Almost Paleo Diet Healthy Birthday Dinner of Comfort Foods

November 29, 2010 by Good Samaritan

Our young little girl celebrated her 6th birthday last night with a dinner celebration with cousins and us grown ups of course. I had disapproved the commercial Japanese maki this time and said we can make our own maki individually, it’s so easy. So I bought all the ingredients all the guests needed:

– raw blue marlin sashimi
– raw yellow fin tuna sashimi
– raw salmon sashimi
– organic white rice + rice vinegar et al to make Japanese sushi rice
– several brands of sushi sea weed wrapper
– mangoes
– cucumbers
– a big box of fish roe
– fermented and brewed soy sauce, bought a different brand this time
– made our own home made mayonnaise with raw duck egg yolks + extra virgin olive oil + butter + sea salt
– got 3 rolling mats people could share

Aside from the sushi roll your owns, I tried an appetizer with dried dilis plus raw monggo bean sprouts.

And later on was served some peking duck my wife bought from Laguna at a place called “Itlog ni Kuya”, we just re-heated it in the oven.

Sifu Jem Sam was there doing his acupuncture thing and said that in his more than decade stay in the Philippines he had never seen such a healthy spread in a party. It’s usually spaghetti, pancit and soft drinks.

Oh I almost forgot my wife served a health drink juice she made from raw lemon and raw basil leaves. Oh so refreshing!

Sent Uncle A 100% Barako Coffee from Batangas for his Coffee Enemas

November 28, 2010 by Good Samaritan

Uncle A living in his small city in the province has no access to simple 100% organic barako coffee usually grown in Batangas. I got one 350 gram bag and sent it to him via LBC. He got it. And may proceed to do coffee enemas next week. He is a veteran of regular water enemas as he is tasked to do this for his own mother. So he knows how to do this to himself.

By now Uncle A has some experience with egg yolk liver flushing, apple juice and olive oil liver flushing with epsom salts, and later on he will add coffee enemas to his arsenal of liver cleansing tools.

Why we thought about coffee enemas is because after doing some liver flushes he started feeling some pain in his right side… his liver. Must be from the liver flushing mixing things up. Luckily this past week he just did 4 days of egg yolk liver flushing and was able to relieve himself of that liver pain.

But now that he has complete tools for coffee enemas, he can do them next week. Just remember to take 2 tablespoons of raw honey and some grass fed butter first, then do the coffee enema, then take the same 2 tablespoons of raw honey and grass fed butter. This is to prevent any sugar depletion in his liver which can cause some electrolyte imbalance.

The advantage of a coffee enema is it is a faster kind of liver flush. Instead of having the dirt reabsorbed in your intestines after the liver dumps its junk, the liver instead dumps its junk in the coffee concoction and this is escorted out immediately in the colon and out the anus after 15 minutes. Fast huh? And I’m willing to bet since this is a different kind of liver cleanse method, it cleanses the liver a different way.

My instructions is to just cook the ground coffee as instructed in the package. Cool it down. Put 1 liter in the enema bucket. Let the coffee flow down the tip of the tube. Lock the tube at the bottom. Lubricate the tip with virgin coconut oil, then insert. Once inserted, unlock the tube, let the coffee flow. Let as much coffee flow in as possible. Turn to your right side. Massage from liver to belly button to heart and back to the liver in a circular motion hopefully to encourage more coffee to come in and reach the liver. “Hold it” by locking the tube then removing the tube from the anus, hold it for at least 15 minutes. Feel your liver dump its poisons. Then after 15 minutes go to the toilet and dump the coffee out. Try and observe what you just dumped. It is sometimes interesting what you see and what you smell.

So there you have it, new tool and new instructions. How often to do this coffee enema will depend on how he feels the very first time he does it. Ah, remote healing. This could all have been easier if he lived with me for some time.

For those who just joined us, Uncle A has a brain tumor and a lung tumor. He used to be addicted to instant 3 in 1 coffee, drinking some 10 full mugs of coffee a day. That was the wrong way to take coffee. Coffee enemas are the right way to take coffee.

