We visit the Alaminos Goat Farm with the prospect of getting raw goat milk

April 28, 2009 by Good Samaritan

My son and I visited the Alaminos Goat Farm last Sunday.  We were on our way to Candelaria, Quezon to get raw cow milk, but Alaminos was on the way.  And the Alaminos Goat Farm had a sign visible on the main highway.  It was 11:30am, the goat farm care takers were friendly and we drove in to visit.  We asked for raw goat’s milk but it was not available just like that.  You had to special order it.  They do provide raw goat milk to cheese makers and soap makers.  I’m sure they may accommodate health seekers like us in the future.  The trick is to call their cell phone first and talk to the owner.  One of these days pretty soon I will try.

Note to those who have just tuned in to this blog, raw milk is a health drink.  Raw milk is the original cure of Hippocrates for tuberculosis.  Raw milk is high nutrition for those who who can digest it.

The caretakers said their milking schedule is at 7pm to 9pm.  This cannot be interrupted for anyone who wants raw milk.  After 9pm, maybe you can get raw milk.  It’s the process they do with the machines milking the goats and the way it is stored.  Most of it gets pasteurized so they can be sold under the Milk Star brand.  Only those who had reserved raw goat’s milk do theirs get refrigerated or frozen,  I don’t exactly know which.  I personally do not want my raw goat milk frozen.  Maybe next week we can try buying from them.

Do visit Alaminos goat farm website at http://www.alaminosgoatfarm.com/

Here are a few pictures of my little boy enjoying the goat farm’s charms.

How I Plan to protect my family from the Swine Flu Hysteria

April 27, 2009 by Good Samaritan

The swine flu hysteria is being spread and milked by various business and political interests in the worldwide media.  Always at the top priority are my children.  And the best way to combat an flu is with the paradigms of what we perceive as truth.  And I do not believe for one minute that any of the swine flu hysteria has any merit in it.  I believe the harm is in the touted solutions: selling masks and immune boosters, and most dangerous is selling flu vaccines, flu shots, flu medications.

The selling of flu medications will most probably be sold to national governments and local governments with of course handsome commissions.  The flu medications will probably then be given away freely to the public by “health” officials and “health” personnel on a door to door basis.  Will probably mark check and cross for those who willingly accept the free poison or those who do not accept the free poison.

My current advice for my family is to say thank you to the concerned “health” officials that they have knocked on our door.  And then say that we already have received our poison from our doctor the very day the swine flu hit the headlines.  So we are done.  Please put a check mark on our door.

Yes, we will lie straight faced at the “health” officials.  For our sake.  For our health, and so as not to be branded as health risks by the “officials” who you can’t argue with such things as freedom to CHOOSE what we think is best for us.

The poison is in the touted solution.  If the hysteria becomes too great in the big city, we will just have to head for the provinces. Protect your children, they are our future.

Pepito with liver cancer now home, pain is gone, sleeps very long

April 25, 2009 by Good Samaritan

Pepito stayed with Mr. Vander Gaditano for a few days.  It was good education and well worth the money they paid.  Although he went home with his stomach still in pain, I coach them enough over the phone and the husband and wife team are doing really well these past 3 days.

We found a formula diet that works well for Pepito and we would like to keep it this way, monotonously for the next week so he can go on daily without pain and sleep very long deserved sleeps…. something like 15 hours a day.

Ka Rey Herbal from www.reyherbal.com 4 times a day using the various 10, 20, 30, 55% bottles. Is a synergistic mix of fruits, vegetables and herbs which takes the pain and guesswork out of juicing.

Orange juice feasting… 1 orange in 1 glass of water every hour for 8 times a day.  Problem is he sleeps so long, he doesn’t get enough.

Organic raw egg yolks… 8 or more times a day.  Plus more because he eats white rice… his body is craving carbs too.

He craved meat and since Pepito is still shy about eating raw beef, he decided on raw tuna with some calamansi.  Raw tuna is always fresh in our area and raw tuna will deliver the omega 3 fats he needs to calm down inflammations.

