Lymph Blockage: Head pain less, headaches, shrinking tongue, raw tongue

Mr. M today reported better sleep in the past 2 nights.  His head pain was less for the past 2 nights.  His tongue was shrinking at the sides.  All this shows lymph is starting to flow.  The lymph blockages we sought out to fix is now flowing with the help of Dorn Method master Dr. Bien Castro.  The spine corrections have been done except for T6 which even in today’s 2nd session was not possible to fully shrink because the stomach of Mr. M is still not fully healed.  We will be addressing the stomach healing with a 14 to 21 day orange juice fast.

What was curious is Mr. M says that aroundd 4 pm today he experienced tremendous headache in his front forehead.  AHA! AHA! AHA!  Now I know what Mr. M’s headaches today and in the past were all about.  Mr. M was suffering from 2 different head pain problems.  One problem was because of lymph blockage, Mr. M had pressure in the top of his head and in the right side of his face.  The 2nd problem is DEHYDRATION!  Simple DEHYDRATION!  It seems, that since I do not live with them, whenever Mr. M had a headache, they would just do nothing and wait for it to pass.  It never occurred to them it is simple dehydration!  I told Mr. M that headaches are signals of our body that we are dehydrated.  All you need to do is drink your fresh coconut juice which is always available and his son opens for him.  He gets headaches because he is dehydrated, because detoxing consumes a lot of water.  Do not drink plain distilled water… drink superior natural tree distilled and nourished fresh raw coconut juice!!!  When the next headache comes, drink one whole coconut!

Then there is the problem with a raw red tongue.  This is a sign of new flesh coming out.  The old cancer fungus and infected tongue is being renewed.  The thick infected coating is being stripped away by the gargling of Quantum Mineral Drops and concentrated wild oregano oil from Barefoot Herbalist MH.  I suggested via text using a straw for drinking, but they say it did not work.

Today was a very good day of progress.  Tomorrow is liver flush time.  We will also be trying out oranges in preparation for the last stage of this tongue cancer cure, the orange juice fast.

I was all smiles as I left Mr. M’s hotel today.  They are still tense, still unsure, but I know from experience and knowledge, that the 14 to 21 day orange juice fast will finally cure Mr. M one hundred percent.  I gave them a glimpse of what I think is a 100% cure.

My idea of a 100% cure is zero supplements.  Just living alone on 100% raw paleolithic food… the original human diet.  His tongue is completely healed, he will be able to talk properly, he can chew his own food, he feels great, he will look 30 years old instead of his current 56.  He will be cured of cooked food addiction, he will no longer crave for cooked food.  I told Mr. M to stay 100% raw for 6 months.  After that he may do whatever he wants with his life.  But I hope my teachings stay with him.

Raw Pampano Fish tastes delicious

This lunch time I was not prepared and our cook just had a tiny pampano fish.  So I told her to defrost that for my lunch.  I was happy that the pampano tasted really good, salty just right to taste.

The Wai Dieters forum had reported pampano fish to be 5 stars for taste.  I agree.  I think I need a bigger fish next time.

My apprehensions about pampano is just last weekend I passed by the Quezon Memorial circle and a seminar on aquaculture was being held.  One of the leaflets showed pampano fish is now being farmed.

Oh no, was my pampano farmed?  Grrr…. I will have to do more investigative work.

Lymph Blockage: The cure plan to shrink the tongue – Orange Juice Fasting

I am so glad we found our lymph drainage expert. I do hope he works out. I wanted a chiropractror but we got a Dorn-Method and Energy healer.

This morning was good news. Mr. M’s son said Mr. M had good sleep last night, better than any sleep he had since his pain started.  With more sleep, Mr. M can begin real healing.  Less pain means there is draining.  When there is draining, there is flow.

So the objective for now is to eliminate the pain, start draining, do a second liver flush, then it will be orange juice fasting time.  Mr. M just has enough time to do a 14 day orange juice fast before he leaves for home.  I will have to supervise his orange juice fast.  He should do fine.  I would certainly recommend a 21 day orange juice fast in his condition.  This orange juice fast will be the clincher, the final coup de grace.  This orange juice fast will finally shrink his lymph node and his tongue.

Plan is good.  We will be executing the plan soon.

What is the orange juice fast?

The orange juice fast is a method where the sick ingests only 1 pint of fresh raw filtered orange juice per day, and as much distilled water as he wants… in this case, fresh raw coconut juice.  During the same fast, the person can take liquid fats like coconut milk, or my teacher barefoot herbalist MH recommends lecithin.  We are doing the Philippine version because we are here in the Philippines.  Everyday there must be poop.  To assure this, we use Dr. Tam’s Miracle Tea because MH’s LBB capsules Mr M cannot swallow, and if put in water is too spicy.

Other barefoot herbs can be taken during this orange juice fast.  All other items will be stopped.  The body will heal at its own pace.

MH says that after 21 to 40 days, the body has 5x red blood cells and all internal organs are new.  The stomach is renewed, fixed and cleaning your blood.

Lymph Blockage: Dorn Method and Energy Healing by Dr. Bien Castro

In my previous blog I said that my chiropractor was unavailable until the 23rd of September.  Good thing I remember having a chat with Elsie and she said her healer Dr. Bien Castro had fixed her back using his Dorn Method.  So I called Elsie and asked for Dr. Bien’s number.  I texted Dr. Bien and luckily he was available this same afternoon.  So I said yes and he drove by himself bringing his equipment all the way to Boso Boso Hotel in Antipolo.  Wow.  Dr. Bien makes house calls.

