3 Day Coconut Water Fast to Heal Bleeding Lower Colon?

If you read my previous posts, my lower colon was injured by some sharp hard stone or object I was finally able to poop out with a pop. I found relief but injury was done and my lower colon is bleeding. I’ve consulted with Vander Gaditano who I consider my jedi master so I put his ideas and my ideas together. I have to weigh in more with my ideas because I know my history and what I feel.

Vander thinks I need to lower my metabolism for now. Cool down. Raw vegetable juice from kamote tops, that will help make more blood. Had a glass full last night. And I should go on a 3 day coconut water fast. I already bought Dr. Tam’s miracle tea a few days ago and I took a 2nd consecutive day 1/2 cup colon cleanse last night. Hard reaction from my body this morning. Seems like the the first time I took Dr. Tam’s long ago, but this time it kicked in on the 2nd day. It makes sense to fast for 3 days. Not burden the colon with pooping. Rest a bit for a few days. Will take Dr. Tam’s miracle tea for up to 5 consecutive days. So 3 to go.

I’m looking at what I’ve got and the previous experience. I’m thinking of reseting my guts. If the 3 day coconut water fast isn’t enough, I will think about doing a 3 day virgin coconut detox.

Other methods I’m looking at lower colon bleeding healing is going in cool swimming pools or in cool beach water. That will shut everything down. I’ll just make do with cold showers. We don’t have a bath tub.

As for the bleeding, I slept through the night. I just sleep on my belly and if I need to do computer stuff it helps to be horizontal and on my belly as well at night. Thing is I’ve got a lot of work to do. Customers need to be serviced.

Cough Remedy: Bitter Melon Leaves Extract

My little 5 year old girl had a bad cough 3 days ago. As usual I pushed for raw food days. She refused, got grandma’s backing. Ate longganisa, fried rice and fried egg. Just think this cooked stuff will heal the bad cough. Sure, go ahead. She again falls flat on her face. Oh, made it worse, lesson learned. Told ya.

Found my little girl crying, suffering, feeling terrible. To give her a boost, I treated her with pyroenergen twice, in the afternoon and at night. That gave her some relief and she slept well.

My wife was badgering me to buy her expensive anthroposophic medicine called cough elixir at P 1,200. Geeezzzz, expensive stuff. I know, with the backing of our provincial maids, that bitter melon leaves extract is the best remedy for a lousy cough… at only 10 to 15 pesos for a bunch! Super duper cheap!

So the next day she had only bitter melon leaves extract as a remedy, and she turned to raw food for the day, and she slept well.

My wife did get that expensive cough elixir bottle, but it was too late. She’s not coughing anymore. Still painful throat, but subsiding.

Old Hard Stone Feces Theory in my latest Detox Challenge

Past few weeks I had been having diarrhea like symptoms, gotten worse even last week. I did an olive oil enema. Then I did a castor oil purge. That seems to have dislocated something. Past 2 days I’ve been feeling when I try to poop there is a large hard stone like poop stuck that can’t get out. I feel that it may have sharp edges damaging my colon at times. Maybe this is the root cause of what has been bothering me which led to dysentery like symptoms the past few days.

My hypothesis is that in my old SAD (standard american/urban-junk diet) days I had developed this old pocket or hard rock stone feces formation in maybe some pocket. Maybe escaped all the colon hydrotherapy and some Dr. Tam’s miracle tea in the past and 1 month of Barefoot Herbalist MH LBB retoning. I have to admit I never did a 5 day or 10 day straight Dr. Tam’s Miracle Tea colon cleansing, so maybe it’s about time I did.

I feel maybe this is the last holy stone, holy grail I am looking for to rise to higher amounts of health. I feel this thing may have been stuck there in the past somewhere in my colon and seeding bad stuff. Maybe with the building up of my raw paleo diet and with the series of events, this stone feces has finally dislodged. But it is wrecking havoc on its way out.

I ate massive amounts of raw beef fat this morning. Then some raw oysters in the afternoon. Then some fatty cooked pork liempo which in the past has helped me heal some gut inflammations. Flood my gut with fat.

Just now I drank 1/2 cup of Dr. Tam’s Miracle Tea. Dissolve… you bad stone feces you… grrr… and stop cutting at my lower colon… I can feel it.

Sometimes matter of a stone like hardness is passed. These are often called concretions and may be composed of masses of fecal matter from which every bit of moisture has been absorbed. Or they may be gall or pancreatic stones.

