Fluoride is Poison, Unsafe and Kills Healthy Enzymes

It’s a sad state to see whole industries, the mass media, the medical and dental industry, everyone who works in those industries and their followers swear allegiance and worship at the feet of the fluoride scam.

Imagine all those dental fluoridation appointments allegedly to make your teeth harder. Then all those fluoride toothpastes sold. Those drugs and even green tea with lots of fluoride in them.

My personal run-ins with fluoride are people I’ve advised with kidney problems. Seems this fluoride is a kidney killer.

Fluoride is Poison

The chemicals – fluorosilicic acid, sodium silicofluoride, and sodium fluoride – used to fluoridate drinking water are industrial waste products from the phosphate fertilizer industry.

A larger study has been conducted in New Zealand. There, the New Zealand National Health Service plan examines the teeth of every child in key age groups, and have found that the teeth of children in non-fluoridated cities were slightly better than those in the fluoridated cities. (Colquhoun, J. “Child Dental Health Differences in New Zealand”, Community Healthy Services, XI 85-90, 1987).

In 1995, neurotoxicologist and former Director of toxicology at Forsyth Dental Center in Boston, Dr. Phyllis Mullenix published research showing that fluoride built up in the brains of animals when exposed to moderate levels. Damage to the brain occurred and the behavior patterns of the animals was adversely effected. Offspring of pregnant animals receiving relatively low doses of fluoride showed permanent effects to the brain which were seen as hyperactivity (ADD-like symptoms). Young animals and adult animals given fluoride experienced the opposite effect — hypoactivity or sluggishness. The toxic effects of fluoride on the central nervous system was subsequently confirmed by previously-classified government research. Two new epidemiological studies which tend to confirm fluoride’s neurotoxic effects on the brain have shown that children exposed to higher levels of fluoride had lower IQs.

Fluoridation is UNSAFE because

1) It accumulates in our bones and makes them more brittle and prone to fracture. The weight of evidence from animal studies, clinical studies and epidemiological studies on this is overwhelming. Lifetime exposure to fluoride will contribute to higher rates of hip fracture in the elderly.

2) It accumulates in our pineal gland, possibly lowering the production of melatonin a very important regulatory hormone (Luke, 1997, 2001).

3) It damages the enamel (dental fluorosis) of a high percentage of children. Between 30 and 50% of children have dental fluorosis on at least two teeth in optimally fluoridated communities (Heller et al, 1997 and McDonagh et al, 2000).

4) There are serious, but yet unproven, concerns about a connection between fluoridation and osteosarcoma in young men (Cohn, 1992), as well as fluoridation and the current epidemics of both arthritis and hypothyroidism.

5) In animal studies fluoride at 1 ppm in drinking water increases the uptake of aluminum into the brain (Varner et al, 1998).

6) Counties with 3 ppm or more of fluoride in their water have lower fertility rates (Freni, 1994).

7) In human studies the fluoridating agents most commonly used in the US not only increase the uptake of lead into children’s blood (Masters and Coplan, 1999, 2000) but are also associated with an increase in violent behavior.

8) The margin of safety between the so-called therapeutic benefit of reducing dental decay and many of these end points is either nonexistent or precariously low.

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Norway, Scotland, Sweden, and Switzerland do not fluoridate their water.
Fluoride Kills Healthy Enzymes

Did you know that there is an enzyme in saliva that remineralizes soft spots in teeth using calcium in food?

This enzyme is killed by fluoride and it cannot work even in the absence of fluoride if the teeth are covered by glycerin, a major component of toothpaste.

However, after decades of water fluoridation, virtually all Americans consume a fluoridated food and/or water supply. Yet, ‘dental spending outpaces economic growth, continuing a trend,’ reports the American Dental Association(11)

New York State is 70% fluoridated but two very populous counties, Nassau and Suffolk (Long Island) are totally fluoridation free. In New York State 18.3%, lost 6 or more teeth due to decay or gum disease(13a) while only 16.2% of Long Islanders did.(13b)

New York City is 100% fluoridated, yet 20.9% of Brooklyn(14a) and 19.9% of Queens(14b) residents lost six or more teeth, more than non-fluoridated Long Island and partially fluoridated New York State.

Past news releases show that New York City poor children have more tooth decay than the national average.(15a,b)

Dear Mr. Day:

Hereford, Texas has been called the town without a toothache. This is not true. But the phrase has been used effecively by the people interested in marketing “sodium fluoride” all over the country.

I have practiced dentistry here for years. The native population of Hereford and Deaf Smith County have remarkably good teeth. The incidence of caries or tooth decay was very low. I finally succeeded in getting some members of the dental profession to come to Hereford to find the cause of the exellent dental health of our people.

After considerable research, it was suggested that the relatively high content of natural fluorine in our water supply was responsible. I accepted this conclusion for a time. The people who had great quantities of sodium fluoride and sodium silico fluoride as by-products of the aluminum and fertilizer industries decided that when these by-products were added to city water supplies, they would produce the same type of dental health which existed here with the natural fluorine. They widely publicized “the town without a toothache.” They are, I believe, still doing it.

