My Leaky Gut Cure Plan

August 2, 2007 by Good Samaritan

This leaky gut cure plan is both for me and my brother. My reference article for Leaky Gut as the root cause of many diseases can be found at Eczema Cure: Leaky Gut is a root cause of many diseases and Leaky Gut discussed thoroughly in 1998 edition of Nutri-Notes.

This Friday evening: Take 1/2 cup of Dr. Tam’s Miracle Tea, in 5 to 8 hours bowel movement, colon detoxification will occur. Always works, never fails.

Saturday and Sunday and Monday: Virgin Coconut Oil Detox and Fasting. See my VCO detox protocol. This is meant to get rid of yeast overgrowth aka candida, the main culprit in leaky gut.
My supplements:

L-Glutamine – is the main fuel that the intestinal cells need for maintenance and repair. 1 capsule per day. Healthy Options brand.

Probiotics – Will buy OMX brand, it is expensive, but the best in the market today. Maybe OPTA has it? Or Dr. Austria.

Glutathion + Vitamin C – A liver healing combination endorsed by the healthy options sales ladies. The Vitamin C makes the Glutathion more effective.

Vitamin E – I have Dr. Tam Mateo’s vitamin E. I can also juice carrots.

Zinc – I bought Zinc Percolinate healthy options brand. But I also ate a lot of oysters tonight to make sure I got zinc in food form, the most useable form. So oysters may be polluted. I’ll take the risk. I’ll just take Dr. Tam’s miracle tea tonight so the oysters are escorted out of my gut tomorrow.

Gingko Biloba – I got mine from Dynapharm brand sold by my customer GCU Healing Arts. Take 4 times per day for circulation

Slippery Elm – Natures Best brand. 3 capsules 3 times per day. To coat my intestines to heal.

Licorice – Panda brand. All Natural soft licorice chews. Yummy. Tastes good. Fun too!

Continue taking my essential oils: fish oil and lecithin.

Of course I’m vegan for health purposes. Except for that kickoff with the oysters for zinc. Have not had success getting Pepzin GI. Looks like I have to order it.

Eating plan? Nothing in the morning. Fruits in the afternoon. A heavy dinner at 6:30pm. For maximum healing time.

Wish me luck.

Leaky Gut Cure Plan and Attempt August 2007

August 2, 2007 by Good Samaritan

(02 August 2007) August will be my leaky gut cure attempt month.  I will be attempting a supplement and diet cure for my suspected leaky gut.  Recently I have been made aware that leaky guy syndrome is the underlying cause of most diseases, including the eczema I suffered from.  Even now, I suspect I have leaky gut due to the fact that I have not stopped liver flushing.  I have not emptied my liver of stones yet after 20 liver flushes.  This means I am still producing liver stones.  Why? Because my blood is dirty.  Why is my blood still dirty when I’ve been vegan for 4 months?  Probably leaky gut.  Probably made worse when I took antibiotics last February to address infection in my legs due to the alkali chemical burns I suffered from in an alkalizing experiment.

Leaky gut perpetuates a vicious cycle.  The blood becomes dirty, the elimination organs have to work at and get overwhelmed: the colon, the kidneys, the liver.  The detoxes, the cleanses become mere treatments.

What I want to achieve is an almost “perfect” system that is self cleaning.  I will eat well, eliminate well, sleep well, exercise, live a happy long and healthy life.

I will outline my leaky gut cure plan in the next post.

My Coconut Juice Fasting Plan in place of the Orange juice fast

July 15, 2007 by Good Samaritan

I enrolled in Barefoot Herbalist’s School and learned about the orange juice fast. I would like to do the orange juice fast but there are a couple of differences in my circumstances.

First, oranges do not grow here in the Philippines, which means I will be getting imported oranges, which most probably is not organic and has probably been sprayed with chemicals prior to shipping.

Second, I can’t access Barefoot’s herbs because he won’t ship outside of the USA.

What to do? Draw on the concepts of the orange juice fast and localize it.