Who knows? I’ve done 20+ liver flushes, could be any of those. Or any of those times I ate tons of raw fat. Or the times I had beam ray?

I’ll just imagine the light at the end of the tunnel. Total success. Let’s wait and see. Hope this colon cleanse finishes early because I have a 9am meeting in Makati.

Update 9:50pm… I went to the toilet for the nth time and this time it was a loud POP. Saw 3 pieces fall in the bowl, one was dense and fell rock fast, the 2 others took some few seconds. I was chicken to fish them out with my hands. Cloudy waters, scattered pop. Saw weird things there. I doubt these are normal poop stuff. I tried jogging up and down, sitting and “kiegeling” and now cannot feel that stone feeling, though my lower colon is still sore from this 2 day torture battle with that big piece… whatever it was.

The opinion writer David Gorski is a total idiot. Must be a pharma stooge or a surgeon who keeps losing business to people who would rather liver flush than do surgery!

Typhoon Juan Forces Us to Evacuate Marikina Monday Morning

We have been monitoring good old Pag-Asa website and see the movement of Typhoon Juan dragging its feet to 20 kph as it hits land and now moving west south west. Now my engineering angles tell me where west south west is headed and it seems it may hit metro manila, marikina and other northern fringes of metro manila directly. It’s enough to make us pack up our investment in children and move our most precious investments, our children to higher ground.

I woke up before 5am and saw the satellite map. The typhoon had changed course to west south west. It will not just graze the top of luzon, the eye was at a level of central luzon. And with west south west movement and still on the ocean, there is a good probability it will go south even further and hit Rizal, Marikina as we are first in line of the conglomerate city Metro Manila.

My wife took all her harps up the 2nd floor. I put the desktop server computer in my car. Our precious kids were taken to their grandparents’ condominium in The Fort. Some maids chose to stay. It’s their choice.

I’m now in my office in Cubao starting the day. I have a meeting with a customer at 10am. Lots of things to do in the office today.

The kids are hopefully safer there and I’ll probably sleep at the condominium with them tonight.

Better to be safe than sorry!

Dysentery Symptoms Have Abated Seems I won this Round

After the purging of my intestines with the castor oil, then took some raw duck eggs, then an OMX probiotic, then some freshly squeezed ampalaya (bitter melon) leaves juice, then some chamomile tea, then raw eggs again, then some henry bieler’s soup (zucchini, wansoy, string beans), then some latundant bananas, then lot’s of 1 week old raw beef with lots of raw fat dipped in organic ilocos vinegar with some raw red onion and fresh raw garlic… seems I have won the dysentery symptoms round. My last poop was 3 pm yesterday.

My gut feels solid. I farted a few times. I’m trying to poop by pushing, but there is no go. Seems there is a plug up in my large intestine that doesn’t want me to go yet. I started breakfast with 2 raw duck eggs, then quenched my thirst with some yellow water melon.

We evacuated the children to higher ground expecting a typhoon to hit.

I’m now in the office and I got myself some yummy native guavas and just had 2 big ones. But no poop reflex yet. Hmmmm…..

I’ll declare success later on when I see solid formed poop. Maybe it takes time to form.

Our bigger concern now is the new typhoon hitting us today. It’s moving west south west… meaning it will hit us in Metro Manila.

Dysentery Symptoms Update 3pm

I figured I was suffering dysentery symptoms for the past week or so. I drink a 60ml bottle of castor oil around 7am. I think the symptoms of the castor oil purge has abated. The castor oil is supposed to purge my small and large intestines of whatever needs to be purged.

I turned to raw duck eggs for nutrition as it digests completely and gives hydration in food form so it doesn’t fall straight through to be pooped out.

Around 1:30pm I had the driver drive me to the supermarket and I got myself some plain chamomile tea and some fresh raw ampalaya / bitter melon leaves.

I had our maid extract the raw juice from the bitter melon leaves and I drank half a small bowl. Yuck bitter. Hey, it’s medicine that is supposed to help me purge out the bad critters in my tummy.

Next I had 2 raw duck eggs again for nutrition and soothing intestines.

Next I had the chamomile tea which I am now sipping to hopefully calm down whatever is running in my intestines.

The Henry Bieler’s soup is ready and waiting for me, it is made from zucchini, wansoy and string beans. It’s supposed to give me some liver nutrition and at the same time help me form stools with its fiber. Will probably get to that around 4pm.

What am I feeling currently? I’m all pooped out. I don’t feel thirsty, don’t feel dehydrated, don’t feel hungry.

Let’s hope this works.
