Raw Paleo Diet is Mimicking the Garden of Eden Times, Todays Cooked Diets are Survivalist Diets

One thing I learned studying disaster preparedness these past few days preparing for possible global calamity with comet Elenin come September 26 is that food storage and processing for eating is what we will have to fall back on in the future and past times of crisis. This current raw paleo diet I’m on and which has blessed me with the most wonderful best of health I never imagined I could achieve is diet of the good times, the best of times… garden of Eden times.

It is technologies of today that allow practitioners like me to follow a raw paleo diet… full time. Livestock, farming, markets, transportation, refrigeration, global trade… we have recaptured that lost garden of Eden times and are able to live in peace time, in good times… in fact so spoiled our health grows leaps and bounds to optimal levels we as humans are supposed to achieve.

But another aspect of humans is we have abundant health enough and brains to survive calamities, survive Event Level Extinction catastrophes. I do not know how many ELEs humans have survived and reset our technologies, but certainly cooking, food storage and food processing of those stored foods helped the survivors… our ancestors.

Sure, such future catastrophe happening will force me to downgrade my diet to a survival type of diet… it’s not optimal, but it allows survival. I would probably have to live on stored animal meats like canned sardines or dried fish or dried beef… and the conserve on protein consumption pair it with a starch like stored cooked rice grains… on raw paleo diet I need some 600 grams of raw meat a day… in survival mode I would probably need to cut it down to 100 grams a day, share my meat with the family and just consume cooked starch and maybe some stored fat like rendered fat for survival… It is sub-optimal but we will have to do that to get through the crisis if and when it does happen.

So this is the new way I see cooking and processed food. Our collective traditions and ancestral experiences have pointed out the importance of storing food, cooking food for hard times. These are our ancestors who survived and were able to pass on this knowledge. Cooking, food storage and food processing are survival skills. These are not health optimizing foods… but it helped people survive… that is why we are here today.

Condiments? Stored food, sub-optimal food just tastes bad you have to condiment it to make it edible. Raw paleo diet needs no condiments because we painstakingly CHOOSE the best foods and the best raw foods taste really really GREAT.

The problem is, along the way, people forgot. People forgot about the Garden of Eden and the way humans are supposed to optimally live, breath and eat. We were just so pre-occupied with calamities, disasters, war and forgot that during peace time… we can go back to that most optimal human diet… a raw paleo diet… and be back in robust health… until the next disaster comes that is.

Raw paleo diet is organic / wild raw animal food and raw animal fat, raw vegetables, raw fruit and some raw nuts. This is the Adam and Eve diet, the Garden of Eden diet. Humans living on survival foods – processed and cooked foods are in sub-optimal health… always sick of something… always in a battle to detox something… colds, coughs, phlegm, flu, fever, eczema, psoriasis, cysts, acne… you name it, people are sick with it.

We must recognize that during peace times such as now, we can do raw paleo diets and enjoy the best of what life has to offer. Enjoy it while it lasts.

Predicting Strong Earthquakes via Astronomical Alignments

THE CAUSE OF STRONG EARTHQUAKES

THE PROOF THAT STRONG SEISMICITY ARISES DUE TO MAGNIFICATION OF MASS RESONANCE DURING EARTH’S ALIGNMENTS TO CELESTIAL OBJECTS – 12 April 2011

Empirical proof (2011) of the georesonator concept (the Earth thought of as a forced mechanical oscillator) is now available as a preprint. Strong (~M6+) seismicity on Earth occurs due to magnification of Earth masses’ (mostly the mantle’s) resonance during the Earth’s long (>3 days) astronomical alignments with astronomical objects in our solar system. The concept is akin to a bridge eventually collapsing due to soldiers step-marching across it. Thus earthquake precursors such as atmospheric or Sun activity ones are not due to some mysterious “outgoing radiation”, but are a part of the same outer forcing that acts naturally along the forcing towards the Earth. (NOTE ON C/2010X1-ELENIN: the main reason why it is included here with planets (in addition to the fact it drags gravitationally locked particles spanning 30k+ km) is because it is non-periodic (thus making an apparently static approach and therefore partaking in long alignments), and its trajectory is coplanar to our solar system. Other such comets have forbidding inclinations: their trajectories lie outside our solar system’s plane so those comets never align with planets.) Strong seismicity during long alignments has mostly to do with the object’s orbital inclination, speed and apparent size. The only M6- earthquakes included in this study were those flagged as significant by the USGS.

Instrumentation-data proof (2007), by successfully matching world’s most accurate gravity field records (decadal, 1Hz accelerations from the Canadian superconducting gravimeter) to decadal M7+ seismicity at or up to 3 days before luni-solar alignments. This paper showed that gravity of the total (all-masses inclusive) Earth responds strongly to Earth’s alignments with the Moon and the Sun, disturbing the Earth enough so that magnification of mechanical resonance is set off. The resonance magnification of the mantle (most of the Earth) gives rise to tectonics and, separately, strong earthquakes. This is now extended to the solar system as a whole.

Theoretical proof (2006, 2008), by showing that absolute generalization – so to apply to all universes at all times – of georesonator to hyperresonator (our Universe thought of as a mechanical oscillator tidally forced by outer universes), results in a first-ever analytical expression for a physical constant: the “Newtonian gravitational constant”, G. Gravitation, and not physics, is scalable along a scale, s, so that: G = s e^2, thus disproving both Einstein’s and Planck’s assumptions on modifiable physics along largest and smallest scales respectively, as being fundamentally flawed. The derived equation is that of levitation (anti-gravity), and represents the 4th Kepler’s Law as the link between Kepler’s orbital and all gravitational theories. What does it mean? For example, quantum mechanics is merely a misinterpretation of reality: “entanglement”, “non-locality” etc. are due to georesonator providing common settings for quantum physics to trivially work at (terrestrial) distance. There is no need to look further for “God’s particle”. The above “God’s tune” means He composes for the Symphony. (Ergo, He exists!)