Coconut juice in place of orange juice. Coconut juice is alkaline. Coconut juice is what we got in the Philippines. We are coconut country number one in the world. I will have to talk to our village coconut vendor to supply me with preferably pink coconuts and the freshest picked coconuts. With coconut juice I will need ZERO WATER. I may need 5 coconuts a day? At P 18 per coconut that is around P 100 per day or $ 2 US dollars per day. These are not freshly picked coconuts, probably 2 or 3 days picked.

Fruit for the evening, the guide says 1 fruit and eat until full. Then there is a contradicting page that says preferably not eat, but if you must, just pineapple. Great, pineapples are native here. There are also bananas. Latundan bananas would be best. Berries? This is hard. Mangoes or Atis or Rambutan maybe. I think I will listen to my body wisdom on this.

Bowel movement. I have no experience with enemas. I will have to substitute this by using Dr. Tam Mateo’s miracle tea, made fresh all the time, liquid, easy to spoil, never fails. You get a bowel movement after 5-8 hours of drinking. Drink around 8pm?

I think I can begin doing this tomorrow. I have all the materials at hand. Let’s see if I will survive 3 days fasting initially. I just finished a liver flush so this is a good time to begin. The moon is a waxing crescent.

My objective in fasting is to clinch that prize of absolute health. I’m not there yet. This will be my first fast attempt using the orange juice way by barefoot modified by me. I will want to make small fasts first then work up to 14 days. Then attempt another up to 21 days. Then finally attempt a 40 day fast.

Cure protocol for my children if infected with dengue fever

July 8, 2007 by Good Samaritan

This is my blue print to cure my own children if they somehow contracted dengue fever.

First, the definition of dengue. Virus from the mosquito, or so these medical experts say. The danger is internal hemorrhage.

Second, stop feeding of solid food. Alkalize the body. Raising alkalinity will destroy viruses because the environment has changed. The body should concentrate on healing instead of digestion. Let the child drink his food, predigested, say coconut juice, pao d arco, carrot juice, vegetable juices, fresh fruit juices. (stay away from all acid and mucus forming stuff like milk, sugar, bread, meat, rice)

Third, see www.curelibrary.com for the dengue cure protocol using tawa tawa or gatas gatas weed.

Fourth, fresh air, sunlight, walk barefoot on the grass for body grounding.
If needed, use electrotherapy devices as pyroenergen (electrically raises blood alkalinity) and a hulda clark zapper (destroys viruses via their positive electric pulsations).

All of this is readily available right here, right now.

Remember, this is for my family. Good skill with your family.

Hospital caused Pneumonia of my grandmother

June 21, 2007 by Good Samaritan

My grandmother in Butuan City went to the hospital to have her wrist bone fixed because it was dislocated when she fell down the stairs.

The bumbling hospital instead gave her pain reliever drugs and anti-biotic drugs and let her suffer for 4 days before her wrist bone was set. I heard the real reason for this delay was that the only bone setter was out of town and they had to wait for him to come back.

Then on the day my grandmother was about to leave the hospital, a terrible chest pain occurred and she was diagnosed as having pneumonia, infection, water in the lungs. My lola was refusing to swallow, they instead stuck in a feeding tube and stuck in Ensure brand milk poison. The hospital pumped her full of anti-biotics and she was getting worse.

The hospital and their ignorant doctors know nothing about body wisdom!

We here in manila had to do something, they were killing my grandmother. If we did not intervene, she would be dead by hospital stupidity in a few days. So I bought my auntie Portia a ticket and she immediately flew over to Butuan Sunday. I gave her all the materials, equipment needed to save lola.

Upon arriving we administered a colon cleanse herbal concoction called Dr. Tam’s Miracle Tea. This never fails and will induce bowel movement in 5 to 8 hours. And it did. Two straight days of bowel movement. Plus giving her some apple juice with malic acid caused her liver to move the stagnant bile and hopefully all those poison drugs. And my Auntie stopped the giving of that awful corporate product Ensure milk that causes more mucus formation in the first place.

