Raw Milk Store RAWSOME Raided, Produce Confiscated! These Americans are Crazy!

August 4, 2011 by Good Samaritan

RAWSOME Food is very well known for selling natural raw milk, cheese and other products. A multi-agency SWAT-style armed raid was conducted this morning by helmet-wearing, gun-carrying enforcement agents from the LA County Sheriff’s Office, the FDA, the Dept. of Agriculture and the CDC (Centers for Disease Control).

UPDATE:

As of 1:45pm PST NO BAIL. Bail was originally $123,000 and several funds were established to raise money however they have no changed it to NO BAIL!!!!

As of 2:25pm PST Natural News is reporting that the owners are being booked on the charges of CONSPIRACY for advocating RAW Milk!!!! [link to www.naturalnews.com]

A massive public protest on the front steps of the LA courthouse is being planned for the morning of August 4th, where James Stewart has been promised a hearing before a judge.

Crazy anti raw milk laws in a crazy country.  Americans need to demand from their law makers abolish anti raw milk laws.  In one youtube video the responding police in charge was being asked what he thought about this raid… he couldn’t coment… he probably thought it was stup*d as well.

Nutrimax Wheat Grass Juice: WheatGrassMax

August 2, 2011 by Good Samaritan

Wheat grass juice in convenient packs are the rage these days. Seems the health markets in Manila are getting saturated with them. Enter Wheat Grass Max from Nutrimax. With a little bit of sugar… wheat grass juice actually tastes good… for a change.

I never liked the taste of plain wheat grass, it tastes, well, too much like grass. Give me raw meat over grass any time. But wheat grass juice from Nutrimax is something else. Now you can give wheat grass juice to the sick and hard headed. And they will heal.

I’ve seen the video testimonials of people on wheat grass juice… they rock. From those with ugly boils all over their body, to the kidneys shut down case, to the terminal cancers… shall we say… cured? Maybe so.

I remember in 2007 when my own brother had terminal psoriasis / liver cirrhosis and was spewing hundreds of black liver stones with his liver flushes… imagine how many holes were in his liver. Those holes, his liver needed re-growing. And since in 2007 we didn’t know about raw meat then for healing, I suggested raw wheat grass juice to my brother.

My brother invested in a juicer and trays of wheat grass. He also ordered 4 ounces of wheat grass juice 2x a day in his Makati office delivered to him by a juicing company. I suggested he observe his own progress and wait until things plateau… then you know you’ve had your fill and your liver has been rebuilt.

My brother did reach that point. He is now happily married, with a beautiful baby boy. And thanks in part to wheat grass juice.

With Nutrimax Wheat Grass Juice in convenient packs, you can bring wheat grass juice with you wherever you go and take it whenever you want. Just add water.

Did I mention that it’s more affordable than the others? Better check it out.

Delicious Hasa Hasa Kinilaw / Ceviche is a Big Hit

July 30, 2011 by Good Samaritan

I’ve been enjoying the fish hasa hasa totally raw for some time now, the skin is just creamy lovely to eat.  Today I came up with the idea that I must share this with the family.  Turned out in the wet market, that was the really nice catch of the day.  120 pesos per kilo of fresh 8 inch long Hasa Hasa fish.  I tasked the maids to making this a ceviche / kinilaw by filleting the fish and cutting up the fillet in 3 parts for that bite sized goodness.  Our ceviche is calamansi, coconut vinegar, cayenne, ginger, onions.

Who liked it?  Everybody liked it. Everyone enjoyed the same delicious raw Hasa Hasa skin with the meat.  The children enjoyed it, they ate a lot of it, with gusto.  Add one more raw dish to our list.  And this time fatty too.  I must try to find bigger Hasa Hasa next time.

So for all you folks out there who do the marketing.  Try out hasa hasa kinilaw.  Don’t fry it, don’t roast it, don’t make it into soup.  Do not let that delicate skin go to waste.  Eat it raw sashimi style or kinilaw style.  It tastes really really good.  And relatively cheap too!

Don’t forget the raw eyes!  Delicious!

The Purity of Food – The Purity of Blood – To Cure Illness

July 29, 2011 by Good Samaritan

The childrens’ illness turned into another show down between my methods and my wife’s methods.  Good that she and our girl went to the condo and me and the boys stayed home.  I saw the boys getting worse and decided to change their healing methods.  I stopped all medications.  I don’t care if they are called anthroposophic or homeopathic medicines.  Whatever they were, for this case, they weren’t working.

I did a cessation of all medicines, all cooking.  I laid out raw paleo diet and lifestyle… again.  Bathe simply with water.  Eat simply with food in its natural state.  Granted I gave them beef turned into barbecue with natural condiments like raw wild honey, garlic, sea salt and pepper… with zero cooking… no heating… no searing. Raw whole eggs.  Raw protein, raw fat.

