No Life Insurance? No Money? High Blood Pressure with Pain in the Head? Here’s what you can do.

No life insurance. No money.  Extremely high blood pressure with pain in the head.  Sounds like someone I know, Mr. O.  His blood pressure rose to a resting 150 and 100 and his nape and forehead were in pain, and he could not turn his head and neck left or right without pain.  He asked his friend, a rich man, fat as well, and he gave him 2 high blood pressure medication tablets, that gave Mr. O some relief, but when the 2 tablets had been consumed and his friend went on a Christmas vacation, Mr. O was back in pain… could have been fatal at that point.

I had advised Mr. O to go on a temporary raw paleo diet with minimal raw protein.  Mostly hydrating fruits and raw animal fat.  And frequent hydrating.  At the same time I advised Mr. O to go see a medical doctor and get some high blood pressure medication prescribed to him so as to avoid him just keeling over and dying of some brain stroke.  I advised Mr. O that this Christmas season is not going to be good for him, all those celebrations and cooked food he must avoid.  Mr. O is a social animal so he could not help himself.Continue Reading

Thy Womb Movie Review: Of Course They are Pro-Life!

Watch out for spoilers!  I will be mentioning spoilers from the film… so if you do not want spoilers, stop reading right now.

My wife and I visited Tawi Tawi a very long time ago in 1995 just to see the solar eclipse then.  We were just in and out the same day.  So not much touristy thing there, and I wasn’t in that touristy mode / wavelength / frequency of thinking at that time.

My fervent wish these days is to be a nosy tourist, peering in other people’s lives.  In this case the Badjao people living in Bongao Tawi Tawi.  From the safety of a cinema seat, to avoid any kidnapping, bandit encounters in that part of the country.  It seems they just had to shoot on location.  The place, the people, the costumes, the traditions were captured to my satisfaction… but I had hoped they would at least have used high definition like they do in Discovery Channel or National Geographic channel. Pre-Christmas Food Shopping at the Malabon Wet Market

Yesterday morning I decided it was a good idea to go shopping at a different location.  Try the Malabon City wet market for a refreshing change.  My objective was 2 fold:

1. To get horse meat, as this was the only reliable place where they sold horse meat every single day.

2. To get ocean shrimp; since for the past 2 months ocean shrimp had been absent in my 2 nearby wet markets.

RH Bill Soon to be Law in the Philippines. Warning to Parents to Guard Against the Sex Mis-Education of Our Children

Every man must sire a son, plant a tree, write a book… so goes the Chinese proverb. Do websites count?  FYI, I am melding together my pro-life advocacy writings, my pro-natal writings and my truth in real health writings for my own Sex Education for Children website.  It is a personal, my family only website, will also do books.  It’s to protect my children and further descendants from the soon to be pervasive sex mis-education to be spouted in schools and the department of “health” via the soon to pass “reproductive health” bill which has everything to do AGAINST reproduction and everything to do AGAINST health.

Sadly, our President P-Noy “NoyNoy” Aquino seems to have been gravely mis-informed by those briefing him on this RHBill issue. If the article on the Inquirer is to be believed is true, P-Noy reveals why he has marked the RHBill as urgent. P-Noy based his decision on a MICROCOSM of 1 example in Tondo… and NOT nationwide official statistics. What is the National Statistics Office for?  Running a country, making multi-billion peso decisions REQUIRES FACTUAL STATISTICS so top executives can make sound decisions! The Inquirer article reports:

Explaining why the issue needed state intervention, Mr. Aquino again recalled his encounter with a 16-year-old mother during a visit to the Baseco compound of Tondo, Manila.

The girl, who was barely out of puberty, had just given birth to a second child and had a common-law husband without a stable source of income, he said.

“She’s now 18 and she’s pregnant again with a third child, and she has a new common-law partner,” he told reporters.

“You have a responsibility to those being born into this world. You can’t rely on bahala na (God will provide). What’s wrong with informing them of all these (family planning) choices? Let them choose the size and what method to plan the family etc.,” he said. “
