All teeth with Root canals MUST be extracted NOW!

I’m sorry to all you dentists who have root canal procedures as your bread and butter.  Please, go find another way of making a living because your patients are dying.

Better yet, study to become a biological dentist and make a living removing root canaled teeth!

For those who keep debating whether root canals must stay in place, I have this to say:  “When you have a terminal disease, leave no stone unturned, all metal, all dead teeth must go.  Now.”

Soy is NOT a health food. Do not eat soy.

Oh, we’ve known about this soya health scam a long time ago.  I used to give “taho” to my first child when he was 1 year of age.  Then I found out soy was not healthy, in fact had estrogen mimicking hormones, like taking birth control pills.  All forms of soy were stricken off our grocery list 5 years ago.

Today, many people still believe in the soya scam.  It is an industrial scam as usual trying to make money out of worthless garbage.  Lobby money got this soya approved as a health food in the US FDA.  They even sold soy as poor man’s protein.  Can’t afford real meat?  Buy soya meat!  Textured vegetable protein.  You vegan?  Get your “healthy meat” protein from soya!  What a serious joke that was.  Besides, soya is not raw, and it is insanely processed.

The healthiest pork is roast pork: lechon / litson

Many people trash pork.  They are fed feeds.  They stink.  They are not organic.

For cooked paleolithic dieters, pork can be eaten, the best pork is roast pork aka lechon / litson.

Why?  The pig was most probably slaughtered the day before it was cooked on a spit, then you eat it immediately plain, with the skin and the fat.  No rice, no sauce.  That is a paleolithic meal.  You use the fat for energy in place of rice.  There is no overeating because the fat you eat will signal you when it is time to stop eating.

I’ve tried it lately.  It’s okay.  Learn what time they finish cooking and arrive on the first hour so you get it freshly cooked.

What is the difference between cooked paleolithic and raw paleolithic diet?  I feel much better after eating a RAW meat meal.  A cooked meat meal makes me feel blah after consuming much fat.  But a raw meat meal feels good afterwards.

Oh, but I’m not eating raw pork.  Raw beef, raw goat yes, but not raw pork.

Beware of the dentist, no tooth fillings are safe

I was just reviewing my work in www.curemanual.com and reviewing some Hulda Clark videos and in 1999 Hulda Clark dropped a bomb again on the dental industry and said that none of the substitutes for mercury fillings were safe either because they had dyes in them.  That’s logical.  i wonder if in 2008 our biological dentists have found a good material.

This gets me to thinking about my kids.  It’s too late for me.  If I get sick in the future, I’m pulling all my teeth with fillings.  As for the kids.  I once promised they will never suffer by having fillings in their mouths.  That’s why I’m taking up the diet recommendations of the Weston Price foundation for my kids.  If ever they have cavities in the future, I either heal those cavities with natural or dietary means or we pull the tooth out.

No child of mine has to live through the medical horrors of having metals or foreign objects in their mouths.  Many diseases are caused by metals in people’s mouths.  Better to have false teeth than to die and suffer because of a polluted mouth.

Calamansi tastes better than lemon for tuna sashimi

The other night I had raw tuna sashimi and used fresh lemon juice as a dip.  So so.  This evening I used raw calamansi dip and it tastes much better.

Lately I’ve been disliking, actually disgusted at the taste of soy sauce for raw tuna or raw salmon.  Maybe my taste buds are adjusting for the better.  I tried 3 brands of soy sauce.  They all suck.

Calamansi isn’t required to enjoy sashimi, but it makes it more hygienic.  Kill off the whatever “germs” there are.  Calamansi is what makes kinilaw.

Reminds me to make kinilaw next time.  Hmmm… maybe with dilis.

If cancer is a fungus then this should be my cancer cure protocol

Other hobby healers, chime in. I’m trying to optimize my cancer cure protocol on my new website cure manual for the speediest possible results to save more lives from the scourge of chemotherapy, radiation and surgery.

Recently I was given a link to an american doctor who hosted an italian doctor who used a tiny camera to show that tumors are in fact fungal mounds, fungal infections. So they get into a ridiculous conversation that they should be inserting catheters and blasting baking soda all over the fungus wherever they may find it. Correct observation wrong solution.

So we hobby healers should give them a push in the right direction.

We’ve heard the theories: sugar feeds cancer, cancer is characterized by fungus overgrowth.

Fungus, Candida, Yeast, all the same. Brought about by imbalance of good flora. Most probably good bacteria eliminated by antibiotics and other medication.

The most effective anti-candida, anti-yeast, anti-fungus detox protocol is the virgin coconut oil detox protocol. Bar None so far. VCO detox is fast, safe, and lets food be your medicine. All you need is distilled water, rock salt, lemons, virgin coconut oil. Therefore doing a couple of days of VCO detox should get rid of all yeast, candida, fungus.

Add an anti-candida diet. Where your fuel source is not sugars. Your fuel or energy source are fats. Coconut meat, extra virgin olive oil, raw animal fats, partly cooked animal fats. Some none so sweet fruits.

Of course you add all the usual detox methods like colon cleanses, kidney cleanse, liver flush, intestinal cleanses, parasite cleanse. Proper drainage. Zero constipation.

Do your pollution avoidance. Do your nutritional thing. Do your nurturing thing: sunlight, fresh air, de-stress, etc.

Cancer cured. Ta daaahhh!

I learned that fruits were superior bowel movers to vegetables. In my fruitarian education I learned that fruits are superior to vegetables in every way. I learned that the fiber recommendations in mainstream media are a myth.

But this guy Konstantin Monastyrsky decided to go all the way and write about the dietary fiber myths. Great going Konstantin. I do disagree with him on the issue of fruits saying fruit and table sugars are the same. No they are not. Fruits are way different from grains and way different from table sugar.