In two days the doctors were amazed that the pneumonia had subsided. Well, their stupidity did not amaze me. In fact when the pneumonia diagnosis came I immediately knew they were going to kill my 88 year old grandmother. Their mentality is that 88 is in bonus years. Total baloney. My grandmother has a lifespan of 100++ years, she checked herself in because she fell down the stairs! The pneumonia was caused by the stupidity of the hospital! These sorry excuse for what they call doctors do not even understand the basics of constipation! The only thing they expect all the time is death.

My most recent sms messages to my auntie were as follows as she is about to leave Butuan and come back to manila, leaving my lola in the care of relatives with zero health knowledge:

“While lola is recovering, give her only fresh fruits and veggies. No milk, no ensure, no noodles, no bread, no sugar, no meat, no fish, no drugs!”

“Do the other relatives understand that the pneumonia was caused by the stupid hospital drugs, ensure, constipation? Better teach them that.”

“It is important they follow the recommended instructions we printed. The moment you leave they might give her Ensure posion, milk poison, meat poisons and bread constipators.”

Unsanitary carnivorous, rice laden Filipino food culture

June 7, 2007 by Good Samaritan

Now that I’m turning vegan but still sometimes I believe eating once or twice a month of absolutely clean meat for social purposes I should be able to handle; I’m beginning to see the flaws of our carnivorous and unsanitary Filipino food culture.

Although we have probably been eating this way for the past 50 to 100 years, it does not mean it is correct, nor is it optimal.

Here is my critique:

1. Filipinos eat too much meat! Meat at breakfast, meat at lunch, meat at dinner, meat during merienda (snacks). The culture surmises that not being able to serve meat is the biggest sign of poverty. So by this logic, everyone is now prosperous, especially in the city where meat has become cheaper than vegetables and fruits. In fact the common urban Filipino has rice and meat as the top two priorities in his meal, vegetables and fruits are optional and many times non-existent. Most think they will never be satisfied with a meal that has no meat in it.

2. Unsanitary and unfresh meat handling.  Meats are displayed without refrigeration.  Meats are displayed with dirty, ugly flies infesting them.  Prospective buyers pressing their fingers on them.  And they pigs and chickens are grown on corporate feeds, hormones, antibiotics.  At least filipino cows are still fed grass.  Yuck.  The fish?  They come from far away.  Put on a truck.  Dead for several hours.  Water and ice put on them to make them seem fresh.  Yuck.  I now only buy freshly killed goat maybe once a month in the morning, cook immediately for lunch.  I also buy only live fish.  Kill to cook immediately.

At least most Filipinos have the common sense to only cook LIVE CRABS, never dead ones.  That is one good point.

3. Vegetable dishes, vegetarian cooking is absent in traditions. Filipinos usually cannot make vegetable dishes without using some form of animal as flavoring. What is now worse is many are brainwashed to believe those multinational corporation advertisements to substitute meat flavoring with artificial chemical flavors found in instant flavor cubes or flavor sachets.

4. White rice is everywhere. Most Filipinos refuse to eat brown or red rice. Rice and bread in the morning. Rice at lunch. Rice at dinner. Breads in the snacks. Rice cakes as snacks. Rice, rice, rice. You want to torture a filipino? Feed him no rice for a couple of days. In fact, our nannies call a meal “rice.” A meal is not a meal without rice. And that is what I keep on hammering at our nannies, call lunch lunch, call breakfast breakfast. Instead of asking our children, have you eaten “rice”? You haven’t finished your “rice?” What a bad joke.

The top meal combination is rice + meat (or eggs or fish). Ultimately acidic. No wonder dentistry is lucrative and common. Teeth are being leached of calcium to alkalize the body.

I’m changing this for the sake of my children. My goal will be measured by the number of cavities my children suffer from.

Now is my chance to save my 3 year old from the acidic culture. Wish me luck. I have to do battle with the whole household. But I am daddy. And that counts for a lot.
