Biological Dentist Dr. Gaba Review of Molar Extraction

I finally did it.  More than a week ago I finally gave up the battle for a long lost molar.  Took the x-ray at Lapid’s dental center.  Drove to Dr. Gaba the biological dentist for my appointment.  No doubt about it, the molar needed to go.

First there was massive cleaning to be done.  Maybe in my entire life I never had a dental cleaning before?  Lots of scaly tar tar build up, even below the gum line.  Even had stones in them.  Good thing there is 21st century biological dentistry nowadays.  It all felt very thorough.  The man is an artist.Continue Reading

So my hulda clark liver flush was successful.  Just as predicted by the Hirata Zones diagram, my gall bladder had problems… stones, many small ones.  I did a tour de force nutrition thing with avocado shake and celery and banana… then juiced kamote tops leaves, then apple cider vinegar, then probiotics, diluted orange juice, chia seeds, then coffee enema, then raw tuna… later drat I had to go to a meeting and be courteous, my company contract was on review… so I ate some cooked pork and some commercial soup.  Come evening at home I again juiced some kamote tops leaves, got some fermented turmeric 3 tablespoons, drank probiotics, brushed my teeth with oregano oil… ouch… and getting another coffee enema before I sleep.Continue Reading

Our gem of a maid is truly wonderful. She plants and plants useful stuff in the garden. Children Begin Deworming with Humaworm Today for 30 days

Amazing experiment and discovery. Lately I’ve been happily experimenting with different avocado shakes. The best ones I got were avocado + ice + apple + banana and avocado + ice + banana + a scoop of blueberry preserves or fresh blueberry from Sagada town… just drop in blender. Then I got into thinking I needed to cleanse my liver and experiment with coffee enemas. But to do that I’d wait for my next poop. Whatever, just force the poop by drinking lots of avocado shake.
