The idiotic cooking of fruit: the saba banana follies

Humans were designed by nature to eat raw food.  The original natured prescribed diet for humans is a raw paleolithic diet: raw fruits, raw animal foods, some raw vegetables.  See the list?  Raw fruit was the first food prescribed to humans.  So what does that make people who cook their fruit?  Dummies.

Cooking fruit has got to be the end of the line for human beings.  Already in this generation, humans have gotten used to the idea of cooking all their animal food and are ignorantly cursing and calling names those who eat raw animal foods.  Yes really, people are so beholden to cooking animal foods for themselves, they think cooking animal foods should be done the same to feed their own pet cats and dogs.

Now comes the cooking of fruit.  I would like to pick a bone with the cooking of bananas.  How much more idiotic can people get?  But this is a multi-generational idiocy that happens.  You see people are basically creatures of repetition and imitation.  Most humans are just smart enough to imitate, not smart enough to analyze, not smart enough to question things, not smart enough to be aware.  So a child sees his grown up buy banana que — saba bananas fried in oil and coated with what looks like brown sugar turned into a caramel crisp.  Then there is the saba banana boiled in water — nilaga they call it, and they sell it in the streets and they serve it at home.  In fact, most urban Filipinos think that the PROPER way to eat saba bananas is to COOK THEM!!!  The normal diseased humans will marvel in awe at why anyone, say my children will eat RAW SABA BANANAS and like it.

See?  That is the difference between the diseased and the healthy.  The normally diseased have got habits and common sense ideas that are unnatural.  Remember, you cannot cheat nature.  It is the nature of things when one does not follow nature, one becomes diseased.  Cooking fruit has got to be the end of the line, the end of the rope for human beings.  Turning the fruit into a useless piece of junk food.  If you want to know what’s wrong with you being sick… you may be doing something wrong… like cooking food you are not supposed to cook.  You are not supposed to cook fruit.  You are supposed to eat fruit RAW.

My wife experiments with concentrated Wild Oregano Oil

I’m so excited a few days ago, the book I ordered from Barnes and Noble arrived: “The Cure is in the Cupboard” by Dr. Cass Ingram.  This is how to use oregano to cure various ailments.  Oregano is the broad spectrum anti-microbial in use since ancient times coming from the European continent.  This oregano oil comes from wild oregans, not the same regular oreganos that grow in our gardens.  That is what the author says.  This oil goes through a special distilling process, whatever that means.

So in the Philippines we have virgin coconut oil, and in europe they have wild oregano oil and olive leaf extract.  I welcome them all.  And today I welcome wild oregano oil to our arsenal of wonder tools to cure people.

I got my concentrated oregano oil from barefoot herbalist MH and his instructions were for 1 drop of oregano oil diluted in 1/2 gallon of water daily.  I’m such a terrible student, all I have is a container of 800 ml of water so that is where I put my 1 drop.  I taste it and it’s not so bad.  In any case, I can’t expect my wife to drink 1/2 gallons of plain water, we drink coconut juice.  So the 1 drop of oregano oil stays in the 800 ml of water and my wife will have to contend herself with that.  With her current soar throat, she agrees to experiment with the wild oregano.

As an added measure, I mixed 1 drop of oregano oil with 20 drops of extra virgin olive oil and asked my wife to inhale that.

Now i’m thinking, what if I mix wild oregano oil with virgin coconut oil?  Wow, east meets west.  Both anti-microbials working together.  I rubbed some of that on my skin.  Maybe it will be good for something.  Even better, how about 1 drop of oregano oil in 1 tablespoon of virgin coconut oil?  That should double bomb all the critters in your stomach.

My wife does her first Sitz Bath

Suddenly my wife feels she has a soar throat and has a hard time speaking.  She says this may be viral from the obliterated parasites which were recently taken cared off by the herbal dewormer.

This afternoon I saw she was steam bathing.

I gave the suggestion that she might as well do a sitz bath just like our friend Mr. M.  This was taught by Barefoot Herbalist MH in his website. I told my wife to finish 30 minutes of steam bathing and afterwards we get a round laundry plastic water container / “plangana” / “batya” and fill it with water and as much ice available in our freezer.  She sit on the cold water for 15 minutes all the while using her hands to pour the same cold water on her belly button.  This is the sitz bath, Philippine style.  We don’t have a bath tub.

I hope this does wonders to her lymphatic system.  A few hours she gulped down a dose of Dr. Tam’s Miracle Tea, our herbal colon cleanser.  That should allow her to dump lymph mud out of her system.  Many people on curezone.com swear by the sitz bath.

Tongue Cancer: Hilot tries Yerba Buena for the swollen lymph

Aling Letty the hilot in Barangay Prayer Mountain decided on using Yerba Buena for Mr. M’s swollen lymph.  She says to let her herbs stay from 10am to 5pm.  That seems to long for my taste.  Because I want time for sitz bathing and castor oil packs.

Aling Letty shared with me her success with a previous patient of hers which had an even bigger swollen lymph on the neck and it took her 1 month to reduce it to nothing.

Still too long for my taste, I want things to run faster.  So we will supplement this lymph treatment with castor oil packs, liver flushing, and sitz bathing.

Maybe the yerba buena can help relieve Mr. M’s headache.

Tongue Cancer: 2nd VCO detox results report

With this 2nd VCO detox Mr. M did the pure method.  No supplements this time.  We were looking for different results.  We still had a lot of green poop.  But on the 2nd day, in the morning, Mr. M pooped a big mass of mud.  Whatever it was, his son took a picture of it.  Whatever it was, better out than in.

Mr. M’s headache remained and it was getting worse.  Mr. M developed bleeding on his tongue on the 3rd day due to the enzymes of the lemons.  So in the afternoon, Mr. M only drank water with salt.  This stopped the bleeding on his tongue.  That happens to me too when I eat too much pineapple.

I visited Mr. M last night and he was week, this was the 3rd day of the VCO detox.  He should be.  Everyone should be.

This 2nd 3 day VCO detox is finished.  Next up is Sitz Bathing, more massaging, liver flushing, and a return to the use of Quantum Minerals Plus.  We have stopped thinking about cancer at this point.  The only problem is the lymphatic system, and it is an enormous problem because it keeps giving him headaches and keeps his tongue thick.

My pneumonia CURED grandfather celebrates his 99th birthday

So for those of you who are being diagnosed with pneumonia, pay attention, read and understand what I have posted in the Pneumonia Cure Manual, the life you save may be that of your loved one.  Whatever theories about bad pneumonia bacteria, infection, antibiotics and expectorants are all hogwash because that paradigm is death inducing and death sentencing.  If we had left our 88 year old grandma and our 98 year old grandpa to those murderous quacks, they would have been dead by now.

Yes I am telling you THEY are absolutely WRONG, and we are CORRECT.  Who are WE?  Me, my teachers around the world, the loved ones we CURE, we who deliver THE CURE and share the PNEUMONIA CURE for all to benefit.  We have the CORRECT SCIENCE, we have the science that works, it’s simple, safe, and effective.

My grandfather is reportedly still fat and strong.  He only needs his cane to walk around.  I talked to him and he could hear me perfectly and he could speak perfectly.  My grandfather likes to spend his time thinking so his brain keeps getting the exercise he needs.

My cousin and I called our grandfather this morning to greet him.  They just had their phone reconnected.  We had the same telephone company so there was no long distance charge.  I told my cousin he is now the favorite grandchild because it was he who administered the pneumonia cure, I was just coaching in the background.  My aunt flied off to the province to greet grandpa.

I should plan for a trip to celebrate my grandpa’s 100th birthday next year, probably bring my kids along too.
