How to cure white or greying hair and turn them all black again

I’ve read about this cure and I have done this cure to myself and told many people about this by word of mouth but for some reason I have not written it down in my Cure Manual website.  This is the cure for white or greying hair.  This cure protocol will turn all your hair to black again.  The existing whites will remain white, what will turn black is the new growing hair.  Say your hair strand is white, the new growth just out of your scalp will be black.  So as your hair grows, it gets blacker and blacker, you just cut off the old whites and all your new hair is black.

This afternoon I was at the Quantum office and I was talking with a Quantum sales speaker and he had greying hair.  I told him I knew the cure for greying hair, all of it will be black back to when you were young.  I asked him how old he was, he said he was 40, well I’m 39 and I asked if he could see any white hair in my head, there was obviously none.  I started having white hair in my mid 30s but I reversed it and now have totally black hair.  That got him interested.  He could see for himself.

The cure for white hair is large amounts of real raw natural vitamin C and other raw animal nutrients.  Some websites will say copper or b vitamins.  I don’t like delving into those technical stuff.  Just raw vitamin C and raw animal nutrients.

How to cure white hair.

Diet should contain the highest vitamin C fruits in your locale every single day.  Begin with breakfast.  Alternate native guava and native papaya for breakfast.  Always couple with coconut juice and thick coconut meat.  The coconut meat is fat and will help you absorb more vitamins from your fruit.  Say if without the fat you only absorb 30% but with the fat you absorb 90%.  The fat can also be raw fertilized egg yolks or raw extra virgin olive oil or raw gata / coconut milk.  Eat until stuffed for the morning.  Do this every single morning for 1 month.  And you will see the roots of your hair all growing new black hair.

You must also give up commercial shampoo.  You can shampoo once a week using fresh herbal gugu or a herbal natural shampoo, no SLS.  I repeat, the most shampooing you can do is only once a week and your shampoo must be natural.

Your diet will be more powerful if you ate raw animal foods as well.  As I explained in Cure Manual, the best diet is a raw paleolithic diet.  I can’t expect most people to be able to do raw paleolithic diet, but they can do cooked meat paleolithic diet as long as all fruits and vegetables are raw.  See http://www.curemanual.com/diet-strategies

So the concept is easy.  The method is easy.  Stop being a hard headed television commercial zombie and throw away your commercial shampoo.  Good riddance.  Welcome all black, or whatever natural hair color your hair should be.

Do this protocol for 1 month and you will see all new hair growth from the scalp is black, do it continuously for each and every month and the next time you get a haircut and cut out all the white hair portions… all the hair left on your head will be black or whatever natural healthy hair color you should have in your youth.

Halloween, trick or treat, and the danger of kids eating junk food treats

Tomorrow my kids will be party trick or treating in a posh condominium.  Us parents are aware of the danger of such treats which are usually candies, chocolates and other junk foods traditionally given to children… maybe to poison them.  So my wife and I have resorted to planning to stuff the kids with good food before they go, and bringing their own snacks in case they get hungry, and teaching the driver and the nannies to just smile and accept the treats but never feeding these to the kids.

The kids are excited.  Mommy this evening just brought home their angel wings.  Their costume is they are supposed to be angels.  Oh they are so cute they do look like angels.

As for myself, I never grew up appreciating this foreign tradition they call halloween.  I have fond memories of all saints day and all souls day.  Fond memories of visiting the cemetary which today is just a walking distance from where we live.  My kids and and I should walk on over the cemetary and pay our respects to our ancestors.  My grandfather just visited me in a vivid dream last week.  I woke up at 4am, it was that vivid.

Beer, hops and estrogen feminizing mankind instead of making them macho

You know all those beer commercials that convince young people that drinking beer makes you a macho man?  So untrue. According to raw food expert Daniel Vitalis, beer used to be a health drink. People made beer out of different fermenting plants. It was only recently there was a “beer purity act” which some Protestant christians pushed to mandate the adding of HOPS to instead make beer a population depressing product… to make the beer drinkers docile. Hops has lots of estrogen in it… bad stuff.

