I need to get into a regular workout program. This should stop future gallstone formation. Give me abundant health and energy. Now that I’m healing, I can start a work out program and be well beyond my dreams.
Lecithin supplements should stop future gallstone formation
I’ve done some 14 liver flushes and by now. I feel the later gall stones were formed as a result of the alkali burn treatment using coamoxiclav antibiotics. Side effects of coamoxiclav are well documented and admitted by the manufacturers. The mechanism is coamoxiclav encourages gallstone formation, this explains their so called side-effect, rashes. With other people who have a fully functioning powerful liver, these stones are temporary and are dispensed with soon enough. For me it seems, the stones are stuck and grow big.
Good thing I have my eczema mechanism to save me from bad things. Thank you eczema, at least I can count on you.
My desire is to stop liver flushing. A desire to see zero stones in the next few flushes. I’ve checked with the barefoot herbalist and he suggests lecithin along with his orange juice fast.
The next step for me then is to take lecithin granules as supplements. I need to source it. I hope healthy options has lecithin granules. I will check tomorrow when the mall opens.
Modified Andreas Moritz and Dr. Tam’s Miracle tea liver flush
The week prior I used supplements to tone my liver. Dandelion supplements, Milk thisle, hepatodoron, flaxseed oil, Vitamin B complex.
This April 6 I concluded a modified Andreas Moritz liver flush while having consumed 1 liter of apple juice per day for 1 week. I took epsom salts at 6:30 pm and 9:30 pm then the 4 ounces extra virgin olive oil and 4 ounces lemon juice at around 11:30pm. In the morning, I had a light vegetable breakfast and at 9am I consumed 1/2 cup of Dr Tam’s Miracle Tea to clear my bowels.
At around 2pm I unloaded in two dumps a handful of good sized green liver stones.
I had the classic re-run of my former eczema with shoulder pain. Today’s flush showed immediate beginning of healing.
But these liver stone formations must be stopped. I want to stop liver flushing. I think I have an idea. I will post my idea next.
Emergency liver flush March 25
I made an emergency liver flush last March 25. I immediately felt skin thickening at my face, eczematic bubbles on my arm and my two formerly injured spots on my legs by the alkali burn.
Upon taking pancreatin supplements, I felt relief from a terrible itch at at my extremeties. This showed a lack of liver function, blocked liver function.
The emergency hulda clark type liver flush resulted in a few stones, but immediate relief from the itches.
Co-Amoxyclav Injured my Liver
Grrr… Now I’m mad. I know these damn anti-biotics were harmful, I just did not know they were THAT harmful. The real reason for my liver malfunction which is manifested in my rashes is because this is a side effect of the anti-biotics coamoxyclav I took to battle the infection caused by my chemical burns.
The analysis in the paper hits it right on the money:
http://pearl.sums.ac.ir/semj/vol2/jul2001/liver&coamoxy.htm
Combination of Amoxicillin and Clavulanic acid (also named Coamoxyclav) is a known drug of having adverse hepatic effects, mainly by three mechanisms: Cholestasis, Hepatocellular injury and Mixed mechanism. The most important predisposing factor is age more than 65, however, history of serious medical illness, liver associated comorbidity, use of other medications, drug dose, route and duration of therapy, smoking or previous use of amoxicillin-clavulanic acid, were not associated with liver disease induced by Co-amoxiclave. Co-amoxiclav can produce a wide range of liver injury including intrahepatic cholestasis without hepatitis, acute hepatocellular injury, and cholestatic hepatitis with hepatocellular necrosis. It can produce cholecystitis-like symptoms. Rarely acute pancreatitis, acute interstitial nephritis and acute lacrimal gland inflammation and sialadenitis with prolonged xerostomia rarely occur simultaneously with cholestatic hepatitis.
Normalization of liver enzymes usually occurs some time between 11.5-18 weeks after discontinuation of drug. Treatment is just supportive. The prognosis is favorable in general. Rarely the liver enzymes remain elevated with resulting chronic liver disease and progression to cirrhosis.
3 to 6 month to normalize? Yeah right. On a healthy liver that is. But not my liver which is still slowly recovering and rebuilding.
What to do? Take liver tonics. Take liver rebuilders like milk thisle and the like. Take apple juice regularly. Take digestive enzymes with pancreatin to assist my liver. Eat beets. Drink wheatgrass juice. Take Vitamin E. Good grief. More expenses.

My Rashes indicate poor bile and pancreatic enzyme release or production
After some 3 days of hard thinking, scratching and keen observation I came last night to the eureka conclusion that my rashes is really a sign of poor bile and pancreatic enzyme release or production.
It seems the past 2 liver flushes, the chemical burn episode and the supplement and antibiotic treatments have dampened my liver and pancreas functions.
I conclusively found this out last night when for relief I popped in 2 tablets of Solgar pancreatin with digestive enzymes. Immediate itch relief in 30 minutes. Then I took 2 more to get to sleep. Then I took one just after breakfast.
Now that I have a band aid, a temporary crutch with the pancreatin supplement, what is the cure plan?
Looks like we have to go through an apple juice and olive oil liver flush. Maybe the apple juice is what I’ve been missing from the 2 hulda clark flushes. I will also take daily wheatgrass juice as my brother had good results with this. Plus I will take the anthroposophic medicine hepatodoron. The description of which says:
Hepatodoron Tablets
Liver tonic
Use as a liver tonic, to stimulate liver activity by improving protein and carbohydrate metabolism.
Hepatodoron is used to treat all chronic inflammatory and degenerative liver conditions, including chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, constipation and eczema.
It is often the second liver treatment, after a cleanser such as Chelidonium Comp. or Digestodoron has been used.
The liver is the largest organ inside the body, with several major functions. This tonic strengthens the liver and enables it to function efficiently, eg to stabilise the body’s blood-sugar level, detoxify poisons, process fats and proteins and remove waste products.
Symptoms of liver malfunction include sudden exhaustion, bad taste in the mouth, loss of appetite, distaste for certain foods, irritability or a general feeling of unwellness.
Rationale
Fragaria is the wood-strawberry, and Vitis vinefera is the grapevine. They stimulate liver activity and build up liver capacity, so its function is more regulated and strengthened.
1 tablet (200mg) contains: Fragaria vesca, dry leaf 40mg; Vitis vinifera, dry leaf 40mg; in lactose base.
TAKE 1 TABLET (CHILD UP TO 7 YEARS) OR 2 TABLETS (ADULT) TWICE DAILY AFTER 3pm, or as directed by your practitioner.
For a course of treatment it is recommended that Hepatodoron be taken for about 6 weeks and then repeated after an interval of 2 weeks. If symptoms persist, consult your practitioner.
As the principle organ of metabolism and digestion, a healthy liver depends on the quality of our food. Increase wholemeal bread and grains, and lower sugar and fat intake, avoiding all fried and deep fried food (which are very difficult to digest). The liver has to dispose of all the poisons we absorb from ‘unhealthy’ food.
Pronounced: He – pat – o – door – on.

Wish me luck.
My supplement experiments and rashes
I went on a supplement binge and that is probably why I developed light rashes on my arms, my legs and now my face.
Could have been the combination of ginseng and royal jelly, spirulina, niacin, a new kind of probiotics, fish oil, vitamin c and vigor vitamins.
So I just dropped all of them at once so my body can clean them out. So much for wild experiments. I still have to learn the art of combining which ones properly.
To clean out I’m squeezing lemons and spiking them with cayenne (sili).
