Rare Anonas Fruit / Custard Apple Found in Marikina Market

February 20, 2011 by Good Samaritan

Interesting, I found some rare anonas fruit in Marikina fruit market. Bought it for 70 pesos a kilo. Little did I know that the english name is custard apple. The old lady selling it said that in the old days before Marikina became a concrete jungle, there were lots of anonas trees. In fact, just outside Marikina in the corner of Aurora Blvd is the street of Anonas. So Anonas st. is not named after a person, it is named after a fruit.

It’s the first time I’ve tasted anonas fruit. It looks like atis inside. It tastes somewhat like atis, but different. And it’s good. Not much flesh, mostly seeds. I think there’s lots of nutrition in it and can see I only need to eat one anonas fruit to satisfy my appetite for it.

See my series of anonas fruit pictures:

Tiny, Small, Delicious Bioco Mango Available in the Markets of Manila

February 20, 2011 by Good Samaritan

Awesome tiny “Bioco” Mango is now available in the fruit markets in Marikina Market and Farmer’s Market in Cubao, Quezon City. Price in Marikina is 90 to 100 pesos per kilo. Price in Cubao is 120 pesos per kilo. I’d heard from our maid that she saw these same tiny Bioco mangos being sold in Market Market in The Fort Bonifacio for 300 pesos per kilo.

Bioco Mango is what the market vendors label these. I have no idea what the scientific name is. As for smell, it smells like a regular carabao mango. As for taste, it tastes like a regular delicious carabao mango.

Remember to always ask for the word BAKLAS as that is the code word for untainted by chemical ripeners that use gunpowder / kalburo.

Feast your eyes on these pictures. Look at how cure one bioco mango is in my palm! And what it looks like inside after I had bitten off part of it.

Max Keiser of Russia Today: Fake Rice, Plastic Rice from China!

February 18, 2011 by Good Samaritan

From Max Keiser of Russia Today: Holy ***! Fake food again from China? This time it is fake rice, plastic rice. Rice made from a combination of potatoes and sweet potatoes into the shape of rice grains and adding industrial synthetic resins. Of course consuming synthetic resins, eating plastic is bad for your health!

Rice eaters beware… I’m talking to all you Filipino rice addicts out there. If “they” now have the technology to make fake rice, what stops them from mixing fake rice with good rice, thereby fattening their profits at your expense? This is a worse game changer than you think!

Just like flour is not safe anymore today, none of the commercial breads from commercial flours are safe to eat, same with rice too. You now have to intensely trust and see that your rice is 100% real!

Good thing I don’t eat rice (I’m on raw paleo diet), but my wife and kids do eat rice, and all my friends and relatives eat rice. Think think think… this is bad, really bad.

We must find a way to protect ourselves and be able to detect in our own household this plastic rice that will surely pollute our rice supplies.

This is BIG! Pass this on. Don’t let the media sleep on it.

Fluoride is Poison: Stop Drinking it! Stop buying toothpaste with Fluoride

February 18, 2011 by Good Samaritan

DDEES.COM has an excellent cartoon that should knock some sense into your friends and relatives who are still drinking tap water with fluoride and using toothpaste with fluoride:

Sodium Fluoride is a highly toxic poison, the active ingredient in RAT POISON.  A neurotoxin, it causes permanent changes in behavior and stains, runis white teeth (fluorosis).

The WARNING on the bag says it targets body organs, the entire nervous system (the brain) and the teeth.  Fluoride is added to the water (in first world countries), why is your government poisoning you?

Candida Sick, Yeast Sick, Mind Sick, Cry Baby, Anti Profit Whiners

February 17, 2011 by Good Samaritan

I saw a curious query on Curezone.com with someone asking if the Yeast Infection No More is any good, looking for an honest opinion of the 40 USD book.  I got curious too, why was it getting so much press, no detractors.  So I promised I would buy the book and review it.  So I spent my $40 to review the book.  And then I read it and smiled and got excited, that hey, the reason why there are no detractors of this book is that it was really really good.  So I wrote in my review that I recommend this book.  This is the real deal.  Of course I put an affiliate link as well.  Is that so bad?

Apparently, the current crop of sickos in curezone.com candida forum are mentally captitalistically inept.  They wailed at my review.  They didn’t even bother about my credentials.  At how long I’ve been posting on curezone and raw paleo forum helping people, that my free blogs educate people.  They complain I have affiliate links and I have advertisements.  Business 101.  It is precisely from this inept kind of thinking that the so called REAL HEALING movement has not been taking off.  We should be thankful for Google and the Affiliate outfits like Clickbank who make us health information warriors some pocket change for the writing we do.  If this blogging was all expense, would you think I’d keep blogging for 5 years?  At least the pocket change should pay for my hosting, my web designers, my themes, my time, my expertise.

My expertise is VALUABLE.  Hands on and by mere advice I have saved and cured dozens of people, for free and at my expense.  By my websites I have saved hundreds to thousands of lives from misery.  And these sickos are appalled by the pocket change I get?

How do you think a book like that gets published if they didn’t spend time, copy, expertise, marketing and thought of making a profit?  Then YOU wouldn’t be getting that precious information that may have cured you of yeast infection permanently.  Before the internet, all you knew was heavily marketed western medicine, which is profitable for THEM but unfortunately just does not work for most of us, and is usually harmful.

