorted out by mucus. Just stop those toxic items from entering your body and your body does not need to resort to giving you colds.

Now THIS is a real cure for the common cold. The funny thing is, there is no funding mechanism for this real cure. So it is up to you to disseminate this bit of information to your friends and family.

The news report are apologists for the vaccination side. Tsk Tsk. But at least the public is made aware that vaccinations are not safe. That vaccinations may cause autism and has caused autism.

For the record, I do not vaccinate my children. I think vaccinations are not needed and cause harm.

This adds a good balance to the vegan mafia. Famous singer Lady Gaga wears a meat dress! It was about time someone did it. Thanks to her. Hope this brings meat awareness to people. Meat is good for you, make sure the animal is raised healthy, killed humanely, grows up in its natural diet.

Healthy animal meat make healthy people. I am a raw omnivore. A true raw foodist. I eat raw meat, raw fat, raw fruits, raw vegetables. This is why I can appreciate both vegan dresses and meat dresses.

Raw Diet Guru Susan Schenck Now Eats Raw Meat, Admits Raw Vegan Folly

Raw Diet Guru Susan Schenck used to be raw vegan, she started eating raw eggs and then raw marinated and lightly cooked meat after developing problems like memory issues and her muscles getting smaller after 5 years of raw veganism. She also met a dozen fruitarians who lost their teeth or “developed scads of cavities.” She also tried raw dairy but didn’t do well on it.

Susan is the latest raw vegan guru to admit the vegan folly. She lists down the former raw vegans who all had to deal with deficiencies to survive. Humans are true omnivores. We need meat. And the best meat is still RAW MEAT. Susan reminds people that RAW is key. Meat must be RAW.

I suspect Susan and some of the other raw diet and raw vegan experts are members or guest readers of the Raw Paleo Diet Forum where some anonymity can be gained. I as the network administrator of the forum and welcome the raw vegans with open arms. Many of us in the raw paleo forum were victims of the same raw vegan folly. Some of us just suffer deficiencies earlier than others.

Burzynski is the story of a medical doctor and Ph.D biochemist named Dr. Stanislaw Burzynski who won the largest, and possibly the most convoluted and intriguing legal battle against the Food & Drug Administration in American history.

His victorious battles with the United States government were centered around Dr. Burzynski’s belief in and commitment to his gene-targeted cancer medicines he discovered in the 1970’s called Antineoplastons, which have currently completed Phase II FDA-supervised clinical trials in 2009 and could begin the final phase of testing in 2010—barring the ability to raise the required $150 million to fund them.

When Antineoplastons are approved, it will mark the first time in history a single scientist, not a pharmaceutical company, will hold the exclusive patent and distribution rights on a paradigm-shifting medical breakthrough.

Antineoplastons are responsible for curing some of the most incurable forms of terminal cancer. Various cancer survivors are presented in the film who chose his treatment instead of surgery, chemotherapy or radiation – with full disclosure of medical records to support their diagnosis and recovery.

However this fact has prompted numerous investigations by the Texas Medical Board, who relentlessly took Dr. Burzynski as high as the state supreme court in their failed attempt to halt his practices.

Likewise, the Food and Drug Administration engaged in four Federal Grand Juries spanning over a decade attempting to indict Dr. Burzynski, all of which ended in no finding of fault on his behalf. Finally, Dr. Burzynski was indicted in their 5th Grand Jury in 1995, resulting in two federal trials and two sets of jurors finding him not guilty of any wrongdoing. If convicted, Dr. Burzynski would have faced a maximum of 290 years in a federal prison and $18.5 million in fines.

However, what was revealed a few years after Dr. Burzynski won his freedom, helps to paint a more coherent picture regarding the true motivation of the United States government’s relentless persecution of Stanislaw Burzynski, M.D., Ph.D.
