Invested in Paleo Diet Cook Books!

November 26, 2010 by Good Samaritan

Being on the ultimate diet, which is raw paleo diet is the easiest thing there is.  Buy raw meat, store raw meat, eat raw meat.  Eat raw fruit in season.  Eat some vegetables when I feel like it.  My meal plan is something like this: breakfast fruits, lunch lots of raw meat and fat, snack fruit, dinner some raw meat and fat.  Maybe once a week I have some salads or juiced vegetable.

But the family, wife and kids must have their cooked thing.  Warm, hot, with nice presentation.  Uggghhh, social blah, waste of time and effort and less nutritious.  So they are on a somewhat cooked meat paleo diet plus rice.  But now we are making a new upgrade.

The first change is to strike off soy sauce.  Sure we got fermented and brewed soy sauce, but it is still soy and not as nutritious as himalayan salt or sea salt.  So soy sauce is out starting today.  Gloom from the family, what dishes to prepare?  Solution, get a new cookbook.  New ideas.

We once had a big cookbook by Sally Fallon of the Weston A Price foundation, I think that was Nourishing Traditions cook book, but the big flood last year took it.

Last night I got Paleo Diet Cook Books by Nikki Young.  It’s an awesome paleo diet cook book collection.  2 volumes on the 2nd edition plus I also got to download their first edition.  Then it comes with a 30 day meal plan, in full color professionally photographed layout.

No excuses now from the family to go 100% paleo diet.  These dishes are not conducive to rice eating.  Grrr…. I’d like to see that malnourishing rice go away.  Rice is malnourishing because it slows down the digestion process by conflicting with meat digestion and taking up stomach space otherwise better used by more meat and more vegetables.

I’m excited.  Change is good.  Change for the better.  This is my next paleo diet shot for the family.  I bought my books at http://paleodiet.co

Is Himalayan Salt or Ocean Rock Salt Healthier Than Kikkoman Soy Sauce?

November 25, 2010 by Good Samaritan

Lately I’ve been putting together family symptoms and I’m theorizing we need the minerals in real rock salt or himalayan salt than just the sodium in Kikkoman soy sauce. My kids’ and my wife’s cooked meat food is usually seasoned with Kikkoman soy sauce then cooked. How about switching to real salt and pepper instead?

My almost 6 year old daughter still wets her bed sometimes, that’s a clue. My 9 year old boy is not gaining the desired weight we want him to have. And my wife still has her recurring rhinitis.

Me, I’m on raw paleo diet and hardly ever get sick. Except for the time I got victimized by PTA food cooked junk. I developed loose stools.

Looking at the history of how this loose stool debacle began, it was during the violent detox of that bad cooked PTA food.

One thing wrong with my usual raw diet is I do not add salt to my food.

It may just be a case of salt deficiency.

So I had some salt lunch and dinner. Found my mother in law has some Himalayan salt.

Then last night I mixed a little salt and lemon juice in a slight warm water and drink it to stop loose stools and dysentery.

As found in http://www.panjokutch.com/health/general/loose%20stool%20-%20dysentery.htm

I think this salt cure will work.

I must have been severely salt depleted from that incident. Problem is I don’t have any salty cravings.

Real salt is not just NaCl, it is a whole lot of other minerals in it.

More about the importance of real salt here http://www.shirleys-wellness-cafe.com/salt.htm

I may get well from loose stools pretty fast with this new break through. Maybe that salmonella analysis by the beam ray expert is true, but it only persisted because I was low in real salt body content due to the detox issue with the pta bad food.

If I think about it, real salt is more ancient and more paleolithic than soy sauce. It’s worth a shot and I already told the maid I’m not buying anymore kikkoman soy sauce for now and she has to revert to using himalayan salt because that’s what is available in the kitchen right now.

US TSA Comedy: Give Me Molestation over Radiation

November 24, 2010 by Good Samaritan

There is a lot buzz going about the US TSA madness going on. At first people were complaining about the radiation of the powerful see through x-ray machines. Lately people are complaining about the groping choice. But if it were me choosing health versus molestation, give me groping molestation any time.

I don’t know about you guys, but security guards patting you on your body is common place in my country, in malls, in banks, and on trains. I will survive a little pat or a little groping, but I may not survive too many x-ray exposures. So the next time I travel to the USA, I choose groping. Strip me down for all I care.

Oh look, Japanese comedy regarding the recent US TSA madness. Don’t worry, the loud Americans will adjust soon and this will all seem normal in a few months.

RH Bill 2010 Statistics: Population % Growth Graphs Per Decade

November 23, 2010 by Good Samaritan

So much noise over this Philippine RH Bill 2010 in congress. RH stands for “reproductive health” aka (also known as): Contraception Promotion for the purpose of addressing an Alleged Population Explosion.