Uncle A Cancer Cure Diet Adjustments Due to Food Availability

November 28, 2010 by Good Samaritan

I called long distance to Uncle A last night and gave him new instructions for his cancer cure diet. He has a brain tumor and a lung tumor. I can’t supervise him from so far away but I can make phone calls. I’m trying to get him on skype video but for some reason it hasn’t happened yet.

Butuan City has some limitations in terms of food sourcing for this cure so we will have to make do with what we have:

  • There is no reliable source of grass fed beef with yellow fat. Uncle A tells me they do get some beef, but the fat has been stripped off. People are brainwashed to be afraid of fat in that area.
  • They have yet to find a reliable source of fertilized duck eggs, one possible source are salted egg makers, just pay for the fresh duck eggs at the same price as a salted egg.
  • Turn to virgin coconut oil as a secondary source of raw fat. Try 2 tablespoons in the morning and 2 tablespoons at night of virgin coconut oil. This means at least 4 tablespoons of raw fat in the form of virgin coconut oil. It’s better than no raw fat at all.
  • Make sure Uncle A measures his animal food consumption. In this case, raw fish, raw squid. He is allowed to soak his fish or squid in calamansi. Try to eat at minimum 500 grams or 1/2 kilo of raw fish / squid / eggs total a day.
  • Read and follow Aajonus Vonderplanitz on his book Recipe for Living without disease on page 40. See the guidelines there to understand how much and how often to eat. How much vegetable juice, how much fruit, how much animal food in what intervals. Pump yourself with great amounts of raw omnivorous nutritious food.

General Daily Eating Schedule Recommendations #1
(This plan consists of three meat meals daily and is better for people with slower metabolism, lethargy and glycemic
problems, including diabetes.)
• After waking, drink 4-12 ounces green vegetable juices.
• 45-60 minutes later, eat 6-10 ounces (1-2 cups) raw meat with raw egg(s) and/or 2-5 tablespoons raw butter, raw cream, raw coconut cream, no-salt-added raw cheese with
equal amount of butter or avocado. One or a combination of several raw fats may be eaten at a meal, such as in a sauce.
• Next, 45-90 minutes later, drink a blended milkshake consisting of 1-4 raw eggs, 3-6 ounces raw milk, 1-4 ounces raw cream and 1-2 tablespoons unheated honey.
• At least 1 hour later, drink another 4-12 ounces green vegetable juices.
• At least 1 hour later, eat 6-10 ounces (1-2 cups) raw meat with raw egg(s) and/or 2-5 tablespoons raw butter, raw cream, raw coconut cream, no-salt-added raw cheese with
an equal amount of butter or avocado. One or a combination of several raw fats may be eaten at a meal, such as in a sauce.
• 60-90 minutes later, eat 4-6 ounces fruit with 3-6 ounces of either raw cream, raw coconut cream, raw butter or avocado. You may combine any or all of the above, or you
may drink another milkshake without fruit.
• 45-90 minutes later, drink a blended Moisturizing / Lubrication Formula; page 146.
• At least 1 hour later, drink another 4-12 ounces green vegetable juices.

Uncle A needs more guidance in this department. Sigh, that Skype video needs to be working.

Aajonus’ books and DVD are available in Amazon. I recommend you buy BOTH books.

Invested in Paleo Diet Cook Books!

November 26, 2010 by Good Samaritan

Being on the ultimate diet, which is raw paleo diet is the easiest thing there is.  Buy raw meat, store raw meat, eat raw meat.  Eat raw fruit in season.  Eat some vegetables when I feel like it.  My meal plan is something like this: breakfast fruits, lunch lots of raw meat and fat, snack fruit, dinner some raw meat and fat.  Maybe once a week I have some salads or juiced vegetable.

