Forum Question: What are the causes of cancer? Any real cures?

January 20, 2010 by Good Samaritan

There is a forum question in GodLikeProductions.com that asked this: What do you think is the real cause of all the cancer?

It’s shocking to see so many people with cancer. And still no idea whats causing it or no real cures.

I think it has something to do with plastic.
How many people got cancer before the invention of plastic?

Is it a poor chakra system?
It is fast food and no physical activity?
Is it high stress levels.

What is it?

Where is it coming from.

Do they have high cancer levels in other parts of the world that don’t have cell phones and TV’s and what not…

Know any real cures?

Is it genetically grown food?

Irresistible. So shooting from the hip, I answered:

It is COOKED FOOD that is a big cause of cancer.
It is the LACK OF EATING RAW FAT that is a big cause of cancer.
It is the chemicals and the pollution that causes cancer. And people bombard themselves unknowingly EVERY DAY.
It is the eating of NON-ORIGINAL human food that causes cancer. Anything after the paleolithic times.
It is the USE OF DRUGS that causes cancer.
Antibiotics, fear of bacteria, all the while creating lots of YEAST and FUNGI which causes cancer.

And it is the WRONG HEADED knowledge and LACK of knowledge of the western medical $$$ greed system that refuses to acknowledge the above which we REAL HEALERS know so plainly well.

It is the REFUSAL and ABHORRENCE of people to RAW FAT and RAW MEAT and RAW BLOOD and RAW LIVER and other original human foods that cause cancer.

People follow that idiotic food pyramid with idiotic ENORMOUS quantities of CARBOHYDRATES that causes cancer.

In short people’s knowledge about health is UPSIDE DOWN.

2nd Day of eating up to 1 kilogram of meat to try to gain muscle

January 19, 2010 by Good Samaritan

I’m into the 2nd day of eating up to 1 kilogram of meat to try and gain muscle.  It’s not so bad, but I’m starting to miss the fat.  Good thing at lunch time my wife got home with fresh Palawan duck eggs.  2 raw eggs, that hit the spot.

I now understand that people can still remain hungry if there is not enough fat in their food.  Yesterday at breakfast I had beef sirloin.  Then mid morning had 250 grams of raw tuna.  Then lunch 2 raw eggs.  Then at 3:30pm had 300 grams of raw tuna.  I cheated at around 6pm and had pork barbecue… maybe my instinct to look for fat kicked in and I didn’t care if it was cooked.

Other foods in the evening was a guava and a chico and some calamansi juice with some green honey.

I’d estimate it was still 1 kilogram of meat.  Feels like work.

First day of eating 1 kilogram of meat was easy enough

January 18, 2010 by Good Samaritan

Yesterday at breakfast I followed the body building coach that I eat protein first thing in the morning.  Easy enough.  Just get some 200 grams of mostly lean beef from the refrigerator and snipped away with the scissors.  It wasn’t that filling as I wasn’t eating the usual enormous amount of fat.

I then decided to go to Farmers Market in Cubao and buy a big 2.8 kilo slab of sirloin beef which was lean this time but still with the yellow fat and had it sliced in 300 gram portions.  That should make it easier for me to track how much I’m eating.

I also bought a back of raw oysters for my multivitamins and 1 kilo of raw tuna for me and the children.

I also got some guavas for vitamin C and some carbohydrates. I ate 2 guavas in the car.

Back at home the children were raring to go for a swim in the pool but I asked all of them to first eat some raw oysters with me.  That was easy.

I also drank some calamansi juice with some green honey for hydration and carbs before going on a swim.  Coach said to eat carbs before the gym / activity so it doesn’t eat up your protein.

Kids and I went for a swim.

After the swim it was raw tuna for everyone.  The kids were hungry after the swim they ate a lot of raw tuna.  Along with my father in law and with the coach’s 6 year old daughter too who tasted raw tuna for the first time and she really liked it and asked for more, we wound up finishing the whole 1 kilo of raw tuna at lunch.

Then I had a nice nap.  Waking up immediately ate more raw beef.

Then for early dinner ate more raw beef again.

So I proved to myself it was possible to consume 1 kilogram of raw meat as long as it was kept lean enough.

Hunger isn’t really sated until I hit that amount of fat that makes me stop.

I did notice that eating this much meat makes me sleepy.

Diabetes: Maybe consuming excessive amounts of carbs is a thing of youth used for growth?

January 17, 2010 by Good Samaritan

So many adults doing really well on a high carb, low carbohydrate diet.  But then there are children who obviously seem to need higher amounts of carbs than adults do.  Then there is talk of anabolic states where excess protein leads to growth and the need for carbs so that the body consumes the carbs and lets the proteins do their job of growing the children.

