Paleo Diet is a High Fat Diet So Eat More Fat!

I just answered a poster on cavemanforum.com who said he was always hungry on Paleo Diet: “i’ve been trying really hard to stick to the paleo diet, the only thing i’ve been eating thats not paleo is salad dressing and chocolate….and gluten free pancakes when im starving. but the thing is….lean meat and fish are not filling!! no matter how much i eat, im still soooo hungry. i tried eating walnuts/almonds/etc but it doesnt help….fruits and vegs dont make me full, ever…”

I couldn’t help but answer:

Exactly! This is what you are doing wrong.
You need to eat FATTY MEATS and FATTY FISH.
Eat until full.

If you want to top it off at the end with some sweet fruit like dates, go for it.

Paleo Diet must be high fat.
Can be low carb, medium carb or high carb as well.
Just make sure it is high fat.

So high fat – low carb, high fat – medium carb or high fat – high carb

Fat is the key.

Get soft boiled eggs, raw eggs, sear your beef fat, get fatty fish like salmon or blue marlin, if it’s not fat enough, add home made paleo mayonnaise (egg yolks + butter + olive oil + pepper + mustard). Drown in fat and you will be happy.

So if you read Cordain in his first book The Paleo Diet where he says eat lean meats as saturated fat is bad… he was wrong. He has since changed his mind and gives you the green light to go ahead and eat your wonderful high amounts of saturated fat from animals. Those gorgeous yellow live fat from beef, from horse, those bone marrows, those rich egg yolks…. now those are fat… most nourishing, cleansing, raw fat.

Now I’d like to make that pitch that if you want the best results, the rawer you can eat your meat and fat, the better. The fat magic works the rawer the fat. Do you really think caveman bothered to cook every bit of flesh and fat to well done? So you have a stick and a piece of meat in the end, how much cooking do you think you can achieve with that?

Back to fat. We humans are fativores, we just love fat. Fat and fat and fat and more glorious fat. If you don’t get your fat from paleo sources, your body is sure to get fat by hook or by crook and you wind up usually with the worst commercial fats out there: margarine, french fries, chicharon (cracklings), vegetable cooking oils, peanuts… all bad fats. And then you suffer from bad fat poisoning and inflammations.

Paleo fat, rare fat is soothing, detoxifying, nourishing, hidrating, energizing.

Curing A Tape Worm Infection with 3 Drugs in a 2 Step Process

Here is the drug approach to treat tape worm infections.  If you see tape worms in your poop, you’ve got a tape worm infection and it needs to be stopped.  I usually have herbal approaches, but this time, let’s see a tapeworm cure protocol using drugs.  These 3 drugs are Niclosamide, Praziquantel and Albendazole.  Usual disclaimer: I am not a physician, and I suggest you be supervised and monitored by a physician if you want to do the drug route.  Anti-parasite drugs are well used in livestock.   The tapeworm cure protocol below was taken from Curezone posted by the user ICU:

How to Get Rid of Tapeworms Even Easier with a Milk Bath

I think this should be a prequel before I decide on using the drugs for adult tapeworms.  Drugs have possible bad side effects.  But sitting in a tub of sugar water or fresh unprocessed milk has absolutely no side effects.  All I need is to get a clothes washing plastic tub to sit in and relax.  Fill it enough to cover my butt with some fresh unprocessed milk and sit for 2 hours and let the dumb tapeworm crawl out on its own.

I can do such a procedure by staying at Vander Gaditano’s farm where he has fresh cow’s milk as he has several dozen dairy cows.  I’ll just make a schedule to go there to reserve the milk harvest and let the adult tapeworm slide out.  Cool huh?  Old American Amish method.

Sounds outlandish to you?  Well possible disastrous drug side effects are listed in the tapeworm medication.  I’m not as disposable as livestock.  So a milk bath tub is tremendously safer… risk free.

If you’re willing to try this home remedy you’re going to need 3 to 4 gallons of whole milk. Let the milk sit until it’s room temperature. In the meantime, fill your bathtub with hot water and let it sit for awhile to heat up the tub, then drain. Add the milk and if you really need to, you can add about a quart of hot water. It’s important to have enough milk that it covers your entire rectum while bending your knees. Keep your knees bent and try to relax. If you need to, read a book, light candles, play music, use anything you can to keep yourself relaxed. Once the tapeworm starts to expel from your rectum it will withdraw back inside if you tense up, it has no desire to leave its cozy home. Plan on sitting at least an hour in the tub and sometimes it may take a few times before you see results. Of course the end result is when you see the tapeworm. Even then I’d suggest doing it all over again in about a week, just to make sure you expelled the larvae too.

Oh you know I would most probably try this milk bath first.

I had heard a similar method for removing intestinal worms. you fast for 2 days.. and take some laxatives to completely empty your bowels. then you fill a small tub with milk and LOTS of sugar.. then sit in this tub naked for a few hours.. the worms will start coming out of your anus to feed themselves..

the point of fasting is to starve the worms.. you take laxatives to empty your bowels so that the worms can later try to reach the milk/sugar solution without any barriers..

How to Get Rid of Tapeworms Plan

I’ve always struck to balance my views on parasites visa vi the “tough against parasites side of Hulda Clark and Barefoot Herbalist MH” and the “do not deworm camp of Aajonus Vonderplanitz and Andreas Moritz”. If the parasites aren’t harming me, then let them be, we are coexisting. But when the parasites are multiplying too fast, now I can see they are being pooped out alive, it is time to be on the offensive. Kill them now. The time is now. Kill the parasites and let them start their reinfection anew.

After some search, advice on the internet and personal consulting with my friend, I am convinced that I will get rid of my current tapeworm infestation now. ASAP. The adult tapeworms are not causing me any side effects yet, but it may be foolhardy to wait. So I plan to hit the tapeworms and hit them hard with all the weapons at my disposal: Drugs, Food, Herbs. Here is my plan.

The fastest thing I can do is binge on more raw garlic and more pineapple and more papaya with the skin and seeds plus raw pumpkin seeds. Maybe I can do a feast with just these foods. I can do the coconuts, skim milk and castor oil too. I can also do the sitting in a tub of sugared water to draw them out.

And when I get the MD pathologist appointment and get the prescription for the drug of choice, I will hit the adult tapeworms with the drugs. This probably takes one or 2 days.

I will continue with the garlic, pineapple, papaya, pumpkin seeds daily diet and then drink up on a lot of psyllium husks to scrape out the heads / scolex of the tape worms. Then follow on with castor oil and Dr. Tam’s miracle tea to flush out my colon.

I’ll also do some egg yolk liver flushing at the right time and do kidney cleansing with avocado leaves tea.