But the family, wife and kids must have their cooked thing.  Warm, hot, with nice presentation.  Uggghhh, social blah, waste of time and effort and less nutritious.  So they are on a somewhat cooked meat paleo diet plus rice.  But now we are making a new upgrade.

The first change is to strike off soy sauce.  Sure we got fermented and brewed soy sauce, but it is still soy and not as nutritious as himalayan salt or sea salt.  So soy sauce is out starting today.  Gloom from the family, what dishes to prepare?  Solution, get a new cookbook.  New ideas.

We once had a big cookbook by Sally Fallon of the Weston A Price foundation, I think that was Nourishing Traditions cook book, but the big flood last year took it.

Last night I got Paleo Diet Cook Books by Nikki Young.  It’s an awesome paleo diet cook book collection.  2 volumes on the 2nd edition plus I also got to download their first edition.  Then it comes with a 30 day meal plan, in full color professionally photographed layout.

No excuses now from the family to go 100% paleo diet.  These dishes are not conducive to rice eating.  Grrr…. I’d like to see that malnourishing rice go away.  Rice is malnourishing because it slows down the digestion process by conflicting with meat digestion and taking up stomach space otherwise better used by more meat and more vegetables.

I’m excited.  Change is good.  Change for the better.  This is my next paleo diet shot for the family.  I bought my books at http://paleodiet.co

Is Himalayan Salt or Ocean Rock Salt Healthier Than Kikkoman Soy Sauce?

November 25, 2010 by Good Samaritan

Lately I’ve been putting together family symptoms and I’m theorizing we need the minerals in real rock salt or himalayan salt than just the sodium in Kikkoman soy sauce. My kids’ and my wife’s cooked meat food is usually seasoned with Kikkoman soy sauce then cooked. How about switching to real salt and pepper instead?

My almost 6 year old daughter still wets her bed sometimes, that’s a clue. My 9 year old boy is not gaining the desired weight we want him to have. And my wife still has her recurring rhinitis.

Me, I’m on raw paleo diet and hardly ever get sick. Except for the time I got victimized by PTA food cooked junk. I developed loose stools.

Looking at the history of how this loose stool debacle began, it was during the violent detox of that bad cooked PTA food.

One thing wrong with my usual raw diet is I do not add salt to my food.

It may just be a case of salt deficiency.

So I had some salt lunch and dinner. Found my mother in law has some Himalayan salt.

Then last night I mixed a little salt and lemon juice in a slight warm water and drink it to stop loose stools and dysentery.

As found in http://www.panjokutch.com/health/general/loose%20stool%20-%20dysentery.htm

I think this salt cure will work.

I must have been severely salt depleted from that incident. Problem is I don’t have any salty cravings.

Real salt is not just NaCl, it is a whole lot of other minerals in it.

More about the importance of real salt here http://www.shirleys-wellness-cafe.com/salt.htm

I may get well from loose stools pretty fast with this new break through. Maybe that salmonella analysis by the beam ray expert is true, but it only persisted because I was low in real salt body content due to the detox issue with the pta bad food.

If I think about it, real salt is more ancient and more paleolithic than soy sauce. It’s worth a shot and I already told the maid I’m not buying anymore kikkoman soy sauce for now and she has to revert to using himalayan salt because that’s what is available in the kitchen right now.

US TSA Comedy: Give Me Molestation over Radiation

November 24, 2010 by Good Samaritan

There is a lot buzz going about the US TSA madness going on. At first people were complaining about the radiation of the powerful see through x-ray machines. Lately people are complaining about the groping choice. But if it were me choosing health versus molestation, give me groping molestation any time.

I don’t know about you guys, but security guards patting you on your body is common place in my country, in malls, in banks, and on trains. I will survive a little pat or a little groping, but I may not survive too many x-ray exposures. So the next time I travel to the USA, I choose groping. Strip me down for all I care.

Oh look, Japanese comedy regarding the recent US TSA madness. Don’t worry, the loud Americans will adjust soon and this will all seem normal in a few months.
