Results of my Lechon Roasted Pig Experiments

April 17, 2008 by Good Samaritan

I tried pure roasted pig / lechon from several restaurants over the few weeks to see if this was a suitable paleolithic meal.

I found that the taste was good. The fats were indeed filling. The only problem and very big problem with lechon these days is MSG! Mono Sodium Glutamate, Vetsin, Aji No Moto… unacceptable!

I am sensitive with my body symptoms since I went fruitarian, then raw paleolithic and I noticed itchy symptoms and inflammation symptoms with eating lechon. Now I know the culprit. MSG.

Of course I asked the attendants who sold the lechon and they admit when MSG is used. MSG is used in all the dishes, even in lechon.

I surfed around for some information regarding lechon stuffings and this post came up from Pinoy Exchange:

What makes one lechon taste better than the other?

The STUFFINGS!

Originally and long time ago the only stuffing placed in the stomach cavity of the lechon are heated banana leaves! That’s it, and you taste just pure lechon.

Now the original taste of a well roaste pig is disguised with the used of various herbs and spices as stuffing. And the price opf the lechon increases with the kind and amount of stuffings used.

Nowadays the stuffings will consists of any or all of the following:
sliced onions, green onions, sliced onions, whole cloves of
garlic, lemongrass, sometimes rubbed extensively with MSG (vetsin),
black pepper, cracked or ground and lots of salt.

So unless, one knows what is put in as a stuffing some who partake of the lechon could suffer migraine headache if they are allergic or have some reactions to vetsin.

So sad. If you want safer pork, find an organically raised pig and cook the meat yourself.

Unless you know the cooks and actually know there is no MSG added to the pig, then lechon may be a good paleolithic meal that supplies a lot of fats. But in the absence of actual knowledge, you must assume that the lechon has MSG. And that makes it unacceptable.

Employee absent due to eating junk food – in her own words

April 17, 2008 by Good Samaritan

My secretary was absent yesterday.  She texted me that she had loose bowel movement.  We had a lot of work and I needed some things from her so I called her up hoping she could come in even if she was late.  She was groaning on the telephone.  Still not finished pooping.   She said she couldn’t make it even after lunch.

I asked her what she ate the previous night that made her feel this terrible.

She answered, “Junk food!”

I asked, “What kind of junk food?”

She said, “Jollibee.”

I asked, “What junk food did you eat?”

She said, “Lots and lots of french fries!”

I tell them and I tell them and I tell them.  I teach my employees ways of good living because absenteeism costs my company money.  My interest is in their complete wellness.

Avoiding junk food is such a simple thing.  But most people easily succumb to junk food because they are still suffering from cooked food addiction.  As long as you suffer from cooked food addiction, you are vulnerable.

I take my daughter to the traditional hilot in our village

April 12, 2008 by Good Samaritan

We passed by our neighbor yesterday morning for our morning sun stroll and I told the my grandfather friend about my daughter’s neck problem. He said his grandson goes to Aling Betty nearby for regular hilot needs. Hilot is a traditional Filipino bone setter, ache remover, massage, reflexology expert.

We passed by Aling Betty at around 4pm yesterday and my daughter was livid. Screaming and crying fearing that here is another hilot like the chiropractor who might do her harm. Her nannie had to hold her the whole time while she was crying and struggling to get away from Aling Betty.

Aling Betty was patient with my daughter and she did her thing. Some 15 minutes. She said there was a vein that was stuck on her left shoulder. Then she thought this wasn’t enough and she did her Tawas thing. Tawas is a method to see and drive away bad spirits from a child usually with the use of a candle. With aling Betty, she used a candle to make burn marks on a small plate. The burn marks showed aling Betty that there were people of the soil, probably dwarves in and around our house.

Aling Betty said it was best to do a follow up check up on my daughter the following day. We will be waiting for Aling Betty this afternoon around 4pm.

My daughter seemed better yesterday evening and this morning. Not 100% but much better.

Update: Aling Betty dropped by around 5pm and massaged my daughter. I also asked for a massage. Then my wife. I can see and feel she does have a talent for these things.

Possible Meningitis for my daughter? Zapper to the rescue!

April 12, 2008 by Good Samaritan

A good friend advised me that that the symptoms my daughter felt: soar throat, pain at her nape and neck and a previous accident, could all point to meningitis.

“I am so worried about your daughter. I hope you will find the cure for her soon. Maybe it would be better f you have her lab test done to rule out bacterial/viral meningitis. You mentioned that she as stiff neck, sore throat and crying a lot. I am worried about that cuz those are the signs and symptoms of meningitis. An infection that spread to the meninges and a head injury are the probable causes of bacterial meningitis. I hope it is not though but to be in a safe side, have her checked.