I here demonstrate empirically my georesonator concept in which tidally induced magnification of Earth masses’ resonance causes seismicity. To that end, I show that all strong (~M6+) earthquakes of 2010 occurred during the Earth’s long (t > 3 day) astronomical alignments within our solar system. I then show that the same holds true for
all very strong (~M8+) earthquakes of the decade of 2000’s. Finally, the strongest (M8.6+) earthquakes of the past century are shown to have occurred during the Earth’s multiple long alignments, whereas half of the high- strongest (M9+) ones occurred during Full Moon. I used the comet C/2010 X1 (Elenin), as it has been adding to robustness in terms of very strong seismicity since 2007 (in terms of strongest seismicity: since 1965). The Elenin
will continue intensifying the Earth’s very strong seismicity until August-October, 2011. Approximate forecast of earthquakes based on my discoveries is feasible. This demonstration proves my hyperresonator concept, arrived at earlier as a mathematical-physical solution to the most general extension of the georesonator concept possible.

Conclusion:

The Earth’s strong seismicity is unrelated to tectonics, and they both arise due to the same
external (astronomical) causes. So their mutual causality is not real either. This discovery can have significant effects in preserving human life and habitat, mainly in quake-prone regions. Combined with careful studies of the structural characteristics of the lithosphere, knowledge unveiled via the georesonator concept now offers a real prospect for scientific earthquake forecast. Approximate forecast is feasible in time, location and magnitude. Time-wise, this can be done to within a few days, by monitoring the Earth’s response to a long alignment as it occurs. Location-wise, this can be done by narrowing the location down to geographical frontiers of the regions/plates whose oscillation frequencies are expected to reach the collapse mode considerably sooner than any other’s, as the gravitational shadow traverses the Earth (the candidate-regions). Magnitude-wise, this can be done within a few degrees of magnitude, as most earthquakes shown here to be caused by the alignments are of the ~M6+ strength.

Liver Flushing for Children

My 2 young boys 9 and 7 are undergoing treatment for eczema cure via raw paleo diet. As part of their cure protocol, they need to do liver flushing / liver cleansing. The safest liver flush is the egg yolk liver flush. No chemicals. All food.

For their size, I had to adjust the recipe:

– 1 big fertilized duck egg yolk only
– 1/4 cup freshly squeezed calamansi juice or lemon
– 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil or grass fed butter (whichever the child prefers)

I gave the egg yolk liver flush every first thing in the morning every other day. At their age, I felt every other day for 3 sessions of egg yolk liver flushing was a good first cycle. Rest for a week and then do another cycle. They have finished 1 cycle.

First day egg yolk liver flush feedback was that when they pooped the following day they said their poop smelled differently. And after 3 liver flushes their itchy eczema symptoms on their legs had been reduced by 99% and 90% respectively. Of course we also did kidney cleansing and an almost raw paleo diet with raw fruit, raw honey, raw meat.

Liver flushing is not just for adults. Liver flushing is also for children. Dr. Henry Bieler was correct, the human liver needs raw red meat to be nourished. Cooked meat for my children pollutes my childrens’ livers.

Now that they have cleaner livers their livers will clean up their blood. Their clean kidneys will clean up their blood as well. Raw animal meat and raw animal fat nourished livers provide great liver function. And that is why their respective eczemas had subsided.

I just visited Gil Carandang’s farm, Herbana Farms and gave a talk about raw paleo diet. The next speaker after me talked about the Natural Piggery Movement. The audience were of course farmers who were looking for business opportunities and the natural piggery movement may be that next step to take.

Elenin fails to perturb a small asteroid at 0.002 AUs distance – Astronut

Here is the flipside to all the comet Elenin doom and gloom. Astronut observed that Elenin failed to perturb a small asteroid at 0.002 AUs distance. This is good news and better hope that nothing bad will happen to the earth come September 26 and November 22, 2011.

On May 20th (Friday), C/2010 X1 (Elenin) passed within 0.002 AUs of an asteroid in the asteroid belt known as 1999 RQ176 (asteroid number 74732). The name designates when it was found and in what order. This asteroid is several magnitudes dimmer than Elenin itself. In order to determine if it was still where it should be after the encounter, I purchased telescope time from a civilian telescope in the Canary Islands.

As expected, it’s faint as hell, and this was with a telescope as large as GLP’s new main scope (different optical design though). First, here’s the image of 1999 RQ176. Elenin’s clearly visible on the right end of the image as well.

The purple sheen is just due to white balance issues. Asteroid 1999 RQ176 is just barely visible. This is actually a stack of 4 exposures from the telescope, the first exposure ending at 22:34:31 GMT May 21st.

Elenin’s position was predicted to be 10h 27m 32.27s, +08d 09′ 03.5″. According to astrometry, it was detected at 10h 27m 32s, +08d 09′ 04″, well within the 2.15 arcsecond per pixel resolution of the image.

Asteroid 1999 RQ176 was predicted to be at 10h 28m 35.60s, +08d 05′ 23.1″. According to the same astrometry, it was actually detected at 10h 28m 36s, +08d 05′ 23″, again right on the money and within the resolution of the image.

Elenin failed to detectably perturb this little asteroid at all despite encountering it at a very close distance of 0.002 AUs and even pelting it with its tail as it passed between the asteroid and sun during that close approach. Here’s a simulation showing the encounter:

I hope this sets some of your minds at ease. I’m well aware that some, perhaps many here, will choose to believe Elenin is an imminent threat to earth no matter what, but if you’re willing to look you’ll see it’s really just a harmless minor comet.
