My first taste of raw leg of Lamb from Australia

My 7 year old boy was listening to the bible stories we’ve been reading to him and I brought up the topic that the reasons those shepherds took care of the sheep was to get their wool for clothing and to slaughter the sheep for eating. So naturally my boy asked me to buy some lamb so he could taste lamb.

After my meeting this afternoon, on the way home we passed by Shopwise supermarket.  I headed for the frozen meats section and got myself a leg of lamb that weight some 1/3 of a kilogram.  The label said it came from Australia.  I wonder how long it had been frozen.  No matter.  I’m tasting it tonight.

When I got home, the lamb was just ready for eating, already defrosted.  What was interesting and puzzling is why the leg of lamb smelled of MILK?  Duh… is that a marketing technique?  Or does raw lamb really smell like milk?

I got my trusty scissors and started snipping away.  The meat tasted somewhat bland.  There was that faint hint of lamb smell, but not so much, maybe because it had been frozen for some time.  It wasn’t too bad either.  Not good enough for me to want another one really.  Maybe fresh lamb tastes better?  Or maybe I can look for another source?  Another brand?

The raw bone marrow tasted good though.

Lambs are not usually found in my country.  Tonight was an adventure in eating imported raw meat.

I did not let my children taste this raw lamb yet.  Let daddy experiment first.

Children just love raw organic chicken — better than chicken soup!

Last night I had a big breast of organic raw chicken all to myself… until my kids saw what I was eating… all three of them dumped the rice, cooked fish, and broccoli they were eating and took over and ate my raw chicken breast. Part of the time they dipped it in wild honey and part of the time just plain.  “Yummy!” they said.  “Better than chicken soup!”

My wife, with the “I cannot eat raw land animal” mantra said “no, no, no” to the kids, but it fell on deaf ears.  Once the kids tasted the raw chicken, they were hooked.

So I got my raw fertilized eggs, but again 2 kids took over my fertilized eggs, I was only able to eat 2.

So I got out my celery sticks. By this time, the kids were full so at least I had my raw celery.

Then I finished off with coconut juice and some coconut meat.

What last night showed was that raw animal food trumps cooked animal food.  And I did not advertise nor entice the kids to eat the raw chicken.  They saw it, tasted it, and decided they liked raw meat better than what they were currently eating.

Tongue Cancer: Plan for 14 day orange juice fast details

Tomorrow monday September 8, 2008 signals the 1st day of Mr. M’s 14 day orange juice fast.  This is a modified orange juice fast that is tailorfit for Mr. M’s condition and where he is staying.

For the oranges, there are “California” oranges in the market which is sold for 15 pesos each.  Mr. M needs to drink 10 of these valencia type oranges a day, 1 hour apart.

For the water, Mr. M can drink an unlimited amount of fresh raw coconut juice.

For the fats, Mr. M can take a minimum of 4 fluid ounces or 120 ml of fresh raw coconut milk.

For his protein and other vitamins and minerals, Mr. M is to take a minimum of 6 ounces of fresh raw wheat grass juice or 1 tray every day.

For mineral supplementing with fulvic acid, humic acid and zeolite, Mr. M is to take 45 drops of Quantum Mineral Drops every day spread out in his drinks.  Plus Mr. M gets 3 drops of Quantum in his right ear everyday at 5pm.

Mr. M is to take Barefoot Herbalist kidney cleanse formula, 2 teaspoons per night for 6 days a week.

All other supplements are stopped at this point. They have done their part.

Mr. M is to take a Sitz Bath every morning before his Hilot / Massage Expert aling Letty arrives.  Aling Letty puts on Yerba Buena on his swollen neck lymph node.

Mr. M is to get as much sunlight as he can every morning and afternoon.

Mr. M is not supposed to watch television or movies after 3 pm so he can sleep peacefully at night.

What we hope to accomplish in 14 days: his tongue will shrink to normal and look healthy, red, pink and have zero stink, which will mean his stomach has healed.  I am being optimistic.  I really think we need 21 days.  Maybe even 40 days.  We will see.

Other things Mr. M can do is to get his teeth cleaned by the biological dentist and maybe get Bowen treatment to reprogram his body for healing.

Tongue Cancer: Healing the stomach, the kidneys, the liver, the lymphatic system

Here is an inventory of Mr. M’s organs that are in current need of healing:

We have cleansed the colon thoroughly with Dr. Tam’s Miracle Tea.

We have cleansed the small intestine thoroughly with 2 x 3 day virgin coconut oil detoxing.

We continue to cleanse the liver with liver flushing every 2 to 4 weeks.

We are cleaning and healing the kidneys with Barefoot Herbalist MH kidney cleansing herbs, this is a 6 week program and Mr. M is just on the 2nd week.