As the years went by I continued to study the local situation. I observed that, as the town grew and more people began to live on processed foods, such as canned goods, white fluor products, soft drinks, etc., tooth decay increased. This increase of decay occurred, even though they were drinking the same fluorinated water we had always been drinking. I am now fully convinced that good natural food is the preventive of dental caries as well as other diseases.

I believe that fluorine does in a mild way retard caries, but I also believe that the damage it does if far greater than any good it may appear to accomplish. It even makes the teeth so brittle and crumbly they can be treated only with difficulty, if at all.

The dental investigators who came to our County some fifteen years ago did, in my opinion, make a serious misstake when they gave to fluorine the credit for our good teeth, and overlooked the quality of food grown in our rich, well mineralized soil. Every person I found who had no dental caries, consumed much milk.

Why use a poison, when correct food will maintain our bodies free from diseaases and tooth decay. It is hellish and un-American to put poison in city water supplies and force citizens to drink it.

I sincerely hope that at least some of your dentists are co-operating with you in getting the real truth about tooth decay over to your citizens.

Pushing the Cure Tooth Decay Protocol to my children

We’ve known our eldest child has some tooth decay on his temporary teeth.  Now our 3rd child is detected to have some tooth decay.  So I’ve been hammering for more raw paleo food on my family, which falls on deaf ears because I’m the only one doing raw paleo diet.  I have made progress with my wife, she eats sashimi and raw eggs.  Now that she has seen our 3rd child with decay, it’s time she got on the cure tooth decay program with our guide, author Rami Nagel.

We’ve had the book in our home for a few months, but not much conviction to implement the program until our 3rd child was detected to have tooth decay.  So this early morning I went to market and bought our materials.  Raw beef muscle and fat, raw liver, raw brain, fish to make fish stock, small dilis fish so the bones can be eaten as well, and oysters.

I read the program to my wife, I read the program to the nannies, I read the program to the cook.  This lunch and dinner each child had a tablespoon of raw liver.  And this lunch they had oysters.  And dinner they had some fish stock and some raw beef brain.  Well, Rami nagel suggested raw marrow, but brain is much cheaper.

Day 1 is done.  Gradually lessening the fruits.  I will only buy not really sweet fruits and fatty fruits.

Tomorrow I need to buy fish for sashimi and butter, and greens for juicing…. find a combination juice with some zing in it to entice the kids to drink up.

Awesome! The book I ordered has arrived. How to Cure Tooth Decay by Rami Nagel.  Now to get into some wife and child brainwashing action.  More fats, activator x, drastically less rice.  I am on a war path against this idiotic Filipino tradition of worshipping rice as a staple.  Rice as a staple is un-deserving.  If rice was so great then my first born shouldn’t be having tooth decay.   He eats so much rice, every single day.

For the reader’s information, I myself do not eat rice, for some 15+ months now.  It has been great.  It has been wonderful.  Rice eating is just an addiction folks.  Nothing for you to miss.

This evening we will discuss this over some pepper steak we are cooking from the recipe book  Nourishing Traditions.

The stumbling blocks are: my boy, my wife, the cook, the maids.

My children prefer raw beef liver versus half cooked liver

Yesterday I had our cook prepare half cooked beef liver steaks for my children as part of my push for the tooth decay cure for my 7 year old boy.  I had the cook set aside a hand sized slice for myself but it was too late, she had already marinated it in some raw calamansi juice and fermented soy sauce. I said that was acceptable and had that for my lunch.

I handed out the half-cooked beef liver to my 7 year old boy.  He said he didn’t like the taste.  Uh oh, that bitter cooked liver taste.  I remember that when I was young.  He rejected the half-cooked liver.  So I asked him to try my raw liver.  My boy liked the raw liver.  He said that raw liver tasted much better and the cooked liver tasted bad.  Same opinion with my 5 year old and my 4 year old… or they just copy whatever their eldest sibling says.  Whatever the reason, at least they get to eat raw liver… and in front of my wife and the grand parents at that.  It’s part of the cure for tooth decay I said, that’s what Rami Nagel, Weston Price and the raw paleo diet community has recommended.  Besides, I’ve been eating raw liver myself so I have the authority and experience to recommend it to my children. And I chose and bought that fresh raw liver at the wet market, personally.

Tooth Cavities Can Heal

No longer do we need to continue to fool ourselves that we do not know the essential causes of tooth decay. The causes are known, and the prevention is both possible, necessary and the only sane next step.

What you see above and on the cover are two x-ray images of the same tooth from one individual. The two downward projections represent the roots of the tooth. In the center of each root you will see a dark streak. These streaks, the root canals, are the spaces where nerves and blood vessels connect to the jaw.