It was high time the boys tasted a little purity in life.  Pure human living… for a change.  Natural food.  I had called the massage outfit and each boy had a 30 minute massage with pure virgin coconut oil.  The fat in virgin coconut oil they will absorb through their skin.  Saw to it they boy did their bowel movements.

I berated the boys as to who to imitate, who to follow in this disease crises.  Were they to follow the model who is taking medication and got sick and is still recovering?  Or do they follow the model who did not get sick and stays strong and takes care of them?

It should be a no brainer, right?  This morning the boys were feeling better.  Much better.  I demanded raw meat from them in exchange for them watching a cartoon film.  I will probably keep up the raw meat and pure diet until the weekend when my wife and daughter arrives.

Why can’t they be full time raw paleo dieters?  We will get there.  Patience.

Entire Family is Sick Except the Raw Paleo Dieter – No surprise there

July 28, 2011 by Good Samaritan

The saga of illness continues.  Family went home too early.  Maid relapses into a fever, they claim it was just her period.  Wife relapses into something worse, claims its also her period.  6 year old daughter relapses into fever… no period there yet… he he he.  Wife and daughter ship out to the condominium. Grandma also got a cold.

2 young boys left with me went to school one day.  Then relapse into bad fever.  Good thing the following day yesterday no school, but they were sick at home and getting sicker.  High fevers, no appetite, the 10 year old boy having bad dreams, bad taste of saliva and felt like puking.  I gave medicinal honey and had him do oil pulling to get rid of bad saliva. The 8 year old boy finds headache relief in a head bandage of oregano leaves.

I figured whatever anthroposophic meds being given them needs to stop because they got worse.  I’m the one hands on here for these 2 boys so what I say goes and I say they are getting worse so it’s time to change course.  We are doing it my way.

The 10 year old boy in the morning still had bad saliva.  Thinking of clogged colon.  Found out he hadn’t pooped in 2 days plus this morning.  I gave him some castor oil.  He probably downed some 15 ml.  Then immediately his colon started moving, he pooped a lot of poop.  Took him some time and he wasn’t feeling so swell.  I washed him up.  Later I gave him some medicinal honey.

The 8 year old boy I also gave some honey lemon cool drink in the morning.  Then he said he was feeling wanting to puke.

Both boys are resting, watching youtube videos in my android for entertainment, waiting out their illness.  Both lying down.

Oh did I mention I’m not sick?  Raw paleo dieter did not get into this spiral of illness, weakness or flu.  No surprise there.  Even if I cheated yesterday and ate some of the cooked beef stew I made which was not suitable for sick boys.

Recipe for Delicious Korean Beef Stew Short Ribs by Ms Marjorie

July 26, 2011 by Good Samaritan

In the business meetings I’ve attended, I’ve enjoyed the company of Ms. Marjorie. She cooks for the meetings… and she’s one of the investors and officers of the company I’m consulting with. One time she brought with her a nice hot pot of Korean beef stew short ribs. Reminded me of my very young age when we would eat out at a Korean food chain called “Kimchi”.

This recipe is not paleo diet. It’s got soy sauce and sesame seeds. Of course this isn’t raw paleo diet for sure. But it can be a nice addition to my children’s meals. And I can get better ingredients for healthier results.

Here is Ms. Marjorie’s text to me:

“I buy ribs (cut into 2 or 3 parts). Cut an incission or poke holes and sprinkle brown sugar. Marinate for 2 to 3 hours. After put minced garlic, chili powder, soy sauce and sesame oil. Marinate overnight.

Fry until golden brown, add water until all meat is covered. Bring to boil. Simmer until soft. Check for taste… along the way add soy sauce or sugar to taste. Add shiitake mushrooms, carrots, leeks. When ready to serve – add egg strips and sesame seeds.

Enjoy!”

First thing I will modify is I will be using raw honey because that’s what we got. I got fresh shiitake mushrooms this evening. I lack leeks.

I think I’ll marinate tonight and see it cooked tomorrow. No school tomorrow, signal #2. Good time to experiment with the kids.

Update: 10:30pm

I had finished putting cuts on the ribs and marinated them in raw honey as shown below.

I got the condiments and mixed them together:

  • 1/2 cup fermented and brewed soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground dried cayenne pepper
  • 2 bulbs native Ilocos garlic

As shown below.

I tried tasting in my hand some honey and the mixed concoction above and yes, it tasted just like the Korean beef stew I know. Ha. Now I’m thinking of just making this sauce raw and served as a dip for the children to enjoy raw beef or raw liver… hmmm…

Before 12 mn I will be mixing in the condiment concoction with the beef ribs and put the entire thing in the refrigerator.