Is the RH Bill of 2010 worth the XX Billions? Is the RH Bill of 2010 worth it? The XX Billion Peso Question is: Is There Really a Population Explosion? Yes or No?Continue Reading

Acid Reflux Remaining Sick Because They are Sloths

November 23, 2010 by Good Samaritan

I remember posting here a cure for acid reflux for 5 days. I remember teaching the LBC counter man and the my old building landlord the cure for acid reflux for 5 days. I get back to them a couple of weeks later and walah… they did absolutely nothing. They are enduring their pain. They say they don’t have time to buy the herbal colon cleanser Dr. Tam’s Miracle tea, and that they are waiting for a vacation so that their work is not disrupted!

Hooo ha! In the meantime they suffer from the pain and discomfort of acid reflux and continue taking their pointless drugs. They aren’t insane, they are sloths. So they get what they deserve.

Then, there is the other guy who said 900 pesos was too expensive, could I give him some for free?

Unreal. People unwilling to help themselves. I already gave you to the 5 day cure information and you want me to supply you as well? Hell, it isn’t even my product, I have nothing to gain and all the time in the world to lose by spending my time talking to you.

Sloth. Where did I hear that word? Sounds like exactly these kinds of people. And they will get worse.

One thing about my character when it comes to illness is I jump at illness and go for the jugular immediately. I’m allergic to pain and discomfort. I relentlessly go after the cure in the fastest possible time. No let up. No patience. No slothing.

Lower Cholesterol Levels by 50 points in 2 Weeks – By Eating Lots and Lots of Raw Fat and Raw Meat

November 23, 2010 by Good Samaritan

I helped a 48 year old friend named J with some eye healing problem and he got more than he wished for.  He only wished that his eye would heal, but unknowingly, when you do some detox, raw juice, raw meats, raw fats, raw liver, everything just clicks, everything just works.

On the first day I arrived, I gave him a good amount of raw beef liver blendered with a red onion for taste.  Plus some raw bone marrow.  Then 4 straight days of egg yolk liver flushing using raw duck eggs.  I’ll let J tell the story:

I did want to write a bit more about the unusual diet that I started 16 days ago and some surprising results. When I started a raw food diet to help my body heal faster, I assumed that eating lots of raw beef, raw beef fat, raw fertilized duck egg yolks along with raw fish (mostly sashimi tuna) would dramatically raise my cholesterol. While I had read the book We Want To Live by Aajonus Vonderplanitz and had been guided by a friend in the Philippines and my sister in the US, I was still a bit skeptical about whether eating large amounts of raw food with plenty of raw fat would be good for me, I could not have been more impressed with the results both outside and inside my body in just two weeks. Within days of strictly following the diet, my skin, which had been dry and itchy from the medication I was taking, felt smooth and soft. The acne on my back cleared up, sores that had developed on my chest from lying face down for over two weeks healed and my hemorrhoids completely disappeared. The wrinkles on my brow also disappeared as if I had had botox. But the biggest surprise came when I got my blood work done. I was careful to test my blood chemistry levels on the first day I began the diet and then two weeks later. My cholesterol had always been a bit on the borderline (usual over 200) along with high triglycerides, high LDL and high VLDL levels. I had dieted in the past to keep these down but never got them to change too much, until this new raw diet.

Oct 29 – Nov 12

Cholesterol 219.30 – 167.57
Triglycerides 238.07 – 152.22
HDL 37.45 – 35.14
LDL 133.98 – 101.93
VLDL 47.69 – 30.38
Chol/HDL Ratio 5.66 – 4.77

In the book We Want To Live, by Aajonus Vonderplanitz, cholesterol problems are usually associated with “eating cooked fat” and that a diet with “plenty of raw fats, like unsalted raw butter, raw fertile eggs, stone-pressed olive oil, raw cream, no-salt-added raw cheeses, fresh coconuts, avocados, raw meat, and fresh pineapple quickly corrects blood cholesterol” by helping the body remove cooked (toxic cholesterol). According to research by Aajonus, raw fats “can and will clean, fuel, lubricate, and protect the body properly.” When I first read this, I could not believe that high raw fat consumption would actually bind with toxic fat in the body and bring down cholesterol levels but my blood cholesterol levels actually proves this along with tests from my sister which have demonstrated the significant benefits of a raw diet that includes raw meat, fish, eggs, and fat. Note that I also consume up to 5-6 glasses of fresh juiced vegetables and drank as many as 5 fresh coconuts a day during this diet along with other fresh fruit and nuts. I also cut out all salt, sugar, additives, sauces, and cooked oils. I did have cold pressed oil and apple cider vinegar (for salad dressing) and did eat some organic brown rice and quinoa in small amounts once a day.

https://vitrectomydiary.wordpress.com/2010/11/13/day-thirty-eight-on-the-road-to-recovery-the-surprising-results-of-my-raw-diet/

Note that my personal attitude about blood tests is to take them with a grain of salt and not jump to conclusions. What is more significant in my judgment is that everything was healing: hemorrhoids, acne, back pain, wrinkles, eyes.