On to diabetes, they say there is adult onset diabetes type II.  That a high fat low carb diet cures easily.  But some people cannot accept this cure because in their minds, a cure is where the former type II diabetic can go back to his youth and eat large quantities of carbohydrates.

But what if just like children up to 6 years of age have the ability to digest cow’s milk and many lose this ability onwards and become lactose intolerant?  Maybe consuming excessive amounts of carbs is a thing of youth used for growth? Putting the body in an anabolic state so that children can grow?

It is then obvious that the dietary requirements at different stages of human life changes.  And that we need to be aware of those that should change as we grow older.

So I found out through my raw dairy experiments that I’m lactose intolerant.  Maybe some people who are type II diabetic have merely grown up to be full adults.  They do not need the excess carbs of youth.  Maybe the diabetic II label is a MIS-LABEL meant to sell medication.  That these full grown adults cannot tolerate excessive carbs is a natural stage in their age, just like lactose intolerance after childhood.  The people are normal!  Not diseased.

What is diseased is the insistence of pushing cheap carbohydrates on normal adults.  Stop calling diabetes type II a disease.  Humans are not supposed to be on high carbohydrate diets at adult hood.  Adult humans may need excess carbs while in athletic days, but not during normal non athletic days.

Experiment to build larger muscles with more raw protein

January 16, 2010 by Good Samaritan

An interesting forum post by RedFulcrum in the raw paleo forum had me thinking about the next step I should go about regarding my health.  Now that I have health, I want to achieve the next level, bulk up, look like a muscle bound man.  This experiment should be easily achieved using raw protein.

Many anecdotes from raw meat practitioners say they stay muscle bound even if they don’t exercise.  Yes, I have some biceps, but I want larger ones.

Seems like I’m not eating enough.  That my eating 1/2 kilo of meat maximum a day is deficient.

I just consulted with my wife’s cousin who is a body builder. He says the rule of thumb to gain muscle is 1 gram of protein per 1 pound of body weight. So my 125 lbs needs at least 125 grams of protein. If 100 grams of lean sirloin beef = 21 grams of protein. I will need at least 600 grams of lean sirloin beef a day to bulk up. He says eat protein first thing in the morning, then every 3 hours. It’s a worthy experiment for me to do. I will gun for 1 kilo of lean beef equivalent a day. In the mix I could use raw tuna as it is easier to digest I can do the every 3 hour eating. small fish with guts and oysters are cheap, I’ll try to get duck eggs again.

1 kilo of beef is around P 300 / kilo or something like $ 6.50 cents a day for you guys in the USA.

I will try to start tomorrow.

What I learned about the body building thing is that they all find real meat expensive and bulky.  So many of them resort to those whey proteins which are cheap, convenient and compact.  Of course this is not my cup of tea.

Of course I will still consume raw fat in small enough amounts to avoid rabbit starvation.  I can see that indeed I can consume a lot of lean meat if I eat less raw fat.

The big deal here is that this experiment will involve raw animal protein, not cooked.  If indeed raw protein is superior to cooked protein, I should be able to gain muscle easily.  Let’s see.

Corn Danger Warning: French Study Shows 3 Monsanto GM Corns clearly underlines adverse impacts on kidneys and liver, the dietary detoxifying organs

January 13, 2010 by Good Samaritan

This public French study should let farmers and consumers see the light that these Monsanto GM corn varieties (GM) maize (NK 603, MON 810, MON 863) are DAMAGING to mice in a 90 day study.

According to the study’s author, the company’s own data “clearly underlines adverse impacts on kidneys and liver, the dietary detoxifying organs, as well as different levels of damages to heart, adrenal glands, spleen and haematopoietic system.”

from http://www.change.org/actions/view/get_organ-damaging_monsanto_corn_off_the_market

These genetically modified maize freaks of Monsanto most probably are dangerous to mammalian health, including livestock and humans the study concludes.

The Abstract:

We present for the first time a comparative analysis of blood and organ system data from trials with rats fed three main commercialized genetically modified (GM) maize (NK 603, MON 810, MON 863), which are present in food and feed in the world. NK 603 has been modified to be tolerant to the broad spectrum herbicide Roundup and thus contains residues of this formulation. MON 810 and MON 863 are engineered to synthesize two different Bt toxins used as insecticides. Approximately 60 different biochemical parameters were classified per organ and measured in serum and urine after 5 and 14 weeks of feeding. GM maize-fed rats were compared first to their respective isogenic or parental non-GM equivalent control groups. This was followed by comparison to six reference groups, which had consumed various other non-GM maize varieties. We applied nonparametric methods, including multiple pairwise comparisons with a False Discovery Rate approach. Principal Component Analysis allowed the investigation of scattering of different factors (sex, weeks of feeding, diet, dose and group). Our analysis clearly reveals for the 3 GMOs new side effects linked with GM maize consumption, which were sex- and often dose-dependent. Effects were mostly associated with the kidney and liver, the dietary detoxifying organs, although different between the 3 GMOs. Other effects were also noticed in the heart, adrenal glands, spleen and haematopoietic system. We conclude that these data highlight signs of hepatorenal toxicity, possibly due to the new pesticides specific to each GM corn. In addition, unintended direct or indirect metabolic consequences of the genetic modification cannot be excluded.

