I’m looking at organic sulfur supplements for my children who are on a mostly cooked paleo diet and of course I experiment with myself first. I bought a bottle of MSM supplements from Healthy Options to try out. 2 capsules 2 times a day for me.

A day later I had my 2 boys take the MSM 2 capsules in the morning and 1 capsule at night.

I started getting a rash, thinking it must be detox. Detox via the MSM? Or maybe I’m not compatible with MSM.