Tomorrow morning we cook this as stew.  Probably begin 7am.

P.S. As a note to how OPULENT this dish is:

  • The beef short ribs I bought at Farmers Market in Cubao this evening came from premium cattle auctioned in Batangas.  It cost 220 pesos per kilo.
  • The raw honey I used is farmed raw honey from Ilocos Norte – 1 bottle of that size cost around 250 pesos
  • The garlic is native garlic from Ilocos Norte – cost in Farmers market is 280 per pesos per kilo
  • The soy sauce is fermented and brewed. That big bottle cost around 200 pesos in the super market.
  • The dried and ground cayenne pepper I bought in Ifugao province cost 60 pesos
  • The premium sesame oil came from South Korea and cost 220 pesos.
  • Special plastic container for the beef, the sealable type
  • I don’t know where the sesame seeds came from or where the shiitake mushrooms came from… I just bought them in Farmers Market
  • These will be stored in a modern refrigerator that runs on electricity.
  • Tomorrow we will be using a stainless steel pot, imported stuff.
  • We will be stewing it with charcoal underneath, the charcoal came from Batangas at 250 pesos per sack
  • The charcoal stove is a cheap cement and reinforced bars design bought in our local wet markets

I’d just like to stress how ridiculously opulent this dish is.  How this kind of dish is only available in this modern 21st century global trade and modern transport.  And I haven’t mentioned the tools we take for granted like measuring cups and utensils.  Plus how I got this recipe by SMS text and verified the measurements of the condiments on my home personal computer with LED wide screen connected to the DSL internet and searched Google and viewed a couple of recipes written by other people around the world.

Opulent is the word.  We are spoiled opulent.  Makes me appreciate just eating beef simply raw by itself… and it turns out much much healthier, in fact curative.

HPV Cancer Treatment – Stop The Fear Mongering

July 26, 2011 by Good Samaritan

I recently answered an innocent question in the raw paleo diet forum about HPV: Human Papilloma Virus. I thought I would expound on it here and stress the point that HPV, its mechanics, its treatments and its claims to cancer and claims to being asymptomatic are hallmarks of a SCAM. The SCAM to instill fear in you, the SCAM to herd you into their vaccination program, the SCAM to do more diagnostics and eventually do the most harmful and expensive HPV cancer treatments and most probably all within range of your health insurance coverage… oh how industrially convenient.

First the innocent question:

Hi, my girlfriend has HPV, and I suppose I do too now. Are any viruses cured by a strong immune system? So why is it considered “incurable”? My girlfriend has had “pre cancerous” cells on her cervix because of the virus. Would the raw paleo diet along with fasting help cure the virus? I simply cant believe it is incurable. We are not doing raw paleo yet but we will. Current conditions dont allow us to be fully paleo.

Any advice or information on this would be so helpful. Thanks!

My first answer:

Raw paleo diet and www.pyroenergen.com will eradicate all bad viruses including HPV.

Here is a picture of my boy hamming it up for the camera while on Pyroenergen for lung infections caused by our neighbor who set up a chicken farm.

Yon Yonson also felt the power of this machine when it helped clear his lungs of phlegm.

If your girlfriend follows my www.curemanual.com outline she’ll get well.

And my follow up question that should reveal the “mystery of this HPV hysteria”.

Is there anything really bothering her or is it just some blood test?

And the clincher answer was:

She actually doesn’t have symptoms, they found it with pap smears.

Did you see the in-your-face scam as a 3rd party reading this blog post? The bogey man HPV, HPV cancer treatment is for you! What’s the name of those companies involved in HPV Cancer treatments? I’ve gotta buy some of their stocks, this will lead to blockbuster profits!

I go into rant mode then:

Pap smear cr**, HPV cr** – sorry, I’m arrogant and antagonistic against the medical dudes. They scare your pants off for nothing. You’ll die of stress and worry. HPV? I wouldn’t give a grain of credence to those charlatans.

See if this outline is easier http://www.myhealthblog.org/2011/03/20/is-there-a-cure-for-cancer-yes-everyone-can-do-this/

That outline will cure you and your girl of anything and everything.

Remember the business angle of the medical industry. You don’t want to be an assembly line victim. No symptoms, no worries. Switch to a raw paleo diet and lifestyle and the more you just live a happy care free life with ZERO fear. Now isn’t ZERO fear a much nicer paradigm? ZERO fear from disease… my kind of thinking.

The bottom line for HPV Cancer treatment is raw paleo diet and lifestyle. Simple as that. As arrogant as that.