During times he gets body aches, probably acids in the lymph, not enough exercise, he puts on Quantum Mineral Drops to vaporize / neutralize the acids… then follows on with a massage of virgin coconut oil to provide fats.

So as not to weaken Pepito with too much manipulation, they have stopped coffee enemas and switched to warm water enemas, one in the morning and one in the evening.

They finally got a rocking chair, since Pepito is still weak, his lymph can get some action this way.

Tomorrow I’ll teach them how to do the Sitz Bath so he can get more efficient lymph action.  Once a day is enough.  Will also bring duck egg samples so they can taste how much more delicious duck eggs are.  And some raw beef so Pepito can see and eat with a real live human being that it’s okay to eat raw beef.  I’ll bet the raw beef will complement the raw tuna he’s currently eating.

Pepito is also encouraged to eat 1 tablespoon of raw honey before a water enema and 1 tablespoon of raw honey after a water enema.

They got excited last night and tried a banana… which gave him pain… he he he, banana was not on his list of approved foods. Tsk tsk.  My guess is he has intestinal inflammation that is causing him pain.  Raw fatty animal foods would be the most soothing in this case… not plant foods.

I’m on the way to Candelaria Quezon to see Vander’s farm and get some supply of raw milk for my boy, so it’s no big hassle.

I hope this is a relaxing stage for Mr. Pepito and his wife.  Maybe 3 months of recovery like this and he will be a new man.  No forced detox manipulations.  Let the body heal at its own pace.

Hearing impairment blamed on aging: angrily unacceptable

April 25, 2009 by Good Samaritan

This morning I was greated by my boy asking for clove oil for  my father in law because he had a painful tooth… or so my son heard wrong.  My mother in law clarified that my father in law had drastic hearing loss, in BOTH ears.  And that he had to go to an ear doctor, who diagnosed him of ear nerve deterioration due to AGING; and thus fitted him with a hearing aid costing 140,000 pesos!!!  Wow, if I was selling something as profitably expensive as that device and service, I would diagnose everyone of the same “incurable hearing” diagnosis.

This is unacceptable!  My mother in law and I agreed.  Any doctor who tells you you are incurable due to aging is a greedy lazy wimp.  We cooked up an immediate plan for my father in law:

#1 – Contact Dr. Nelson Marie Gaba for his biodentist services.  My father in law has filled root canals.  These are dead teeth that must be removed and may be causing that head nerve degeneration.  His whole jaw must be checked for TMJ and infections and pockets, etc, etc.  The biodentist will know what to do.

#2 – Contact Romy Macapagal for his Beam Ray machine services.  If there are indeed colonies of infections because of root canals, the frequency generator Beam Ray machine should be able to reach them all.  Romy Macapagal came in highly recommended for this job.

#3 – Maybe Dr. Bien Castro can contribute with his Dorn and energy healing method.

#4 – Maybe regular use of Quantum Minerals Plus drops in the ear, on top of the head and the surrounding face will penetrate and cure whatever ails him.

#5 – Prescribed B12 vitamins?  Good grief, just eat raw meat.  Raw fish, raw eggs… raw beef is a little strange to my father in law even if he sees me eat it.

I never gave up in my 88 year old grandmother who was diagnosed with pneumonia, and I never gave up on my 98 year old grandfather who was diagnosed with pneumonia… they are alive, cured of pneumonia today, because despite the hands up diagnosis of those sickos who gave up on them in their hospital, we had them discharged and treated at home.

My now 99 year old grandfather and I have normal voice level conversations on the telephone… long distance… he is lucid, he is smart, he is conversational and talks like any normal intelligent person.  The reason is he does not take drugs.

Let’s see what happens in the next few days.  This is an outrageous unacceptable diagnosis… disease due to aging bull.

Carabao meat added to our food supply

April 24, 2009 by Good Samaritan

2 days ago I bumped into a fellow health advocate.  He’s at the stage where he uses supplements and learned to make broths of beef… specifically carabao beef. And he taught me his source of carabao meat. I’ve heard rumors that it is illegal to slaughter carabaos for meat in my country, but where do the farmers sell their aging carabaos?