This was a tremendously great insight. Thanks to you, I remembered to do some zapping on my daughter. We have a Don Croft Zapper (Hulda Clark plans modified with Orgone) always handy and after receiving this we did a 7 min on – 20 min off – 7 min on – 20 min off – 7 min on protocol on my daughter.

So far we have done this for 2 straight days and will continue to do so everyday until her pain has gone away.

Cancer and other incurables cured by pure altruistic science and logic, no secrets, no magic

April 10, 2008 by Good Samaritan

And the most important thing is the cure is available right here, right now.  I don’t believe in wishful thinking hope.  It is either you know the general cure or you know the specific cure.

No disease of civilization is incurable. In the first place there are no diseases, there are only symptoms. And those symptoms are given a name. As if all those symptoms can be pigeon holed into a specific disease name. So the scammers make up so many names for mere symptoms.

For those of us in the know, symptoms are mere symptoms. Symptoms show the body is doing its best to achieve equillibrium. Many times you just have to analyze fast and take action.

In a website I advertise cancer cure consultations, actually it can be any disease consultations, and why not? I just ask for symptoms, then in my mental library I have a map showing how the human body works. If it is something I don’t know, then I consult with other experts who may know. There is no sense in being too proud if you don’t know the answer.

It’s easier when I’m face to face with the sick. I tell them the way things work. I reassure them that there is no secret, there is no magic, that the cure manual I promote is pure, altruistic science and logic. We are the ones that make sense, we are the ones that deliver cures, we teach you how so you know as well and from there you build your own expertise too.

Tomorrow a Singaporean friend is coming over and Manang Lorna and I will collaborate and attempt to teach my friend what we know. What is he sick with? I really don’t know. He says it is eczema but I can’t see it in the photos. Who cares what it is? We will see tomorrow when he arrives.

What the chiropractor said about my daughter’s neck pain

April 10, 2008 by Good Samaritan

The chiropractor tapped twice at the affected area of the neck to release what tension needs to be released.

I told him about Auntie Pam’s story about an impact, accident she witnessed with my daughter.  Chiropractor thinks children are tough and malleable and usually they can take quite a beating.

He suggests that I apply cold compress on my little girl’s nape for 10 minutes.  Repeat every 3 to 4 hours for 2 days.  If after 2 days there is no improvement he will have to do an x-ray which is of course something of a last resort because x-rays are harmful and must be avoided at all costs.

So at 1pm I applied 10 minutes of sponge bob ice pack on her nape.  Pretty easy to do.   Will apply ice pack again by 4pm.

This breakfast my daughter had a good appetite and ate some seared fatty sirloin steak with me and her older brothers.   I hope the bloody seared steak and the fats help heal her.

Let’s see.

Not a toothache, but a sore throat, then stiff neck, then inflamed right base of neck at back

April 9, 2008 by Good Samaritan

The title describes what my 3 year old daughter has been suffering from lately.

At first we thought it was a terrible toothache.  Then she started having a stiff neck.

So yesterday morning, off she went with mommy to the anthroposophic doctor and to the chiropractor.  Anthroposophic doctor said there was no toothache, her diagnosis is a soar through.  Chiropractor says she is tight in the neck and what he’s doing is releasing that tightness, that she should feel relieved in 24 hours.

Last night my daughter was still unhappy.  This morning unhappy again. I left word with my number 1 nannie to get some herbal leaves to suck at the inflammation.  I saw at lunch my daughter asleep with the leaves.

By the afternoon she had a few laughs.  But by late afternoon she was crying and crying again.  I was in the office this afternoon.  I arrived evening and found her sleeping.  But heard her moans of pain.  Not good.  At 7:30pm who can I ask for help?  Maybe GCUHealingarts.com but their Globe lines wireless is unreachable and their cell phones weren’t answering.  I saw in their website they were open until 10pm.  So I took the chance and drove my daughter with a nannie at that late hour.  We arrived, the owner and some staff were there, but no therapist!  Grrr…. At least I got a new business card and some new numbers.  Must update their website.   Therapist available after lunch tomorrow.

Anyway I got an appointment first thing 10am tomorrow with the chiropractor.  Just before bed I could see the inflamed and bulging bump on the base of her neck in the right portion near her shoulder.

Auntie Pam says there might be a connection with the accident my daughter had in her (Auntie’s) room.  I did not see that but from what she told me a few days ago while my daughter was crying is that accident looked really bad.

I will investigate more tomorrow.  Seems Tash has my attention the whole day tomorrow.