I did not get well from my yeast infection with this book.  I read Bruce Fife’s book coconut cures and did 2 virgin coconut oil detoxes.  I spent and bought Bruce Fife’s book.  There was no 100% refund guarantee.  I spent to buy the materials, virgin coconut oil, lemons, some salt.  And I got well.  And I’ve been crusading telling people about this virgin coconut oil detox in my website www.curemanual.com because it works.  I have ad sponsors in my curemanual.com website, because it pays for the bills.  You get your information for free.

A free forum I network administer is www.rawpaleoforum.com , it is an international forum of raw paleo dieters.  They depend on me, my expertise to run that website.  Is my computer geek expertise again for free?  I’m so happy I got well from all my ailments from raw paleo dieting I agreed to manage the forum for free.  In return, it’s not so bad that I put some links to my websites in my forum signature, isn’t it?

So you sick whiners think again of all the good people still taking pity at you by trying to help you almost freely.  There has to be a way to sustain us, or the information will not be passed on.  Many who were healed were not writers, not bloggers, not computer geeks, no funds, not capable of bringing the truth in health info to you.

I got well thanks to the people I humbly paid real money to for me to understand truth in health.  I bought books, I bought herbs, I bought tutorial lessons, I enrolled in online schools.  I spent to get to this degree of health knowledge.  I healed people hands on to get at this health knowledge.  The most scary times when I spent and spent on my loved ones like my brother and my son who almost died, if it were not for my knowledge.  I spent.  My money on them.  I spent and invested in my knowledge.  It’s the way the economy works.  And it can work to do good things.

As I said before, there is no reason to complain against affiliate links, especially to books that guarantee a 100% refund.  You can be a dishonest slob and always get a refund for all the digital books you buy.  It just goes against your conscience if you got well without acknowledging your debt of gratitude to the authors of those books.  I think karma has a way of working here if you dishonestly get a refund for a book, karma sees to it you do not get well.  It’s the way human brains are configured usually.  Truth in health heals you.

Yeast Infection No More – A Healer’s Review: Scam or Real Deal?

February 16, 2011 by Good Samaritan

I consider myself a hobby healer, a family healer. I saw a query in curezone.com that asked:

Curezone thread here.
Has anyone here ever seen an impartial review of the book “Yeast Infection No More” by Linda Allen?

I’ve looked and looked, but for every search revealing “reviews” the links just deliver one to a page with ad copy for the book. There seem to be no negative reviews, how strange.

Can anyone on this forum comment on this, whether you’ve bought the book and want to share your true experience, or even if you’ve seen an impartial review that I can look at?

Thanks,
Wiredolly

Back Pain Cure et al: Holistic Master Acupuncturist, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Kung Fu and Tai Chi Master – Caucasian, English: Sifu Sam

February 14, 2011 by Good Samaritan

Sifu Sam is someone you dream about visiting and treating your entire household on a regular basis. He is a true holistic teacher and healer. Sifu means master / teacher. Sifu Sam a master at the highest levels of acupuncture with moxy plus massage plus tens machine, which he combines with his holistic approach to diagnosing and treating diseases, injuries and blockages in the human body. He combines this with his knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine where he also prescribes to you a recommended diet and Chinese herbs. He combines this with exercise where he teaches you hands on about Tai Chi, Kung Fu and Yoga. Sifu Sam is the complete house visiting healer. And he has the ripped physique of a martial arts fighter. A good role model for children. Sam is a treasure.

Racially, Sam is of Jewish descent. Sam grew up in Australia. He learned from his Kung Fu and Tai Chi in Australia’s Shaolin Yau Kung Mun. Sam in his younger days liked competitive martial arts. Then he got interested in healing and learned Traditional Chinese Medicine and a whole lot of acupuncture. His style of acupuncture is both diagnostic and healing at the same time.

Diet wise, Sam’s own practice is of organic nutrition, more or less paleo diet in content such as raw vegetables, raw fruit plus raw sea food and seared sea food. Sam partakes in healthy carbohydrates for his athleticism with brown rice and whole wheat. (he’s not allergic to wheat)

Best quality of Sifu Sam is he speaks straight English and some Tagalog! The secrets of Chinese medicine de-mystified in straight English for you! He has been in the Philippines long enough, his mission in life is to be a healer in the Philippines, to teach the Filipinos a better way of life, and probably set up many healing centers so that an army of future Sifu Sam’s can heal the entire country.

And Sifu Sam is a great story teller and teacher. Fun to be with. For Grandparents, for the parents and for the children.

So how good is Sifu Sam’s healing?

Cured my 75 year old father in law of 10 years of “incurable” back pain. Plus improved his fading hearing on his left ear. Effectively rolled back the years, given my father in law new youth. 3 or more sessions of his masterful acupuncture, some Chinese herbs, a prescription to partake in eating raw oysters regularly and ta dahhhh…. awesome results. When all the western MDs have given up, all the Chiropractors and Dorn healers had given up, Sifu Sam delivers and cures 10 years of back pain. How about that huh?

Some pictures of Sifu Sam

Here is a video of Sifu Sam teaching Kung Fu and Tai Chi.

Diseased? Sick? Back pain? Nerve problems? You are in luck! Sam is usually either in Metro Manila or Boracay. You might be able to get into Sam’s busy schedule by replying here in this blog post. Tell me your problem, your name and cell phone number, and I will get Sam to text you back.