I’m guessing to these sellers who slaughter the old carabaos for meat. I think the beef broth industry in the provinces serve mostly carabao bone marrow. Anyway, my cook and I are going to explore this new source of carabao meat.

My cook and I went to the market. We found one stall selling carabao meat. The rest are closed. It was 9am. Should have gone there around 6 to 7am to see a variety.

What did we buy?

Some meat that seems to be carabao chops and 1 whole bone. The carabao chops part cost 150 pesos per kilo and the whole bone cost 100 pesos for the 1 whole piece. Much cheaper than beef. Beef meat costs 220 to 280 pesos per kilo.

How did it taste?

The bone marrow was fresh, slippery and had thick jelly consistency.  Taste was good, not as high in fat as beef. The meat was very tender, more tender than beef, but not as fat as the beef I usually buy. Tasted same as beef.

I had this much as my mid morning meal as pictured, both the bone marrow and the meat.

And the our cook shows off the bone of the carabao from where the marrow came from.

Western Medicine is only good in the emergency room with emergency drugs and emergency surgery

April 23, 2009 by Good Samaritan

Western medicine is only good in the emergency room with their emergency drugs and emergency surgery.  That is it.  If you plan to be pregnant, if you are pregnant, if you are giving birth, if you are raising children, if you are sick, if you have some disease… stay away from “them” as much as possible.

For example, my cousin had a bike accident, he feels messed up internally and has scrapes and bruises.  Then he should go to the hospital emergency room and get treated.

For example, someone suffers a stroke or a heart attack, first aid is to give cayenne ticture and then rush to the emergency room.

For example, you suffer a gunshot wound, or get stabbed, or your fingers get cut off, rush to the emergency room.

For example, you give birth to a premature baby, rush to the emergency room.

These are very obvious examples as to why it makes sense to go to the emergency room, this is the forte of western medicine.

But if your problem is you are overweight, you have asthma, you have diabetes, you have cancer, you have psoriasis, you have chronic back pain, it is not them you should be going to.  You go see the much bigger world of non-western medicine.  I don’t like calling it alternative medicine, you cannot lump them together.  All I know is you go to websites like CureManual.com or Mercola.com or WeWant2Live.com that helps you sort it out.

The principle to curing diseases is to: 1) straighten it out 2) feed high nutritional and original raw human diet rawpaleodiet.com  3) clean it out – various herbal detoxes 4) exercise – begin with a rocking chair for terribly weak people.

The alternatives will get organized soon enough.  The internet genie has been set free and many people are being informed and sharing their experiences.  The western medical “incurables” are very much CURABLE.

Funny, I’m developing muscles on my arms by just eating raw meat

April 22, 2009 by Good Samaritan

2 days ago my kids were having fun again as usual and as Daddy I want to show them I’m strong.  I curled my arm for and it was a funny sight for me and my kids to see and feel I’m developing some muscles in my arms.  Ha ha ha, this has never happened in my entire life.

The funny side there is I live a sedentary life, computer geek.  The heaviest regular load my arms lift would be my briefcase with an ASUS EEEPC in it and every other week buying half sack of rice and going to the wet market.

I remember the raw meat eaters say that they develop muscular builds even if they don’t regularly go to the gym.  It’s something like being a lion, a lion is strong and powerful, sleeps most of the time and only exerts effort in hunting and in fights if male, it retains a muscular physique because it eats raw meat.

So this is the beginning of something funny on me.  I never dreamed or imagined I’d have muscles on me.  Maybe if I got encouraged to go to a gym regularly I’d really tone up… I’ve never been a gym person… tried it some times, got  too bored with it.

Aajonus Vonderplanitz and Vander Gaditano recommend sex.  Sex sounds like a more worthwhile activity than going to the gym.

For those who don’t know, I’m on a raw paleolithic diet as it is being discussed in the support forum http://www.rawpaleoforum.com and have been on this for some 16 months.