Keywords: GMO, toxicity, GM corn, rat, NK 603, MON 810, MON 863

from http://www.biolsci.org/v05p0706

Here is the full conclusion and I quote:

Patho-physiological profiles are unique for each GM crop/food, underlining the necessity for a case-by-case evaluation of their safety, as is largely admitted and agreed by regulators. It is not possible to make comments concerning any general, similar subchronic toxic effect for all GM foods. However, in the three GM maize varieties that formed the basis of this investigation, new side effects linked to the consumption of these cereals were revealed, which were sex- and often dose-dependent. Effects were mostly concentrated in kidney and liver function, the two major diet detoxification organs, but in detail differed with each GM type. In addition, some effects on heart, adrenal, spleen and blood cells were also frequently noted. As there normally exists sex differences in liver and kidney metabolism, the highly statistically significant disturbances in the function of these organs, seen between male and female rats, cannot be dismissed as biologically insignificant as has been proposed by others [4]. We therefore conclude that our data strongly suggests that these GM maize varieties induce a state of hepatorenal toxicity. This can be due to the new pesticides (herbicide or insecticide) present specifically in each type of GM maize, although unintended metabolic effects due to the mutagenic properties of the GM transformation process cannot be excluded [42]. All three GM maize varieties contain a distinctly different pesticide residue associated with their particular GM event (glyphosate and AMPA in NK 603, modified Cry1Ab in MON 810, modified Cry3Bb1 in MON 863). These substances have never before been an integral part of the human or animal diet and therefore their health consequences for those who consume them, especially over long time periods are currently unknown. Furthermore, any side effect linked to the GM event will be unique in each case as the site of transgene insertion and the spectrum of genome wide mutations will differ between the three modified maize types. In conclusion, our data presented here strongly recommend that additional long-term (up to 2 years) animal feeding studies be performed in at least three species, preferably also multi-generational, to provide true scientifically valid data on the acute and chronic toxic effects of GM crops, feed and foods. Our analysis highlights that the kidneys and liver as particularly important on which to focus such research as there was a clear negative impact on the function of these organs in rats consuming GM maize varieties for just 90 days.

from http://www.biolsci.org/v05p0706.htm which shows the fully study text.

Money lenders should cease and desist lending to farmers growing these dangerous GM corns as there is a risk of defaults when these future crops are boycotted.

Calling all livestock growers who consume these corns, these corns may be damaging your livestock. Maybe the livestock epidemics and weaknesses are caused by BAD FOOD. This French study suggests (GM) maize (NK 603, MON 810, MON 863) are harmful to mammals in many many ways. It is time to SWITCH back to Non-GM feeds.

Calling on the public, ask your meat supplier if their animals are fed these (GM) maize (NK 603, MON 810, MON 863), petition them to stop using these GM corn and boycott those meat suppliers who still use these as animal feed.

Corn is in everything.

Think about it.

Corn oil

Corn Starch

Corn syrup

These are added to thousands of processed food products.

Pass this on, pass this on, pass this on.

Raw Beef Pictures: I consume this much raw beef fat by this much proportion

January 13, 2010 by Good Samaritan

I chanced upon another premium specimen of T-Bone beef at Farmers Market in Cubao. Should have been a lot more but I gave a quarter of this meat to my brother. We had this for lunch yesterday at the market never frozen. Asked the butcher to make into sashimi around 1/2 kilo for the two of us to consume for lunch.

I also like this beef when it is in the chiller portion of the refrigerator, that in between space between the freezer and the refrigerator compartments. This had blood collect in it for 1 day. Good 1/4 cup of it. The fat coming in from the cold like this is creamy butter, actually tastier than the Anchor butter that is available to me.

I took pictures of this raw beef “striploin” part to show you how much raw yellow fat there is on this meat. We call this live fat. “Buhay”. Unlike the fat around the kidneys which does not taste good we call “Tulog” or asleep… that doesn’t taste good. But I think the fat around the kidneys is what people use to render into pemmican? Help me out paleo friends…

Can you guys tell me what % fat this is by calories? By volume? I never did “get” those measurements right. I like relying on my taste buds at the moment. Like instinct.

I did not consume all of this in one sitting. Usually 1 pound or more is a good amount for me at a major meal like lunch or dinner.