We are healing the stomach with a 14 to 21 day orange juice fast.  Our indicator is Mr. M’s tongue.  The condition of his stomach is reflected by the condition of his tongue.  A healed tongue will show a healed stomach.  Our orange juice fast will include lots of wheat grass to help further alkalize the body and nourish the body.  Too much necrotic material on his tongue that needs rebuilding and wheatgrass can help deliver much needed protein to rebuild the liver and the tongue.

All in all, we are still methodical and on schedule with our method of healing.

Tongue Cancer: Mr. M’s tongue has shrunk enough so he can close his Teeth!

Mr. M’s tongue is slowly but surely shrinking in size.  In fact, 3 days ago Mr. M found out he could now close his mouth and his teeth in the upper jaw and lower jaw can now close and BITE!  Mr. M was at first shy to tell this news.  But he told us anyway just today.  He was making fun of us while Dr. Bien Castro was using the BEES machine on Mr. M’s swollen lymph node on his neck.  There was a squeeking sound.  I noticed it too.  Then Mr. M smiled and showed his teeth were now able to close and he was gritting his teeth to make those sounds.  Ha ha ha.  Alright!

Another new development is that Mr. M’s salivary glands are now active and have been so for 1 week.  He has to drool out saliva because his tongue is not that small yet, he has difficulty swallowing it all.

Another new development which may be possitive or negative is that Mr. M’s tongue bleeds whenever he drinks any liquid.  Yes, the skin is broken.  But the bleeding stops after a few minutes.  Mr. M spews out necrotic tissue, yellowish dark white.  Stinky.  Maybe the necrotic tissue is being pushed out in favor of new tissue?  Only time will tell. Since the family is worried about the tongue bleeding, I bought for them a bottle of cayenne powder.  This is meant in case of an emergency when the tongue refuses to stop bleeding.  If and when that happens I instructed Mr. M to just stuff his tongue with a handful of the cayenne powder and it will STOP the bleeding.

Being able to BITE is wonderful, undeniable progress!  But we are not out of danger yet.  There is still the constant pain on Mr. M’s head which leads Mr. M to sleep in a position flat on his stomach because that is the only position with less pain.  This pain seems to be connected with lymph fluid retention due to the blocked neck lymph node.  If you have any ideas, please reply here with your suggestions.

Tongue Cancer: 2nd Liver / Gallbladder Flush an Explosive Success

A liver / gallbladder flush is a method of cleansing the human liver.  This method has many variants and the technique has been recorded in existence for some thousands of years.  The logic is simple.  Just allow the gall bladder to charge up and fill with bile while eating a NO FATS for a small amount of time.  Then before sleeping, swallow an enormous amount of RAW FATS to purge the gall bladder to open at MAXIMUM and forcefully eject stones, debris and sludge.

This 2nd liver flush resulted in Mr. M waking up with a large ENERGY BOOST.  You veteran liver flushers know what I’m talking about.  My energy boost happened on my 3rd liver flush.  Eventually Mr. M explosively ejected through his poop what they estimate was around 125 black stones mostly 1 centimeter across.  There were 6 big black stones around 2.5 cm across.  Awesome results!

A setback in the early evening came when a throbbing head pain on the top of his head and the right side of his face appeared around 6pm all the way to 1:30am.  What did prove helpfull was the application of 3 drops of Quantum Mineral Plus in Mr. M’s right ear.

We wonder what that surge in pain was all about.  Maybe it was the release of old poisons from the liver?  To prevent such pain in the future we plan to put 3 drops of quantum mineral drops in Mr. M’s right ear every 5 pm.

This successful 2nd liver / gall bladder flush convinced me we should make room for a 3rd flush before Mr M leaves to go back to his country on the 26th of September.  Instead of a planned 21 day orange juice fast, we should shorten it to 14 days and then schedule a 3rd liver flush with the addition of apple juice for hopefully better results.

Raw Lunch: Dalagang Bukid Fish, Squid, Sea Weed, Garlic and Real Vinegar

This lunch time was a stomach satisfying happy meal for the whole family.  Only my first boy went to school so I had 2 kids with me.  Then my wife arrived home early and everyone dug into the raw lunch I prepared.

This was a first for me to try out the raw fish dalagang bukid, and at P 160 per kilo it had better be good.  And I think the fish tasted fairly good.  Not fantastic though.  But my 2nd boy liked it over the squid.

My little girl liked the fat raw squid and this one is bigger than our usual with the body about 7 to 8 inches long.  Pretty easy to cut with a knife.  Fattier than the smaller squid.  I actually liked this size of squid better and 1 big squid was enough for all.

The usual sea weed with the little green sacs has always been popular but this time I had organic coconut vinegar and some crushed garlic in the bowl.  Wow, the kids loved it.  Making a sandwich of the sea weed and the garlic was a blast for them.  That actually comprised the bulk of what they ate and they were stuffed with it.

Sadly my 1st boy lost out on this one as he had to be in school and ate a crummy cooked lunch with rice.  Oh well, better luck for him next time.