Dorn Method seems to be newer than chiropractics and its proponents claim that their techniques are an improvement over chiropractic methods.  Whereas chiropractics require sudden one time movements to set things straight, theirs use multiple repetitive movements until you get it right.  From what I hear, Dr. Bien is a master of this Dorn Method.  Then there are the rumours that Dr. Bien has been going around healing the really rich, rich, rich people.  Good thing he was still available at a price we can afford.

So Dr. Bien did his Dorn Method and got to adjust Mr. M.  Special note that was hard to adjust was D6 or is that called T6?  It points to the stomach and surrounding organs.  Which really tells us we have to do orange juice fasting as well.

The plus factor of Dr. Bien was he was into energy healing.  He had an electric magnet called a body electric something something… I forgot.  He massages Mr. M all around and in the important places like the swollen lymph and commenting how this device negatively charges those parts allowing the body to heal and clean up.

Dr. Bien also recommended a fresh supplement which reminds me of Glo Herbal / Rey Herbal, this one is called G8.  25 ml three times a day.  Dr. Bien also recommended several other things like probiotics, wheatgrass and Quantum minerals plus which we were already doing.  And he found out Mr. M was already doing 100% raw and he had made several great detoxes already.  So Dr. Bien was relieved that we were already on the same track and knew where we were headed both.  Hey, Dr. Bien and I studied in the same elementary, high school and university.  There must be some connection there.

I had discussed with him what we were doing and I said I had one missing component, that of unblocking the lymph and fixing Mr. M’s spine and I had hoped he could fill in that role.  Dr. Bien didn’t dissapoint and I was glad to have me Dr. Bien.  Another expert added to my list of experts to contact.

We see Dr. Bien again on Wednesday morning.

My hope is that finally Mr. M will be able to sleep straight for 1 night.  Mr. M’s problem is his headache which interrupts his sleep every night.  Which makes him feel tired and unhappy.  Mr. M needs his sleep and I hope in the next few days he finally gets it.

Lymph blockage: Chiropractor unavailable

Unbelievable.  Our chiropractor Dr. Brush is unavailable to new patients until September 23.  And they have no exceptions, not even if it was an emergency.  That is one popular chiropractor.  Maybe I should not have popularized him too much in my Cure Manual.

As you can see in my Cure Manual at www.curemanual.com, all disease treatments must begin with the spine, the nervous system.  Many times the spine is all crooked and bent, the nervous system is pinched in several areas, there are electrical flow problems from the brain that our bodies go out of sync.

Mr. M has been trying to get a schedule since he arrived on August 9.  The chiropractor was out of town so we waited until he was in town… and we get this… unacceptable.  We will just have to find an alternative.

Jackie’s Raw Organic Chicken tastes great, smells great, very tender

I heartily recommend my friend Jackie’s raw organic chicken.   Wherever she gets them, my review this evening is that the chicken I got tonight was the best raw chicken I tasted.  I came home late tonight; hungry of course.  I knew I had told our cook to leave me the raw breast of the whole chicken she was going to cook.  To my satisfaction the raw breast of chicken was waiting for me in the refrigerator.

I got my trusty knife and started filleting on one side.  Got my scissors too.  Snipped away and ate happily.  I thought I could only finish one half of the breast, but my hunger kicked in and I knew I could finish the whole thing.  On the second half I said to myself that these scissors and knife was only such a hassle and I bit away like a caveman.  Really good chicken… yum…. better than all those chicken soups I tasted.  This raw organic chicken was finger licking good.  This is the best breast of chicken ever, and its raw, cooking makes breasts tough and dry.  I did not forget the skin and the fat on the chicken skin, salty and yummy.

My hats off to you Jackie.  Show this review to your friends and I hope you sell more of your organic chicken.  Make sure you leave some for me.  Until next time…

Lymph blockage: blasting through with different techniques

Beginning this September 1, 2008 I will be renaming references to Mr. M’s health problem from tongue cancer to lymph blockage.  There is no more tongue cancer.  There is no more pain in the tongue.  The tongue has zero pain.  Mr. M can now eat as much fruits and raw honey according to his taste for extra energy so he can move and exercise.

The problem remaining is pain on his head and the right side of his face.  This is a big problem because the pain interrupts his sleep.  Which means he cannot get proper rest.  There are positions where it is less painful.  Which shows lymph blockage, pressure.  As can be seen seen on his right neck, there is a big swollen lymph node.

New lymph declogging techniques comes to mind:

Cayenne tincture – constant ingestion will blast through all the blockages of lymph and blood vessels and allow flow, declogging, removal of pain.  3x a day.  Preferrably direct 1 dropperful under tongue and hold for 30 seconds before swallowing.  If too painful, mix 1 dropperful in small amount of warm water and swallow.

Oregano Oil – follow Cass Ingram’s technique in the bad breath elimination protocol.  Rub on gums and teeth and use on toothbrush instead of toothpaste.  Also ingest.  Also put oregano oil in carrier oil like virgin coconut oil and / or extra virgin olive oil and rub on neck, face, and head.

Chiropractor – chiropractor should be able to unclog and find ways to let lymph flow better than the hilot and the massage experts.

This is all in addition to what we are doing now.  I have to push Mr. M and his son to use Cayenne.  They are afraid of tongue pain and bleeding.  They have never tried mixing the cayenne in warm water, this lessens the pain. From all this efforts, I feel the key is the cayenne tincture. The cayenne will be scaled to be used in massive amounts to blast through all the blockages in Mr. M’s circulation.
