8 year old Boy’s Primary Complex / TB cure progress – Solid Stools

November 22, 2009 by Good Samaritan

Our 8 year old boy is progressing nicely.  I’m satisfied, my wife is satisfied.  From my wife’s point of view, he now seems to be gaining weight.  From my point of view, there are several symptoms that have been resolved and all are linked to his digestive and food absorptive capacities.

Remember when muscle testing Mr. Dy Liacco said he had polyps in his large intestines?  And when Dr. Bien Castro said the rough spot on his right arm is linked to his large intestines? And he had eczematic excretions on his right arm which could also be linked with the large intestine?

I concentrated on healing his large intestines with fully cooked fatty pork liempo and Henry Bieler’s soup made with zucchini, parsley and string beans.  The improvement is as follows:

  • no more gurgling in his stomach, my boy now has a solid gut
  • solid formed poops instead of scattered poops
  • eczematic lesions in left arm disappeared
  • right arm rough spot is receding

To make sure he maintains this, I feed my boy bieler’s soup some 2 or 3 times a week.  I still feed him rare fatty beef.  But I have allowed him to eat some rice.

I have banned him from eating raw vegetables as I do not want upset stomachs, and I have told my wife not to give virgin coconut oil for hard stools.  As long as he eats non tummy upsetting fruit and lots of beef fat, he should move his bowels well even if fully formed.

I have noticed he does not like eating raw or cooked eggs lately.  He has reached the saturation point with durians.  He now likes hydrating fruit with ponkans, melons, watermelons and papaya. His meat appreciation now has turned to tamban and freshly ground beef with carrots.

His diet today is basically cooked and raw paleo diet with the addition of some rice.  And absolute ban on all wheat, my wife is now on board against all wheat.

Last week my boy weighed in at 44 lbs in a balance weighing scale.

My office has moved to Cubao beside Farmers market so I deliver fresh fish every afternoon.  He likes the souped fishes and lightly fried in ghee fish.

Meet the Palawan ducks that lay our delicious fertilized duck eggs

November 20, 2009 by Good Samaritan

My wife finally met up with the duck herder who keeps her ducks in a small hut at nightfall and leads them out during the day. We get some 4 trays of fresh raw duck eggs from her every month for our household consumption (we have a large household: family, maids, drivers). Her other customers buy her duck eggs to make salted eggs.

This duck herd is in a remote town in the island province of Palawan, the last of the few remaining primitive lands. Primitive means nutritious, the ducks forage around for their food, they get no feeds, the females are inseminated by real sperm to make real eggs. Yes, these are real eggs, eggs that can form into chicks if you put them in an incubator.

We are into duck eggs because they just taste a whole lot better, they are more filling… theoretically more nutritious than organic and fertilized chicken eggs. Plus our 6 year old boy is allergic to any form of chicken. So we have 2 duck egg suppliers. These Palawan duck eggs are our primary source because they taste so much better than the Manila source.

See the eggs. Then see the ducks. My wife greeted them and said “Thank you for the eggs!”

Felt like having going meat-less yesterday, did 1 fruit day

November 20, 2009 by Good Samaritan

So my meat less day, fruitarian day pushed through yesterday. I felt fine. Seemed like good rest from all the body building raw meat.

1 fruit day accomplished with the following consumed:

breakfast:
– organic papaya from far away Palawan (not commercial)
– some coconut juice and meat (organic)

mid morning:
– 1 whole pink coconut with juice and thick meat (fat)
(pink coconuts have more powerful kidney cleansing powers)

Afternoon snack
– 1 pc native guava (organic)
– some jackfruit (organic)

Had a meeting 4pm to 6pm than attended a seminar plus business meeting until 10:30pm

Evening 11pm had some organic papaya

It was inconvenient to keep peeing and peeing because of so much hydrating fruit, but I think I needed it.  I made sure to eat thick coconut meat for its fat so I do not experience sugar highs and lows.

The high amount of fat and the weight of the coconuts activates poop reflex almost immediately for me.

Maybe I will add some raw duck eggs from Palawan today. We will see.

Why did I fast yesterday?

What am I feeling? Well, there’s the lack of desire to consume meat lately. I’ve been on a LOT of raw meat past few months and there is that “feeling” that is still hard for me to quantify. Maybe I’ve finally topped off my protein requirements. Lately I feel a desire to eat less meat and more plant or fruit.

I used to be puzzled why some people fasted once a year. Maybe after gorging on so much meat lately, I feel like I need to fast as well.

Dr. Michel Tetrault spoke about weight loss this evening, Nutrition next week, Free Seminar!

November 20, 2009 by Good Samaritan

I attended Dr. Michel Tetrault’s free lecture this evening at the The Enterprise Center in Ayala, Makati City.  This was the 3rd lecture in a 4 lecture series.  Next week is on nutrition.  Dr. Tetrault gave an eye opener that it is carbohydrates that is least needed by the body.  That the body needs protein, fat, micronutrients and a lot less carbohydrates than most people are eating.

Dr. Tetrault said that only in the past 40 years has there been an awful new experiment in pushing low fat and high carb diets.  This has resulted in an epidemic of insulin resistance which results in obesity and diabetes.

Dr. Tetrault stressed that it is important to teach people first, to adjust their belief systems first for the people to be motivated to act on the change in habits that are needed to be healthy.

It was a short 1 hour talk, very informative.  I liked it so much I’m inviting friends and relatives to attend next week, Thursday evening 6:30pm to attend the nutrition seminar.

Dr. Tetrault is my father in law’s chiropractor and is very happy with his expertise.

Parents need to taste a child’s food before feeding it to them

November 16, 2009 by Good Samaritan

This morning at breakfast my kids had watermelon.  Good hydrating start.  Then just before leaving for school my in-laws’ made comes up with a re-heated green snack called Pichi-Pichi made from casava and the green color from pandan?

My 8 year old boy was immediately curious and asked what it was and wanted to taste it.  I said no.  Let the grown ups taste it first.  My wife was at the table and said that seemed to be an old item in the refrigerator brought home a few days ago by her sister.  She has her doubts.

Grandpa sits on the table and tastes the Pichi-Pichi for the boy.  Grandpa likes these kakanins.  Grandpa says the Pichi Pichi is already spoiled.  It needs to be thrown away. Shows how maids cannot be relied on to feed you or your children, maids are not mothers who will taste the food before serving it on the table.  They don’t care.

So you as parents or grandparents need to make sure whatever you feed your descendants are good stuff.  My 8 year old and my 5 year old learned a good lesson this morning.  Let the grown ups taste the food before children do.

Dr. Leonard Coldwell: All Cancers are Curable

November 16, 2009 by Good Samaritan

Dr. Leonard Coldwell has launched a book: The Only Cure for Cancer. In these three videos he explains in the introduction that all cancers are curable. And that all cancers a different. It just so happens that the medical community seems to call all these various symptoms which could have different underlying root causes are merely branded cancer.

What is important is to analyze each and every cancer case. Each and every case needs to be matched up to the treatment needed. There is no best cancer treatment. All of them work, and all needs to be tailor fit to the individual.

Cancer is the body’s self defence mechanism acting to protect itself. Which is misinterpreted by a greedy medical community. The powers that be in the medical community call the shots. There are many doctors who are in the know and know what to do. Find your good doctor. Patient beware.

See the 3 videos to be enlightened and be awakened of the truth about cancer.