The x-ray on the left shows a large and prominent dark area at the crown of the tooth. This is a very large cavity that leaves the pulp and nerves of the tooth exposed to the mouth.

The x-ray on the right shows the tooth after some time of nutritional treatment. A temporary filling was placed to protect the pulp from the pain of pressure produced by food. The result is a progressive filling in of the dentine, the new secondary tooth layer that, in many cases, is hard and glassy. In as little as six weeks time we can begin to rebuild our tooth dentine, creating new enamel and thus healing cavities.

The esteemed dentist, Weston A. Price, author of “Nutrition and Physical Degeneration,” and the first Director of Research of what is now the American Dental Association, discovered that it is the presence of special life-giving vitamins in certain foods that gives people immunity to tooth decay. These foods are rarely included in our modern diet.

Dr. Price’s discoveries have been swept under the covers of bureaucracy and lost amidst cultural attitudes that rarely seek real cures. His highly effective protocol for curing, preventing, and reversing tooth decay through nutrition alone has been known to only a few who have explored the depths of his written work. Tooth Decay Reversing Protocol

1/4-1/2+ teaspoon high vitamin or fermented cod liver oil 3x daily with meals* together with

1/8-1/4+ teaspoon of high vitamin butter oil 3x daily with meals, or 1-2 tablespoons of yellow butter per meal.

2-8 cups of raw grassfed milk daily (add 1 ounce of raw cream to every 6 ounces of milk for regular whole milk, drink at room temperature if possible).

2 cups daily of bone soup, made from slow cooking the bones & organs of fish, chicken, beef and so on.

1-4 tablespoons of grassfed bone marrow.

Eat several meals weekly, raw, rare cooked, or fermented wild caught fish.**

Eat several meals weekly, raw, rare cooked or marinated, grass-fed beef or lamb.**

Eat several meals weekly, raw, fresh oysters and/or clams.

Eat several meals weekly, raw, rare cooked, or fermented liver (grassfed – beef, lamb, chicken, fish, turkey etc).

Eat at least twice daily fermented foods like sauerkraut, yogurt and kefir.

Eat substantial quantities of vegetables, such as carrots, zucchini, broccoli, celery, string beans.

Avoid – It is important not to cheat here:

Sugar – White Sugar, Brown Sugar, Organic Sugar, Evaporated Cane Juice, Corn Syrup, Commercial Jams (Exceptions are, totally unheated honey, organic untreated maple syrup, rapadura, and stevia. Note: Many sweeteners still encourage tooth decay; if you have a severe or difficult case, only use stevia and avoid all other sweets.)

Flour & Grain Products – White Flour, Wheat Flour, Organic Flour, any unsoaked grain products. Examples: bread, crackers, cookies, doughnuts, breakfast cereals, muffins, pastries, tortillas, bagels, and sandwiches (most store bought flour products even from the health food store need to be avoided).

Hydrogenated Oils – like Margarine and Low quality vegetable oils, Vegetable Oil, Soybean Oil, Crisco, Canola, and Safflower (replace with organic coconut oil, organic palm oil, organic olive oil or butter, suet, or tallow).

Any type of junk, convenience food, or modern fast foods

Coffee, Soft Drinks, Nutrasweet, and anything with artificial flavors, artificial colors, or artificial ingredients

Soymilk, Protein Powder, and Excess Tofu

Pasteurized Milk, even if it is organic.

Non-grass-fed meat and eggs, and farm raised fish.

Alcohol, Cigarettes, and Drugs (including most prescription drugs & vaccines)

*2 tablespoons of grassfed liver can be used to replace every 1/2 teaspoon of cod liver oil.

**Medium and normal cooking is acceptable but not preferred

***Yellow butter is the best for bone growth, fish eggs are a good butter alternative as well as a diet supplement.

The Tooth Decay and Cavity Prevention Formula

Phosphorus + Fat-Soluble Vitamins A,D,E,K – (Processed Foods and Overly Sweet Foods) = Healthy Teeth

The fat-soluble vitamins are vitamins A, D, E, and K. In many cases these vitamins are either exclusively found in animal foods, or are found in abundance in animal foods. Weston Price found that this category of vitamins is largely missing from our modern diet.

Our chemicalized, denatured, and devitalized foods are missing fat-soluble vitamins. So it is no wonder why in our modern civilization, there is a large prevalence of tooth decay.

The fat-soluble vitamins are essential for your physical health, not just because they provide nutrients to the body, but precisely because they are activating substances that help utilize other minerals present in your diet. So even if you have an abundance of calcium and phosphorus in your diet, without an abundance of fat-soluble vitamins and activators, your body cannot utilize the minerals in your food.

Weston Price found that the Indigenous groups he studied that had the highest immunity to tooth decay, nearing 100 percent, ate liberally–that is, frequent, daily, and perhaps in every meal–from two of the following three principal vitamin sources.

1. Diary products from grass-fed animals.
2. Organs and muscle meat from fish and shellfish.
3. Organs of land animals.