Scientists have recently found evidence that estrogen is present in some of the foods we consume. …red clover, yucca, hops and motherwort demonstrated significantly higher growth than control, indicating possible estrogenic effects.

Hop is one of the four key ingredients in beer. Thus, if estrogen is present in hops, it will be present in beer unless the distilling process manages to eliminate it. If estrogen is present in beer, males who imbibe beer may start displaying feminine characteristics.

To test this theory, 100 men were provided with nine 12 ounce cans of beer within one hour. It was then observed that 100% of the subjects:

gained weight
talked excessively without making sense
became overly emotional
could not drive very well
failed to think rationally
argued over nothing
had to sit down to urinate

No further testing was considered necessary. Male beer drinkers should take a concerned look at their beer consumption.

Good thing I was never a beer drinker. My theory is that people who are challenged in the looks department need beer to make things happen. Or is it that beer and other vices today sabotage people’s beauty? I have observed that the raw foodist communities are filled with beautiful men and women. Does raw foodism attract beautiful people or do people become beautiful when they follow nature’s food specifications?

Follow up on my cook’s gout pain

Yesterday I went to the organic market with my cook so it was my chance to follow up with her how her gout pain was doing.  She said there was no more gout pain in the morning.  But in the evenings after walking a long distance going home she would get some pain in her heals.  I investigated why some pain remained and this is what I found out.

I found out that she was rubbing the EMC drops on her foot everyday.  Seems to be dependent on it.  She has stopped eating monggo beans and other beans, she has not been taking the 3 tablespoons per day of apple cider vinegar I told her to, and she has not been cleaning her kidneys with either banaba tea or avocado leaves tea which is freely available to her.

I told her the gravity of the situation.  She has uric acid or oxalic acid deposits in her heals.  This is easily dissolved by the new nanotechnology drops such as EMC or Quantum Plus Minerals drops.  We also can use apple cider vinegar to alkalize her body system wide and dissolve other acids.  What we need is to clean her kidneys using herbals and nutritionals because currently her kidneys are failing.  We also need to change her diet to better and more manageable levels of protein and a higher fat consumption to help kidneys.  We also need to clean her kidneys with the use of those freely available teas.  And we also need to restore the kidneys by eating animal kidneys… like cures like. The gravity of the situation is if she allows this to continue her kidneys could further degrade and fail.  That would mean almost death.  Resorting to dialysis and kidney transplant in her western medical paradigm brainwashing she is accustomed to.  She understands that.

I hope she does what I taught her so she will get 100% well.  I expect zero pain in 1 week.  Before going home this saturday she drank 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.

Pico Mangoes are in season October November 2008?

Twice already I have bought 4 kilos of pico mangoes in the Marikina fruit market.  These mangoes are organic by default as they are not commercially as popular as carabao mangoes.  I can remember when I was a child in the 1970s pico mangoes and carabao mangoes was a 50/50 mix in availability.  Mangoes were the first favorite fruits I can remember.  So stumbling onto pico mangoes today is a treat for me.  More so that I know today these pico mangoes are getting less and less because commercialism has driven out pico mangoe trees in favor of carabao mangoes.

For those in the organic movement, please patronize pico mangoes.  Don’t let commercialism and the pesticide and spray makers dictate that you eat carabao mangoes.  Then again, they might resort to spraying pico mangoes too.  But in the meantime, let’s enjoy while they last.

Boric Acid is a safe and effective method of getting rid of cockroaches in our home

Nasty cockroaches.  In the past we used to use commercial insecticides.  But along the way while learning the organic way and the unpolluted way we found out that the use of insecticides is harmful for the cockroaches and also harmful for us humans.  More harmful to little children since they breath closer to the ground.  But I came across Hulda Clark in her book Cure for All Diseases and she recommended Boric Acid to get rid of cockroaches.  I also came across Junji Takano the inventor of PyroEnergen and he reports great success in Japan after world war 2 with the use of boric acid against cockroaches.

Very easy for me to get boric acid.  I just drove up to Alysonschemicals.com and bought 2 kilos of boric acid, very cheap, I think it was P 75 / kilo.  I just spread it in the crevices where I see cockroaches pass through like the rotten wooden crevices under the door posts and the bathroom drains.  A day or two later I can smell the stink of dying cockroaches.  And the cockroaches disappeared from our house.  It takes some 3 or more months before I apply a new spread of boric acid in the house.

“BORIC ACID

People have been fighting cockroaches with boric acid for nearly a century. Boric acid is one of the most effective cockroach control agents ever developed provided that it is used correctly. Unfortunately, most people use it incorrectly, and in the process waste their money and effort. Boric acid may be used alone or in combination with the baiting techniques previously discussed.

Properties and Advantages

Boric acid is a wonderful tool for controlling cockroaches in homes, restaurants and other buildings. It is effective in extremely small amounts and retains its potency almost indefinitely provided the deposit remains dry. Unlike many insecticides, boric acid has no repellency to insects and, consequently, roaches return to treated areas repeatedly until they die. Boric acid is deadly to cockroaches, but is low in toxicity to people, pets and other nontarget animals. It is also odorless and contains no volatile solvents.

Boric acid is a white, inorganic powder chemically derived from boron and water. Boron is mined from vast mineral deposits in the ground and is used in countless consumer products, including laundry additives, toothpaste and mouthwash. Boric acid insecticide formulations can be purchased at hardware and grocery stores. The powder comes ready-to-use, i.e., no mixing or dilution is required. Formulations sold in plastic, squeeze-type bottles with narrow applicator tips are the easiest to use. (These containers are similar in appearance to the squeezable mustard and ketchup bottles found in restaurants).

Cockroaches succumb to boric acid when they crawl over treated areas. The tiny particles of powder adhere to the cockroaches’ body, and the material is ingested as the roach preens the powder from its legs and antennae. Some boric acid is also absorbed through the greasy outer covering of the insect’s body. All species of cockroaches are susceptible to boric acid provided the powder is applied into areas where the roaches are living.

Using Boric Acid Like a Pro

The key to success with boric acid is proper application. For best results, the powder should be applied in a very thin layer barely visible to the naked eye. Piles or heavy accumulations will be avoided by foraging cockroaches much as we would avoid walking through a snow drift. To apply a fine layer, shake the container and puff a small quantity of the powder into the target area. Manufacturers of boric acid often fill their containers too full of powder — by using a container which is no more than two-thirds full, an airspace is created at the top which allows the dust to be puffed more easily (A few pennies or pebbles placed inside the container helps prevent the powder from caking). The trick is to give the container a shake, then puff a very light dusting of the powder into the area you wish to treat.

Avoid applying a heavy layer, and never apply the material with a spoon.

Where the powder is applied is just as important as how it’s applied. Cockroaches prefer to live in cracks, crevices and secluded areas close to food, moisture and warmth. Kitchens and bathrooms are the most common areas to find cockroaches, although any area of a home may become infested if the infestation is severe, or if species other than the German cockroach are involved. Key areas for treatment include under/behind the refrigerator, stove and dishwasher, into the opening where plumbing pipes enter walls (such as under sinks and behind the commode, shower and washing machine), and into cracks along edges and corners inside cabinets and pantries. Oftentimes, there is a void (hollow space) under kitchen and bathroom cabinets which becomes a hiding place for cockroaches. This area can be accessed and treated by injecting powder through any existing gap at the top of the kickplate, or if none is present, by drilling a few small holes.

NEVER apply boric acid onto countertops or other exposed surfaces, especially those used to prepare food. Any visible residues should be wiped off with a damp cloth. Boric acid can be used alone or in combination with other cockroach control products. An effective way to augment the activity of boric acid is to place containerized cockroach baits such as Combat(R), Raid Max(R) or Roach Ender(R) brands, as discussed earlier. Avoid dusting over, or in the immediate vicinty of your bait stations, as this may reduce the attractancy of the bait. Used correctly, this dual approach will produce results comparable to a professional exterminator. “
